
SeamlessDesk is a platform to provide technical assistance quickly with the help of tickets. What I like most is its integration with TeamViewer to be able to provide desktop support to customers. It has a solution portal that includes all the agents and shows a graph of the tickets that have been resolved for days, to measure our productivity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Unfortunately the page has a bug to change the status of tickets, which has caused us inconveniences at times, since the board is not updated correctly and tickets that we thought we had already resolved are still open. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
