SAS Customer Due Diligence is useless and operations are hard. The user interface is very obtuse. Setting up configurations is not as straightforward as we initially hoped. This increases the risk of compliance and regulations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Im not particularly fond of the lack of flexibility and customization options with SAS Customer Due Diligence. The user interface appears outdated and not very intuitive making it difficult to navigate.
