
I love using SalesRobot for our LinkedIn outreach because it handles all of our outgoing LinkedIn messages and helps to start conversations effortlessly. The built-in AI tool on Copilot is great for keeping our sales reps on track, ensuring they continue to respond and not miss follow-ups. SalesRobot is context-aware and automates scheduled follow-ups, including a three-step follow-up for every prospect interaction. I appreciate that it allows us to send voice notes and video messages, which have significantly improved our response rates. The software is incredibly robust and easy to set up, with AI walkthroughs making it simple to create campaigns in just a matter of minutes. The support team, especially Suarav and his team, are amazing. They are quick to respond to queries, providing solutions or putting my suggestions into their roadmap, which makes a huge difference. It's like having my own AI assistant, making sure follow-ups don't get forgotten. Overall, I can't speak highly enough of how SalesRobot keeps us moving forward efficiently. The only complaint I have is that you can only have one super admin. Otherwise, you have to do kind of a workaround, and previously, the software that we used allowed as many people as we wanted to have access to all of our clients at an agency level.
