It is a system in which I can define several roles in our team and with customers: Access from admin to pure author. This provides a real foundation for our business process. The system also fully complies with LinkedIn's ethical and legal requirements. This makes it a reliable and trustworthy solution for me. As soon as we use the system in German-speaking countries with German language, there are sometimes problems with the so-called "umlauts" in the German language, i.e. special letters of the language. However, I see this as a general issue on the Internet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Their customer support is prompt, product is easy to use and easy to integrate. Also, they are very honest about the pricing and billing. We got a refund for a service signed up for, but didn't use. It's whole system is clearly broken into steps and sections. While they UI can get busy, it's still easy enough to navigate and make campaigns. I really like that you can import SalesNavigator saved searches in order to target specific groups - this has allowed us to import target accounts into SalesNavigator and very effectively segment our outreach to very detailed levels. Ease of use. Once I set it up, I can sit back and let it manage all the important steps. With the additional integrations it make my prospecting that much smoother and simple. Honestly, the downsides aren't on SalesRobot's side. LinkedIn updates their algorithms every so often, so when temp restrictions do happen, SalesRobot has a feature to adjust your output to keep your account safe. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
