What problems is SalesExec solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem we used ClickPoint for was to automate the lead distribution to our sales team in a fair and measurable way. In doing so, we ended up improving our sales flow to be more productive using ClickPoints distribution "Pull" features. We found we were also able to distribute leads based on skill/performance level of our reps, and created separate specialized sales teams as a result.
We also found ClickPoint's report templates to be extremely helpful in monitoring our sales team's performance. We track common dispositions to find areas for improvement and created dashboards to monitor performance. We've been able to spot anomalies in our sales flow that we had no visibility to prior and make corrections along the way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
