"Mobile Checklists and Photo Hazard Reporting Make Inspections Easy"
4.5/5
What do you like best about SAI360?

We were using paper check lists for safety inspections prior to using SAI360 and that was totally a nightmare. Now I just pull out my phone and check the boxes. Also, I can take pictures of hazards on the warehouse floor and add them straight onto the incident report without having to send them to myself via email first. Glad it didn't freeze today while I was doing the last walk through. At least it keeps all of our audit info in one spot so I don't have to be digging through file folders. What do you dislike about SAI360?

The offline feature of SAI360 is almost non-existent. If I go downstairs into the basement (no cell service) it will freeze and I'll lose everything I've completed during my inspection, which is incredibly frustrating. The advanced reporting dashboard is ridiculous to set up. You would almost need a computer science degree to create a simple chart for your weekly safety meeting. The app doesn't display the actual project name on the initial screen, only displays the date, therefore I have to spend hours clicking around to locate the correct inspection. "All Audits, Risks, and Controls in One Place—With Easy Drag-and-Drop Uploads"
5/5
What do you like best about SAI360?

Honestly, the absolute best thing about SAI360 is that everything related to audits are stored in one location rather than searching through a bunch of emails. Also it ties all your risk management and control items together which is great. And i can literally drag/drop my files directly into the project area. Support personnel will answer questions when you ask them so that's good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SAI360?

The time tracking module is ridiculously frustrating and clumsy. Why am i required to look up each individual project one by one just to enter hours worked? Can't they just provide me with a listing of active projects? Also, occasionally when i've opened numerous tabs in SAI360 it won't allow me to access a document until i download it. If files are large, it becomes very sluggish. There are far too many options under menus for new users, therefore finding anything is extremely time consuming. "Customizable Risk Management, Reliable Support"
4.5/5
What do you like best about SAI360?

I really value the flexibility of SAI360, as it allows me to build workflows tailored to how we actually assess risk rather than forcing us to use a generic template. This customization is crucial because I can set custom intake fields, risk tiers, and approval paths to automatically catch warning signs like abrupt ownership changes or mismatched banking details. It's rare for a platform to give an analyst this level of control, and it's proven its worth countless times. Even though the setup was quite involved due to this customization, the configuration flexibility made the effort worthwhile. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SAI360?

The search functionality leaves something to be desired when I'm tracing a single counterparty across historical records or pulling together prior findings on a repeat vendor. I look forward to the promised upgrades, along with refinements that make the interface friendlier for those of us who spend the better part of the day inside the system. "Centralized Compliance, Outstanding Support"
4/5
What do you like best about SAI360?

I like how SAI360 brings order to managing regulation and risk with a central process that relies on clear workflows, dependable reporting, and reliable audit trails. It ensures that safety and regulatory compliance across our warehouses and transport operations remain visible, and records are always audit-ready. I appreciate how closely their team worked to understand our needs, leading to solutions that suit our daily operations. The system is dependable, the interfaces are straightforward, and adoption across the team was smooth with little resistance. I really value the team's appetite for progress, as they continually refine the technology. I also like how SAI360 works well with Microsoft SharePoint and Power BI, helping us store supporting documents and create clear reporting dashboards. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SAI360?

My one reservation concerned access. The tool asks that users be enrolled before they can view any content, yet we needed certain material open to a wider audience on a read-only footing. To their credit, the team worked with us to make that possible, turning a genuine limitation into a workable arrangement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Compliance Made Effortless, UI Needs Improvement"
4.5/5
What do you like best about SAI360?

I appreciate how SAI360 keeps each property's obligations in view, thanks to the Compliance 360 module. This module gathers all obligations, from safety inspections and certifications to lease covenants, into one place, sparing me from having to piece together scattered records. The audit trail is another standout feature for me; it provides a reliable account of how each requirement was handled, which I lean on heavily, especially for audits or updating ownership. The reports it generates slot smoothly into the summaries I prepare for ownership. Automating tasks that were once manual helps me track adherence across my portfolio efficiently, ensuring every holding meets standards ahead of audits or refinancing. What do you dislike about SAI360?

I find the interface has begun to show its age, and the overall experience leaves something to be desired compared to more modern systems. I find configuring workflows can also prove delicate, particularly when integrating external data feeds, which requires the information to be carried cleanly through the process. I would appreciate a smoother way to bring in external data feeds, as it currently takes more effort than it should, and a more modern, intuitive interface around the workflow setup would definitely make the whole process less laborious. "Streamlined Risk Management, Steep Learning Curve"
4.5/5
What do you like best about SAI360?

