The only thing I can think of is having the stats update a bit quicker. It seems to take some time for the new connections to appear. There's very little to dislike about SalesRobot.co. If I had to nitpick, I'd say that the initial setup and integration with our existing tools took a bit longer than expected. It is a system in which I can define several roles in our team and with customers: Access from admin to pure author. This provides a real foundation for our business process. The system also fully complies with LinkedIn's ethical and legal requirements. This makes it a reliable and trustworthy solution for me. As soon as we use the system in German-speaking countries with German language, there are sometimes problems with the so-called "umlauts" in the German language, i.e. special letters of the language. However, I see this as a general issue on the Internet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's whole system is clearly broken into steps and sections. While they UI can get busy, it's still easy enough to navigate and make campaigns. I rely on this a lot at making first contact through LinkedIn or email.

I really like that you can import SalesNavigator saved searches in order to target specific groups - this has allowed us to import target accounts into SalesNavigator and very effectively segment our outreach to very detailed levels.
