**What do you like best about SalesRobot?**

 I love the idea of customizing each LinkedIn message based on the prospect’s profile using a prompt. You can also set up an AI to automatically respond using a knowledge base and prompts as well, which is a great concept. The support is available by email and will respond in a day. 

**What do you dislike about SalesRobot?**

Coming from using Dripify, I found the user interface non-intuitive and difficult to figure out- feels like a black box. Also buggy. It can take too long to process leads, and sometimes it just won’t work on a list at all, so no invites go out. Expect some confusion and frustration. 

**What problems is SalesRobot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When it works, it solves the problem of writing highly tailored messages at scale, in sequences that also include voice and video recordings.

I use SalesRobot for cold email and LinkedIn outreach, and I like that it is stable. After years of using it, I've never been penalized by LinkedIn, which makes it a very safe tool.

**What do you dislike about SalesRobot?**

Email warmup would be nice. It allows you to add emails outside of your LinkedIn email address but... it doesn't have an email warmup feature; it has to be warmed up already. But to be fair, I feel they built this for your LinkedIn audience, not a true cold email tool, so it makes sense that they don't but... I would love it.

I use SalesRobot for cold email and LinkedIn outreach. It helps me engage my LinkedIn audience effectively and safely without getting penalized.

**What do you like best about SalesRobot?**

I love using SalesRobot for our LinkedIn outreach because it handles all of our outgoing LinkedIn messages and helps to start conversations effortlessly. The built-in AI tool on Copilot is great for keeping our sales reps on track, ensuring they continue to respond and not miss follow-ups. SalesRobot is context-aware and automates scheduled follow-ups, including a three-step follow-up for every prospect interaction. I appreciate that it allows us to send voice notes and video messages, which have significantly improved our response rates. The software is incredibly robust and easy to set up, with AI walkthroughs making it simple to create campaigns in just a matter of minutes. The support team, especially Suarav and his team, are amazing. They are quick to respond to queries, providing solutions or putting my suggestions into their roadmap, which makes a huge difference. It's like having my own AI assistant, making sure follow-ups don't get forgotten. Overall, I can't speak highly enough of how SalesRobot keeps us moving forward efficiently.

**What do you dislike about SalesRobot?**

The only complaint I have is that you can only have one super admin. Otherwise, you have to do kind of a workaround, and previously, the software that we used allowed as many people as we wanted to have access to all of our clients at an agency level. So that is one limitation. But, they do have workarounds for that.

I use SalesRobot for LinkedIn outreach, starting conversations, and scheduling follow-ups. It keeps my sales reps on track by automating and personalizing outreach. With voice and video messaging, it increases response rates, making it feel like having an AI assistant.

**What do you like best about SalesRobot?**

I like how SalesRobot handles my LinkedIn account and promises to run my campaigns very safely. It manages to avoid LinkedIn perceiving my outreach as spamming, which is important for reaching my prospects. It also has AI assistance that guides you to start your campaign, and that's nice. They are trying to upgrade this day by day. The support is actually fine and helps with the initial setup, so if you're a new user, your initial setup won't be that problematic because the support will help you.

**What do you dislike about SalesRobot?**

I'm really frustrated with SalesRobot right now. I got a lifetime deal, but they're not delivering what they should. My campaigns aren't running, and I've had to contact chat support multiple times. They mentioned internal issues and asked me to switch to version two, which requires a subscription payment of $15 per month. This doesn't seem right since I'm a lifetime deal member; I already paid for it. I feel disappointed because I'm still not getting the service I paid for, even after paying for the new subscription. The support team has been unresponsive, saying they'll be available only on Monday, which adds to my frustration. I also think they should focus more on features like hyper images, video messaging, and handling LinkedIn accounts for daily posts and engagement, which they currently lack.

**What do you like best about SalesRobot?**

I really like SalesRobot's demo team and their responsiveness. They connect quickly and are on top of their game with cool features like the studio AI for coding and cloning with AI for outreach, which is pretty cool. Additionally, I find it to be a great value for the price. The amazing part is their AI agent with a large language model, which handles 80% of workloads and is especially valuable when combined with an SDR, effectively reducing the need for a large sales team. The benefits are substantial for companies that understand messaging and the psychology of sales. The tool's integration capabilities add to its value, and the return on investment has been significant, enabling us to gain 95 new customers over three months. The initial setup was pretty easy and ideal for trials. Overall, SalesRobot delivers great value and innovation for my needs.

I find it cumbersome that when I need to make a change or edit a campaign in SalesRobot, I have to reload the entire campaign and re-add everything. This results in a lot of double work, which I find inefficient and less enjoyable.

