"Flexible, Intuitive, Intelligent GRC Tool"

What do you like best?

So much to love in LogicGate! There are a wide variety of built-in templates for many areas of business other than IT, building a process from scratch is simple, and creating approval workflows is easy because it has a visual component and is more or less drag and drop if you want to make changes!

What do you dislike?

Thus far, in building our first process, we have not found anything we dislike.

Recommendations to others considering the product

LogicGate is the most flexible and easy-to configure GRC tool out there. We have a great deal of confidence in LogicGate's ability to meet our needs, both in terms of the application itself, but also in regard to supporting us and the platform in the future. It's very well-suited to the size of our company, and the cost-point is hundreds of thousands of dollars below the other platforms. Bundle that together, and you've got a fantastic company asset.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are in the process of implementation, but LogicGate will aggregate risks from not only information security operations, but is intended to cover as much of our enterprise risk management in the future.

"Great application and customisation options"

What do you like best?

I can convert manual processes into automated workflows myself, it's simple to do and has a wealth of options available to maximise the output of the process.

What do you dislike?

- Not having a filter option for the work queue.

- Not having a search options for the work queue.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Have someone in the business that knows how flow charts, process interdependancies, and conditional logic works!

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We have a lot of manual processes that do not need to be. LogicGate has enabled us to convert manual operations into automated workflows; from there we have reinvested the time lost through manual activities into operations that are better suited for a human to complete.

"Review of the LogicGate GRC Platform"

What do you like best?

Ease of use, acceleration of Security Program, knowledge and expertise of my success manager.

What do you dislike?

Currently the only item change I would make would be the ability to view larger groups of items within a list.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Unlike other GRC tools which require professional services and a significant financial commitment, LogicGate is very initiative. Instead of selling a professional service hours, LogicGates professional staff allow users to fully understand the tool within a matter of weeks. I started the implementation process a few months ago and I couldn't be happier. The automation of processes is a life saver. Anyone looking to strengthen overall governance needs this tool. This is by far one of the best investments we've made as a Company. Executive management has been able to see a return in investment already.

"LogicGate Risk management system"

What do you like best?

The flexibility offered by LogicGate was one of the key drivers for selecting the system and has enabled us to design processes that mirror our risk framework. After a month or so of using LogicGate we felt comfortable building and enhancing processes thanks to helpful support offered by Gary and the rest of the team at LogicGate.

What do you dislike?

While we have been impressed by the functionality offered by LogicGate for the capture and collation of risk information, it would be good to see enhancements made to the reporting functionality offered by the system, but we have already seen improvements and LogicGate are really receptive to feedback.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Spend time up front mapping out the processes you want to add to LogicGate and always think about the end user experience. Ask plenty of questions of the support team, as they are very quick at responding and offering solutions.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

LogicGate has enabled the business to have timely access to a single source of fact for all risk framework data, whilst supporting their continuous improvement programmes.

"Logic Gate Review"

What do you like best?

I loved the ease of use of the software program. The reps that we worked with were easy to talk to and would answer any questions we had. Our users of the program were able to learn very easily. I also liked the way we were able to generate analysis and send them off to other users. This was much easier then having to email everyone from our work emails and a lot better way to track different users process within any given step.

What do you dislike?

The reports were able to upload to excel but we still had to edit them after the fact. It didn't take much time but still just an extra step we had tot take. The heat maps, we are told will be better developed in the upcoming months along with other reports. Right now we are having to generate our own heat maps to suit the needs of our audience. Hopefully the reports will be develop in a way that we can edit them better and get more out of them.

The ease of use is great and there are so many different applications. They can tailor one to suit your needs.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We were able to streamline our processes more easily with this program and get away from printing our reports on paper. It allowed us to communicate better with our peers when we had to get information from them. Tracking the information helps us generate the needed reports that we must have for internal purposes and reviews.

"LogicGate Review - Mathews"

What do you like best?

As long as I have been in the industry of consulting, there has been a need for workflow development and tracking across several projects within various industries. LogicGate offers the ability to provide custom workflows on the fly to those who truly understand the needs of the project and adequately provide metrics for performance throughout the life-cycle of the workflow.

What do you dislike?

At times, it can be difficult to remember all of the steps involved or needed for in the initial development of the workflow. Difficult to navigate to certain screens. Would suggest a wiki or FAQ page to address similar issues encountered by users.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Know what you want out of this. The tool is build to allow you to be creative in adapting workflow management to your current needs and projects. Fully understanding and explaining your expectations and needs will allow for better communication with the LogicGate team and understanding of the capabilities offered.

We have been solving issues that revolve around data review, and data flow. We now have a centralized platform to build workflows around data management and review processes. LogicGate provides metrics that give us the knowledge and power needed to effectively make decisions to improve our workflow process and active user base.

"It is a great application to maintain security control at work."

What do you like best?

I find its flexibility and accessibility of use, it is ideal to customize any type of report, it is developed quickly and safely allowing changes or updates to be made efficiently, It is great.

What do you dislike?

I really do not have anything negative about this application, the only thing I can think of would be more intuitive, the rest is great.

What do you like best?