I appreciate that SAI360 brings risk assessment, incident management, and reporting together in one platform, which has tightened our workflows and improved the accuracy of the data. This makes it easier to provide clear visibility to regulators and internal stakeholders. I also like the pre-built modules for frameworks like GDPR, which save me a lot of groundwork, allowing me to focus on applying them to our specific data-protection obligations. The ability to automate routine tasks, policy updates, periodic risk reviews, and incident logging saves me time for more important work. Additionally, SAI360 has scaled comfortably as our compliance obligations have grown. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SAI360?

My one real reservation concerns the learning curve, which proved steeper than expected around reports and dashboards. Getting those to behave as I wanted took patience, and I still occasionally find that side of the tool less intuitive than the rest. The biggest improvement would be making the reports and dashboards more intuitive to build, with a simpler drag-and-drop interface, clearer templates, and better in-platform guidance, so that configuring a custom report or view doesn't require as much of a learning curve for non-technical users. "SAI360 Keeps Audit Info Organized with Easy Drag-and-Drop Risk Controls"
5/5
What do you like best about SAI360?

SAI360 gets the job done as far as storing all the audit information in one place. When we are working on a large audit program, I really enjoy being able to drag and drop the risk controls around within the project. It also is nice that everyone can view the updates to avoid having to answer the same questions repeatedly. I was relieved it did not fail on me today. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SAI360?

Time tracking through SAI360 is very cumbersome and frustrating. There are multiple projects that you have to search for simply to add your hours rather than viewing a list of all projects you are assigned to which is nonsensical. Also the attachment feature is completely awful. Every time I want to review a document I have to download the entire document to my laptop because you cannot preview documents directly in the application window. "Centralized Third-Party Risk Management with Strong Heat Maps and Dashboards"
5/5
What do you like best about SAI360?

The primary benefit is having vendor/Third Party Risk in one place and no longer receiving weekly security questionnaire requests via e-mail. Heat Maps and Dashboards are relatively good for displaying the overall Risk Picture to Leadership without having to create a deck. They include a pre-built framework using best practice content so moving away from our previous "spreadsheet mess" wasn't starting completely blank. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SAI360?

Setup took way too long, I'm sitting here at a coffee shop and I can vaguely remember how many weeks it took and I don't want to block it out, but I probably am. Creating Custom Workflows is laborious, more clicking than you'd ever expect for what you're doing. Reporting is my pet peeve, anything past Basic Dashboards you'll export into Business Objects separately, which seems silly in 2026 when everything else is in one Platform. "Seamless Risk Management, Slight Learning Curve"
4/5
What do you like best about SAI360?

I like how SAI360 ties our corporate conduct, compliance, and GRC tools into one place, reducing fragmentation and keeping response organized. For me, having the risk, continuity, and compliance pieces together instead of scattered is a big advantage. I appreciate how cleanly it pulls integrated risk management together, especially the disaster recovery side and the emergency mass notification system, making it a one-stop shop for business continuity. This is crucial for keeping us ready for any incident. Setting up report templates for audits or analytics is straightforward too, so I don't have to struggle with the tool every time I need to prepare something for a review. The initial setup of SAI360 was pretty smooth as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SAI360?

Some parts come with a steep learning curve. The compliance learning modules in particular take real effort to get on top of, and that's been the one area where I've had to put in more time than I'd have liked before feeling comfortable. Clearer step-by-step onboarding and simpler navigation would make the compliance modules far less daunting for newcomers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient Compliance Management with Stellar Support"
4/5
What do you like best about SAI360?

I really appreciate SAI360 for keeping us aligned with regulatory training requirements and DOJ expectations without needing to chase updates myself. The content library is deep and allows us to roll out the same modules in several languages, saving us loads of time, especially with our offices in different countries. The content is surprisingly watchable, using short videos with realistic workplace scenarios that keep people engaged. The mix of full courses, micro-learning, and quick clips helps me match the format to the audience perfectly. Most of all, I'd recommend SAI360 because of the fantastic customer success team. Our assigned contact knows our business well, flags regulatory changes, and treats us more like a partner than a vendor. The initial setup was also very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SAI360?

The one gap is the pace of new content. Sustainability is the obvious example, the demand is rising fast and the library is still catching up. Faster rollout of content in emerging areas like sustainability and AI governance, plus more granular reporting on where learners drop off, would be the biggest improvements for me.