I really appreciate the SalesRobot team, especially Prasanthi and Anushka, for their proactive approach with our campaign. They led the onboarding process professionally and ensured that our first campaign was activated on time. As our campaign started generating statistics, both of them were excellent at explaining the results and providing their expert recommendations. Whenever I had questions, they were immediately available to address them. Additionally, I found the initial setup of SalesRobot to be very easy, which made the transition seamless.

**What do you dislike about SalesRobot?**

I wish SalesRobot offered a more sophisticated data analysis experience. Currently, while I can obtain basic data like reply rates, discerning which replies converted into discovery calls is not straightforward. The tool provides some capability with tags, but I believe it should include more detailed segmentation, similar to a lead or deal pipeline within the tool, to better track this aspect.

The support team at SalesRobot is amazing. From the start, I was unsure of what my best strategy was for our outbound marketing. They came up with multiple plans of attack - not only helping narrow the focus of our target audience, but also what angle we should take in the messaging.

I really have nothing negative to say. Their support has significantly increased my inbound traffic, far beyond what I could have achieved on my own!

Before using SalesRobot, we experimented with paid advertising on LinkedIn. While we were able to track click rates, we didn't manage to schedule a single call from those paid campaigns over several months. In contrast, SalesRobot actively generates leads and encourages them to book meetings with our team, and it does so with minimal effort on our part.

I really like their UX and UI. Setting up the campaigns is super easy, and training the AI reply management has been easier than ever. Super user-friendly, and it wasn't difficult to set up my first campaigns.

SalesRobot could have more native API integrations. It would be nice if they could integrate with main email outreach channels, so I could push data to a sequencer used for cold email and then combine it into a multichannel tactic.

Salesrobot has been a lifesaver for keeping our outbound efforts running while we’re heads down building the business. It automates our entire outreach process across LinkedIn and email, so even when we’re too busy to manually prospect, leads are still coming in. The sequences are easy to set up, the personalization is solid, and we can keep tweaking as we learn what works. It basically acts like a full-time SDR working in the background. Huge time-saver and a big reason our sales pipeline keeps moving.

The tool is good, it works, you just need a decent strategy to make it work. You can either do it yourself, or get their team (which is great) to do it. We worked with their team and it was amazing. The features are great.

Honestly, there isn't much really. We used and had a considerable pipeline, if we were more active, we could have closed them but they weren't unfortunately so we had to cancel. No complaints so far.

LinkedIn lead generation. We cannot do it manually on scale and Salesrobot really helps with that. The new features are so amazing.

Not much not to like- maybe a few opportunities to improve UX such as testing lead results in existing campaign (once it's launched, you can't get back to the page where you can test the results of the steps and messaging so you need to duplicate the campaign if you want to retest.)

I've been using SalesRobot.co for a while now and it’s hands-down the most effective LinkedIn automation tool I’ve tried. The precision targeting is top-tier — I can zero in on exactly the right audience. Combine that with smart automation, and the success rates I’ve seen with my outreach campaigns have been incredible.

**What do you like best about SalesRobot?**

I love this marketing automation tool.  The features are great.  They are constantly improving the features and enhancing existing ones.  I also like that they are very engaged with their customers.  The support team is very responsive.  Whenever I've experienced a glitch, they have addressed promptly and resolved.  I plan on sticking around to see what the future brings.  I am excited for the possibilities.

**What do you dislike about SalesRobot?**

Nothing.  I understand the tool is still under development.  They communicate; fix errors and bugs.  They take care of what needs to be taken care of.  This isn't a dislike as much as a product enhancement : the ability to copy campaign sequences and the ability to then tweak them instead of starting from scratch.

Increasing my outreach and connections on LinkedIn to increase engagement without adding another resource.

The customer service is amazing. They're super responsive in the chat and always fight hard to find a resolution. The platform itself works great and is pretty intuitive and powerful. I haven't had any issues with LinkedIn bot detection or any account flags or anything. One thing to note though is that you need to have 2fa turned on for your LinkedIn account. The platform pays for itself quickly if you use it right.

Would love to be able to send pre-recorded native selfie videos like you can in the linkedin mobile app but that's probably a limitation of LinkedIn

From keeping the accounts safe, to flexibility with higher connection requests for aged/warmed up accounts, or the ability to use tags and automate custom follow ups. This does it all! Love it.

The only thing I can think of is having the stats update a bit quicker. It seems to take some time for the new connections to appear. It's not a big issue since the automation won't start right away, but just to see the numbers come in more on time could be improved.

Its allowing us to scale our business. We get our targeted audience and SalesRobot allows us to maximize LinkedIn and Sales Navigator to their full extent.

