What I don't like about sendible is it randomly disconnects my accounts, doesn't offer linkedin professional page tagging, and the library for some reason doesn't save my content after being uploaded, I have to re-upload each time on my account after I have a post scheduled. What I like best about Sendible is that it helps me manage social media posting and health education content in more organized way during daily work. I work as a Dietician & Nutritionist, manage a homeopathy clinic, and also create health education content for social media platforms, so I regularly use it for posting nutrition tips, healthy lifestyle guidance, awareness content, and educational updates on different social accounts.

The platform was easy to setup, and connecting LinkedIn, X, and other social profiles felt smooth for me. I frequently use it for scheduling educational posts and planning awareness content in advance during busy clinic hours. The scheduling feature, calendar view, draft management, queue system, and multi platform posting are very useful because they help me manage regular posting more consistently without handling everything manually.

I also like that managing images, captions, and planned content feels more organized from one place. Post preview and media upload features are useful while preparing educational graphics and awareness posts before publishing. Performance has been good for my regular work and scheduling mostly works smoothly. sometimes the content preview and refresh can take a few extra seconds when handling multiple scheduled posts together, especially while uploading educational graphics or checking planned content in calendar view. It is not a major issue, but during busy content planning work I notice small delays occasionally. It's easy to manage multiple social media accounts on Sendible. It's easy for several members of the team to access what they need. We particularly like the functionality around custom tags and being able to group the accounts using profile groups. It's also easy to use, viewing the calendar and easy to schedule posts. We use the approvals function too, and it all works well for us! The account management and responsiveness of the customer support team have been excellent. I use Sendible every day.
