    SalesRoads has set Sales-focused appointments for us on an ongoing basis since early 2016. We've run several different campaigns focused on different market segments within that time-frame, and they have continued to work with us to build out new approaches and target new prospects.     What do you like best?

    Only appointment setting service we've used that works with some intuition. We started with a basic list and target parameter set, over time SR has done their own research, made their own recommendations based on conversations they've had, and now we more or less collaborate on strategy when it comes to prospect targeting. Initially we had worked with 3 outbound companies and pretty quickly went solely with SR. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

    What do you dislike?

    They are extremely detail oriented which is a good thing. Need to have some patience when you get going with them though, as they will want to think through the approach and move ahead with a real strategy. At first I just wanted quick appointments. Happy I bought into the whole process and bypassed the need for instant gratification, but I had to temper immediate expectations as the launch process took a week or two initially.     Recommendations to others considering the provider:

    Its not a fly-by-night or instant gratification type service. Go elsewhere for simple dial for dollars/budget type appointment setting. They are best of the best though when it comes to high quality, professional, and long term engagements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

    What problems are you solving with the provider? What benefits have you realized?

    No business problems and that is why I would describe SalesRoads as a professional appointment setting service. They are going to come in fully prepared with a detailed plan and deliver against that strategy. The benefits turn into real ROI and for us an increase in our market presence over time.
