**What do you like best about SellX?**

Extremely user friendly.Provides everything you need to outsource a sales team.

**What do you dislike about SellX?**

Customer service can be somewhat hard to get ahold of at times/

Use it!

**What problems is SellX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Was able to see the software in action in a few different companies. Seems very easy to use with the learning curve being next to nothing. Would definitely recommend.

**Describe the project or task SellX helped with:**

TIDAL was responsible for conducting an outbound lead generation campaign for our B2B SaaS product.

**What do you like best about SellX?**

TIDAL was highly communicative, joined us on our Slack environment, and used the tools and processes we recommended, while also professionally pushing back on us to allow them to try new methods and technologies that might work better.

**What do you dislike about SellX?**

We worked with TIDAL very early into their journey as a new company, so there were some hiccups we dealt with together with regards to staffing our account. There was a significant amount of personnel change on our account which resulted in a sub-optimal level of consistency from week to week.

**What problems is SellX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

TIDAL helped us generate an amount in the tens-to-hundreds of thousands of dollars in new business pipeline. The benefits of this was a fixed-fee engagement, which meant that any additional pipeline they generated above a certain level was "gravy" as some might say.

**What do you like best about SellX?**

TIDAL is a very transparent & professional organization. The onboarding process was thorough and customized to my specific target market.

**What do you dislike about SellX?**

I don't have any negative comments about the service offering.

**What problems is SellX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

TIDAL has been a significant asset in helping to generate appointments with hard-to-reach decision makers.
