There are modules to fit every need, and the system is easy to customize. It is the best product for documenting the activities of a robust compliance program and allows you to workflow just about any item. **What do you dislike about SAI360?** Everything needs to be brought up the FA3 architecture. Not enough interoperability between the 2 modules. Also some things have been on the roadmap for years (like Policy attestations/acknowledgments) and you keep saying they are coming but no date is in sight. It also would be helpful to have more information easier to access regarding upgrades and changes in functionality. No one has time to read the What's New every week. Also Compliance Workspace is useless and needs a major overhaul. **Recommendations to others considering SAI360:** Look around at the other products available. Talk to existing clients about implementation and ease of use. Find out how the company will continue to support you post implementation. Customization is important and SAI360 can be tailored to work for just about any business process you have, or might want to have. **What problems is SAI360 solving and how is that benefiting you?** Tracking and workflowing investigations, tracking audits and corrective actions, policy management, document management. ### 2. The tool itself is an integrated GRC solution which fully meets our requirements. **What do you dislike about SAI360?** User friendliness of the solution has improved, but there is still room for improvement. **What problems is SAI360 solving and how is that benefiting you?** The provider helps us assessing operational risks and controls by providing an integrated tool. Furthermore we can track issues/actions in a central database (no stand-alone solutions). And the integrated SAP Business Objects reporting engine is a great reporting tool which supports automation. ### 3. We typically hear back withing just a few hours on our ticket submissions to support. **What do you dislike about SAI360?** No access to the SQL that drives everything. Values cannot be shared between modules. There is no filter option on drop down menus to make it a better user experience when building our forms/questionnaires. There is no function to bulk import data for things like a question drop down list. The import tool IMA is terrible. Reporting and data visualization is not good either, we have to extract the data and use another software. **Recommendations to others considering SAI360:** Expect to spend significant time setting things up testing and editing to make things correct. **What problems is SAI360 solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use the Third Party Risk, Compliance, and Privacy reporting functions the most. ### 4. What I like best of all is the ability to 'customize-lite' these standard modules, adding in text related to our policies and culture, which increases the relevance for our employees. I also like the short 'teaser' communications we use prior to launching a more fulsome ethics training module. **What do you dislike about SAI360?** Nothing comes to mind. Nothing is intuitive at all. Client is required to be an expert on the software, thereby locking us into a product that stifles growth or changes within my business. **Recommendations to others considering SAI360:** unless you have a dire need for this product exclusively, consider platforms with a better front end. **What problems is SAI360 solving and how is that benefiting you?** very few ### 7. One big win for us over and over is the ability to initiate approval processes for various business needs that integrates flexible methods of interaction with the system that suits the executive's style. ### 8. In case of questions the helpdesk always responds really fast. **What do you dislike about SAI360?** The design of BWise hasn’t been upgraded since we use it. **What problems is SAI360 solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have a very positive experience with SAI360. By using BWise we improved our control framework and we are able to monitor our controls in a very efficient way. All the evidence is saved in BWise and this provides a lot of information for the internal and external auditors. ### 11. No option to move items from one module to the other fully without seeing them in both modules. No option to "skip if inactive" versus "skip if empty" on a approval list. **Recommendations to others considering SAI360:** Take advantage of the FunTrain online trainings, as they give helpful tips and tricks. **What problems is SAI360 solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am solving problems that have to do with identifying outdated policies and procedures. I have realized benefits with identifying incidents and preventing risk. ### 12.
