This increase was primarily the result of Ashley Reece, our Account Executive, taking the time to understand our needs and what is important to us, and then connecting us with the right people to show us how the modules work. I never felt pressure just to buy more - Ashley's concern was our satisfaction. We discovered one of the previous modules was not set up efficiently, and Luke Ortegel spent significant time improving that module for us. I am impressed with the integration we can make between these modules, which will be much more efficient for us. **What do you dislike about LogicGate?** There are pieces of the RCSA module that are not intuitive; however, once I used this module regularly, I became much more comfortable with it. **What problems is LogicGate solving and how is that benefiting you?** The various modules we're now using allow us to connect activities/issues from the RCSA, Internal Audit, Issue Management, and Compliance in some cases, allowing enhanced monitoring for ERM purposes. ### 6. Through every step of our process to date, they are able to address questions and provide solutions. They offer monthly webinars/sessions and the TPRM one today was great. If there were something we didn't like, I'm 100% confident we work through it. LogicGate is BY FAR the most customizable application of them all. If you can determine the logical flow, you can add just about anything you want. Previously I did risk acceptance forms in a separate doc platform, then moved it over. I was able to create the form and electronic signature in the platform and then inject that into the current workflow seamlessly. **What do you dislike about LogicGate?** The most difficult part is that there is a lot of learning. It can be confusing at first. To counter this, they do have implementation teams and fairly thorough power user training. Also, paying per power user feels like they are trying to squeeze your budget. **What problems is LogicGate solving and how is that benefiting you?** Customization. Most of these vendors give you their out of the box workflow and you have to figure the rest out on your own. No LogicGate. They give you access to workflow creation and let you dream up your own path. ### 10. Get up to speed very quickly. The forms seem to be created more from a design POV. Creation of data points should be given as an "on the fly" option. Creating groups for communication distribution should be more integrated into the application view / job view to preview who the distribution is being sent to. Create an option to view who can access a View on the fly. The team at Logicgate was able to take our existing, excel based processes, and develop a clean process within their application. The fact that we are not limited to set processes/forms and that we can easily tailor any step/process to our specific needs with zero IT support or coding is a huge advantage for our organization. **What do you dislike about LogicGate?** There are minor opportunities with Access Entitlements within the Table Reports and improvements with the ability to organize/group reports under tabs/folders...etc... Also when designing/adjusting a process, a more streamlined way to ensure adjustments to a specific step are carried through the entire process. **Recommendations to others considering LogicGate:** Think about your organization's ongoing needs and whether you will need to make changes to your processes as time progresses. Logicgate is extremely flexible and gives you the ability to adjust and create new workflows with zero IT support and no coding. **What problems is LogicGate solving and how is that benefiting you?** Workflow management and evidence retention, improved reporting and reduced need for manual follow ups and email reminders. We currently manage our Branch Audit Program within the application with our users travelling across the country. They did an outstanding job working through our initial build plan and then the many many extra sessions I had scheduled with them after our initial set of standard implementation meetings. Charlie and Ashley were extremely knowledgeable and willing to help at any time with the probably excessive amount of scrutinizing that myself and my manager did to our module to ensure it was perfect for our initial go-live needs. Thank you! **What do you dislike about LogicGate?** The initial process of working with the relationship coordinator was a little tricky for our internal project managers to align to their process. There was some miscommunication on both ends that led to some project plan confusion. Nothing that we did not work out in the end to ultimately lead to a successful implementation. **Recommendations to others considering LogicGate:** I would love to see a space where we can easily submit ideas for the product team to contemplate when making updates to the software. I have a lot of ideas to help make the system more user-friendly. **What problems is LogicGate solving and how is that benefiting you?** My team was looking for a tool to allow us to have a single source of truth for all of the work we have done in establishing a SOX-404 implementation. The workflows are highly customizable and the fact that our Privacy team can adjust them directly and w/o technical knowledge is a game-changer. Most other platforms have fixed UI/UX and workflows that won't fit into our company's flows and processes, which is a key shortcoming. LogicGate makes reporting easy. The dashboards are fully customizable and easy to export into different formats - which helps generate value and give visibility to our Privacy program. The onboarding team is always available and eager to help us get the platform to meet our needs. **What do you dislike about LogicGate?** The only downside is not exactly a downside, but rather a choice of what works for your GRC program. It's a step up in price from other privacy platforms, but it comes down to what your company needs. If you need a highly customizable platform to centralize your whole program, it's the right call. If you need a simple application for a few tasks, maybe it's not. **Recommendations to others considering LogicGate:** LogicGate is a powerful platform. It's a different standard from other privacy platforms: more use cases and much more customizable. The controls testing UX is well designed and will be easy to use and the certification processes is a great tool as well. **What do you dislike about LogicGate?