I think my colleagues and I all use Sendible differently, but no less efficiently than each other - our work styles aren't restricted by the platform. Before using Sendinle we had to log into each account separately and it was a huge time suck. This makes it so much faster and painless. Batching is a breeze and I can now block time of to schedule a months worth of posts at a time, and sending to others to review is simple. I came from using Hootsuite, and was worried about the learning curve but thankfully it was very minimal. I also like that Sendible has some features that other platforms don't like the full preview calendar and the ability to run reports for each platform. **What do you dislike about Sendible?** Sendible does not play nicely with LinkedIn. I run into occasional issues with posting captions, delaying the posts. I also wish that the preview feature were more accurate. There are times that I am right at the character limit for twitter and it appears fine in the sendible preview, but when i view that post on Twitter, the last few characters are cut out, making the post hard to read and understand. **What problems is Sendible solving and how is that benefiting you?** Sendible helps me schedule all my captions at once for three different platforms at a reasonable price. The price is fair, and the interface is expremely easy to use too. Being able to bulk schedule is also helpful. I really like the calendar view and being able to drag posts between days and switch them all aroundby dragging between days has been great. Also have always found the customer support team great when we've had queries. **What do you dislike about Sendible?** The only issue we have had with Sendible has been with issues uploading videos for instagram. They are very easy to read and understand and are accessible. **What do you dislike about Sendible?** Sendible will occasionally disconnect from the social media accounts without us knowing. It would be helpful to have some type of email alert letting us know we need to reconnect; as we don't check each account weekly and might not know there is a broken connection for a while. **What problems is Sendible solving and how is that benefiting you?** Providing our clients with solid reports - it shows how our social media content and posting services are helping their practice directly. The new feature of changing media content sizing on Sendible makes it easier and quicker for our team. **What do you dislike about Sendible?** As digital marketers, the industry constantly evolves and changes, meaning more and more features are needed or need to be updated. The bulk scheduling and sending emails for each post to our clients sometimes get too much as their inboxes are full of emails from Sendible. The RSS feed is a bit of a struggle cause of minimal content regarding South Africa (most of our clients are in SA). **What problems is Sendible solving and how is that benefiting you?** They are adding platform features that are amazing for us!
