Having used the product for outreach, this reviewer finds SalesMail helpful for sending personalized video emails, which has improved their open rate. The built-in editing functions are limited and seem to restrict creativity in video content.

SalesMail gives me great tracking data and my opens rates are fantastic using this tool. You can also 'feel' a stronger connection with leads when they view and respond to your videos.
