Using my CRM I am able to send video emails which adapts to the specific client so it has improved my open rate and allowed me to look unique among rivals. **What do you dislike about SalesMail?** For some reason, the built-in functions for editing do not appear to be all that numerous. The current functionality appears very basic and suggests that it acts as a constraint over the general creativity of the video messages. **What problems is SalesMail solving and how is that benefiting you?** SalesMail enables the venture’s sales professionals to implement video in highly customized communication applications. The application helps to manage opportunities for mass and individual video mailing and gives me an advantage in communicating with prospects. ### 2. Really can't say enough about my experience in getting trained. Erica is AWESOME! SalesMail gives me great tracking data and my opens rates are fantastic using this tool. You can also 'feel' a stronger connection with leads when they view and respond to your videos. Lastly, it is TOO easy to use. It just works! **What do you dislike about SalesMail?** I'd love for the ability to append personalized GIFs or intros to the beginning of a generic video so I won't have to re-record. **What problems is SalesMail solving and how is that benefiting you?** Getting recipients' attention in the inbox (much better open/click rates than email) and building a stronger connection, faster with leads/potential customers. ### 3. It's super personal, not spammy, and feels like an authentic conversation - with the backend that helps me run my business.