Its software, since it is very flexible and easy to use, I love the customization options of the reports carried out quickly and safely without complications.

"Flexible, customizable platform for risk and compliance processes"

What do you like best?

The best part about LogicGate is the flexibility it provides fast-paced organizations to implement new processes and adapt as the company continues to change and grow. The other big advantage of LogicGate is that it was very easy to customize the platform to fit our risk framework and scoring methodology, rather than having to adjust our framework to fit the tool, which would have been the case with several GRC platforms on the market today.

What do you dislike?

No complaints so far. There are a few features we'd like to see in order to broaden the use of the platform, but the team at LogicGate has been really receptive to those and has plans in place to implement these in the near future.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

With LogicGate, we have been able to streamline our risk assessment process and equip business owners with the information they need to assess and mitigate risks on their own, with only consulting support from the risk and compliance function. Additionally, we are able to centralize our risk scoring data so we can report on total risk exposure by business function.

"Streamlined and efficient review platform"

What do you like best?

I really like how the platform is intuitive and easy to follow. This will allow for adherence to any rules set up. I like that there is the ability to have notifications to alert when work is upcoming or due - that will be very helpful to complete SLAs.

What do you dislike?

I think the UX/UI is very clean but there are always little tweaks, etc. that can be done - icons, filters, etc.

Recommendations to others considering the product

The team understands the needs of the industry, has a lot of experience, and they have found an area where they can provide a real solution to many problems companies face without the need for overly complex, developer intensive solutions.

I have used the partner platform to get a better sense for the product, understand the workflow, and get a feel for the UI which has been impressive.

"Flexible GRC"

What do you like best?

I really like the personalization aspect of the p[product and the level of training involved. These guys really take time to make sure your processes are designed accurately and meet your expectations.

What do you dislike?

The only thing that comes to mind is that in our environment we were unable to get IE11 to properly view the pages. Once we switched over to Chrome, that seemed to fix the issue.

"Great workflow tool"

What do you like best?

Being able to easily create workflow using visualization and logical steps.

What do you dislike?

It was in the road map, but having additional reporting functionalities would be a great plus.

What do you like best?

It is a very simple solution to problems that I've encountered throughout my career. These problems cost tons of time and money and LogicGate is a very unique and affordable solution.

What do you dislike?

Not sure if there are any complaints at the moment. I'm looking forward to seeing how the platform progresses and ads new features, but it solves the problems that my business has quite well.

LogicGate is a great platform for our business. It's a simple solution that solves problems that used to cost us a ton of time and money.

Simple process and documentation needs standardization. We use so many outdated and cumbersome processes - things like excel and Google Shared sheets tend to get cluttered and lack accountability.

What do you like best?

Very flexible--many options to implement various processes while including both internal and external users (via public links).

What do you dislike?

There are a few missing features as pertains to data consistency, but the team is always working on releasing new features to suit a broad number of use cases.

"Adaptive tool to enhance controls and processes"

What do you like best?

The ability to easily build out solutions for different areas of our company

What do you dislike?

The ability to add custom filters on work queues would be helpful, but can work around the issue with their reporting feature.

What do you like best?

What do you like best?

LogicGate offers a great product that can be used across several different lines of business.

The implementation process has taken longer than expected. This may be due to several factors both internally and externally however, I would like to have seen the software being used at full capacity by now.

Team is very responsive to requests for new functionality and helping us through developing new processes and solutions. The platform is very easy to use and quite performant in everyday use.

"An Amazing Tool~"

What do you like best?

It's ridiculously easy to use. Even though it took a little bit of trial and error for me, it's been a fantastic learning experience. Honestly, next to the tool, the LogicGate team are also the absolute best at answering my many questions clearly and in a timely manner.

"Helps make our company more efficient / custom apps without a developer"

What do you like best?

We use LogicGate at ErliBird to automate several of our processes that previously required a lot of manual touch points. This has subsequently helped to reduce human error and make us all around more efficient. The team at LogicGate is always very helpful whenever we need guidance on the best way to setup our workflows.

What do you dislike?

Why didn't this exist in the past! No big issues so far. Team is responsive in dealing with any questions / concerns.

"It has been incredibly helpful. "

What do you like best?

I have no experience in writing code and have found the dashboard to be extremely user friendly. I find the software very user friendly and very applicable to my new business planning and compliance monitoring. It has maximized my efficiency while allowing me to have increased control over what I produce.

What do you dislike?

The dashboard is great but needs more graphical reporting capabilities

Monitoring compliance while opening a new physical therapy practice. This product allowed for monitoring of compliance without additional cost of personnel.

"Inuitive system and great aftersales/development support "

What do you like best?

We reviewed a number of ERm tools and LogicGate was easily the most intuitive and user focused. The after sales support and development (Jon Siegler) has been prompt and collaborative to help us model the system to suit our business' requirements.

What do you dislike?

We are still in development but anything that didn't fit our needs have been addressed.

"Build complex apps with zero programming skills"

What do you like best?

I can drop and drag the pieces I need to build out a workflow and it is fully visible.

What do you dislike?

Setting up and connecting tasks is not always intuitive, but it is still early (and LogicGate can build out a library of standard tasks)
