Creations' ability to connect with our external ordering platforms means that our field sales staff will have access to data that was previously unavailable to them. System upgrades occur regularly, but there is never any pressure to migrate us to the newest platform. Since we are a sizable company, Creatio and our support staff have taken an effort to ensure a smooth transition of our business procedures. Constant updates to the marketplace provide us access to tools that we might not have known existed, stimulating us to consider new methods of conducting business. I'd rather not have to perform these steps via Business Process Setup but rather have more options for business rules—in other words, restricting the range of values for a date field to only today or just today and tomorrow. A nice feature would be to have the dashboard automatically refresh. Things include adjusting a time frame or selecting a member of a team from a list box. There isn't a simple framework for setting up pick lists. Because of the overlap between departments, it can be challenging and time-consuming to ensure that everyone has the information they need to do their jobs effectively.
