What do you like best about SalesExec?

It is capable of all the needs on our list, packaged in a clean, intuitive interface with features that were understandable: the terminology and logic do not require a sales automation experience for our team to get up to speed. We start with high-value leads and need the ability for collaboration among multiple callers with the option of using the same phone number, and a clean history that is easy to follow and pick up where others left off over time. What do you dislike about SalesExec?

SMS works well, but there's no MMS. 3-way call connecting initially sounded clunky but during the trial, we found it to be smooth. Moreover, we saw multi-user capability for us to use one phone number for the lead: one SMS thread, but multiple people could provide phone follow-up, which will make life easier for the lead, also, to see history in their own SMS thread. What I like best about the software is the ease of use of the dialer. If no one picks up, the dialer will dial the next number after requiring an explanation for the unsuccessful lead. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