SalesRobot lets you automate your LinkedIn outreach, giving you time to focus on other tasks. We are saving 2 hours per day, allowing us to reach our targeted leads without having to hire a dedicated BDR.

Their team is extremely professional. Kunai helped us with understanding the integrations and the potential of the tools, while Pratistha has been extremely helpful teaching us how to micromanage it in order to maximize its performance.

**What do you dislike about SalesRobot?**

It is more expensive than its competitors. It does offer more features, so it's still a solid investment.

Integrations, while possible, are also pretty complex. It would be great if they could partner with SendSpark and facilitate the integration between both tools, as a partnership would be a great opportunity for both companies.

It's saving us a lot of time and facilitating our outreach processes. No longer necessary to reach out to hundreds of people and follow up with them, as the tool does it for you.

It is a system in which I can define several roles in our team and with customers: Access from admin to pure author. This provides a real foundation for our business process. The system also fully complies with LinkedIn's ethical and legal requirements. This makes it a reliable and trustworthy solution for me. I also find the technical support to be absolutely fast and solution-orientated. World class!

**What do you dislike about SalesRobot?**

As soon as we use the system in German-speaking countries with German language, there are sometimes problems with the so-called "umlauts" in the German language, i.e. special letters of the language. However, I see this as a general issue on the Internet.

It's whole system is clearly broken into steps and sections. While they UI can get busy, it's still easy enough  to navigate and make campaigns. I rely on this a lot at making first contact through LinkedIn or email. 
Worth every cent and a great compliment to your sales or CRM.

Can get busy with lots of campaigns running and lots contacts being made.

It automates a lot of my leg work finding the right people in an organisation and filtering them down the just the right ones.

Support is very responsive and helpful. 
I really like that you can import SalesNavigator saved searches in order to target specific groups - this has allowed us to import target accounts into SalesNavigator and very effectively segment our outreach to very detailed levels. It's great to be able to add personalization variables and additional touchpoints like profile views, endorsements, etc.

**What do you dislike about SalesRobot?**

Downsides are the delays on synching performance data. visualization of performance data is not great. It would be nice to be able to A/B Test programatically. Sometimes the synching of contacts yields blank rows.

**What problems is SalesRobot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Time spent sending LinkedIn connections to grow LinkedIn network and awareness. We have it connected to our principal's account and he has much more important ways to spend his time. So this allows connection requests to come directly from him, with personalization, while also not using his time.

Ease of use. Once I set it up, I can sit back and let it manage all the important steps. With the additional integrations it make my prospecting that much smoother and simple. Been using it for over a year now and will continue to use it as long as I'm doing business. Saurav has helped me learn the in's and out's, and they also have videos on Youtube with How-To's and guides to help you get setup.

Honestly, the downsides aren't on SalesRobot's side. LinkedIn updates their algorithims every so often, so when temp restrictions do happen, SalesRobot has a feature to adjust your output to keep your account safe.

Manual and repetitive tasks. Sending a connection request, sending an initial offer message, following up if they havent replied, sending an email, engaging on a prospect's pos or endorsing a skill. All things that would take time and cost me money to have my assisstant do, are now all taken care of.

While messaging from the dashboard, It would be great if we can attach heavy files, but it's not a concern at all, just an idea.

I really like the flexibility that comes with SalesRobot and the user-friendliness. It's also highly scalable, which is esp. important on LinkedIn, as LinkedIn outreach is extremely manual. Support is also great! Easy to implement - I think it took me 10 minutes or less to do the set up. Been using it daily ever since.

Can't think of anything right now currently. Might be an even stronger emphasis on AI, but I heard that will come!

Automates the outbound process for me on LinkedIn and makes it easy to keep track of the conversations that I am having with prospects - helps me to generate additional pipeline.

Needs a better way to search for help on a topic.  Not a lot of documentation yet.

It connects directly to my CRM via webhook. No need for Zapier or Pabbly or other integration once a connection is made or if someone replies to a message.    
It allows for 2 way communication as well.  So I can send Connection Requests from my CRM to SalesRobot and then once the connection is made it then Enriches the data for the contact as well. 
I am just scratching the surface of what we can make it do with workflows

SalesRobot allows me to market as a professional on LinkedIn, with a minimum of attention. It's gives me fully automated sequences LinkedIn messages, targeted to my niche audience, that mimic a human interaction on LinkedIn, while still being on the driver seat.

You need to be "natural" and "honest" in your messages. SalesRobot multiplies your outreach as a robot, and helps a lot with ratings of messages and AI, but you must put effort in the messages yourselves to have the communication as a human to human.
