Some of the details on the list are not updated. For example, with FBI Most Wanted, there are individuals who have a DOB listed, but the data in ComplyAdvantage doesn’t include it. If the DOB information were available, it would be easier to clear the alert, or it might not have triggered an alert at all. Another issue is that it doesn’t show the country for company hits. Because of that, the agent has to click into the alert details just to check the country, even though it could already be clearable if the country were shown on the case page. It’s easy to use for transaction monitoring. Entity alerts and transaction alerts are kept separate, which makes reviewing and prioritising them much more efficient. I also like being able to create cases directly from alerts, which keeps investigations organised and makes it easy to track progress and document decisions in one place. In Mesh screening, news articles are grouped together under a single match, and you can’t select or review each article individually. That makes reviews harder, because each article may refer to a different entity or individual. Being able to assess and resolve articles one by one would make the process more accurate and efficient. It has mayny functions, we can download reports, search, set dates etc. The downsides is that it has also a lot of irrelevant content which are not actually P&S matches and and takes time to go through. CA to improve they can use AI to better filter articles related to a person for a P&S screening, to filter out irrelevant articles and search in the articles for age or other relevant information to resolve it with outhuman interaction required. I use ComplyAdvantage for sanction screening and rescoring of individual and corporate clients.