** Given LogicGate is a startup, there are a few standard features they are missing from their tool. Currently the tool does not have a global search function to easily find your information. If you want to do this, you have to create custom reports and then search that specific table for your information. This could result in completeness issues and I think it is something they should have implemented as soon as possible. It also does not have standard reports readily available to view. If the tool does not have a feature I would like to see, I send them feedback and in every instance they have worked to get that feature developed and employed. **What problems is LogicGate solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have been solving a variety of problems with the Risk Cloud. One example was we had risks that were really mitigated and needed to be removed from our risk registry but until we could show the data with LogicGate reporting, we had been unsuccessful. Once we were able to show the data using LogicGate, the risk were closed. This allowed us to begin focusing more on strategic risks and emerging risks rather than using time and energy on mitigated risks. With third party management, LogicGate Risk Cloud has helped us track and better analyze monitoring and auditing over a period of time. With this we are more able to quickly see trends and get the right conversations started based off of solid data. ### 36. It is very easy to train new users, it is intuitive enough that some users started using it without training. It has allowed our team to engage the rest of the organization. **What do you dislike about LogicGate?** I really like this tool. Although it may not currently have every feature, it is not overloaded with features we don't need or want. **What problems is LogicGate solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are putting more ownership on the control owners, risk owners and vendor relationship managers. Our old system was cumbersome and required our team to do most of the updates from emails. The best part are the team that go alongside us in building the application, who are approachable, friendly, and accommodating. **What do you dislike about LogicGate?** It needs to be integrated with platforms like O365 (apparently this is being done) and allow email notifications to be customised to the customer's email domain. Takes a bit of getting used to the terminology and there are times when clarification is required otherwise the workflow can go wrong. **What problems is LogicGate solving and how is that benefiting you?** We really need a good workflow for the modules we're getting so that we no longer rely on sending manual emails and checking up on status of assessments. The aesthetic appearance of the dashboards and various reports is appealing to end-users and can color-code risk ratings. **What do you dislike about LogicGate?** It might be my personal preference, but I wanted to enhance a couple of functionalities: 1) Now, I cannot get a printed PDF file that has all the information I need in a presentable manner. 2) In the "my work" section of the homepage, critical information such as "project name," "timestamp," etc., are missing. A simple and intuitive UI makes designing and working in LogicGate easy (there is a learning curve). No time to dive in and become a power user? LogicGate has a multitude of off-the-shelf processes (vendor management/TPRM) to choose from. The Company: A galaxy of articles to get you started + training videos, Real-time tech support. LogicGate's support is nothing short of incredible. Regular emails and sessions that cover updates, changes, and new features. **What do you dislike about LogicGate?** Some functionality is missing that would make working and using the application a bit easier. For example, a separate tab for global fields to create, edit and see where those fields are used. Another example, it is currently not possible to provide granular access to the reports tab. It's customizable down the the layout you pick for end users to link certain attributes to (I wanted my stakeholders to link a control to a policy, snd I could customize how the policy fields (ID, Name, Owner) pop up for that person during the control evaluation phase. I also am obsessed with their personnel. Frustrated with your inability to see something clearly? Using the intercom chat it's as easy as slacking a coworker (unless you're like me and am currently the only person in your org supporting this application). Chatted with Dylan the whole day on and off, and was never turned away. **What do you dislike about LogicGate?** I couldn't find documentation as readily available for the small questions as I could for the big ones. "When do you reach out to your implementation specialist?" "When do you reach out for customer support?" "How do you go live?" Maybe it is out there, but I couldn't find it as quickly as I'd like. But then again, talking to CS was very helpful. I would really recommend doing the full implementation otherwise you'll be left 5 months after purchasing asking questions you could have gotten out of the way sooner. **Recommendations to others considering LogicGate:** Work heavily with your stakeholders beforehand to understand the tools they use for project management purposes. I thought it was easy to pick up because I didn't have to learn how to code. Once I played around with some of their templates and got the lay of the land, I felt it was simple to structurally change my workflows to move more logically, display information more conveniently, and ensure that my team captures the correct information at the right step in the process. I also like the visibility that it provides for each record. Using LogicGate as my source of truth, I can link my controls to my risks, policies, regulations, etc., and vice versa. The information is far more accessible and easy to find relative to before. **What do you dislike about LogicGate?** For me, two things would be beneficial for LogicGate to update and include as functionality: 1) I am currently unable to make date-based calculations in the system. For example, I cannot make a calculation based on a date field that would display how long a record has been open. 2) Some of the reporting functionality needs to be further developed. For example, I still need to export some data to make layered charts (i.e., a bar graph with a line graph on top of it). Secondly, I cannot filter data based on date ranges (i.e., only show me records created in Q2 2021). To do something like that, I would need to create a field for the user to flag the record creation date as Q2 2021, which would be redundant with the existing date field. **What problems is LogicGate solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am using LogicGate to better track risks and controls and will use this information to conduct formal Risk and Control Self Assessments. The biggest benefit we have realized is the ability to have all the related records linked to one another, so I can see which risks have controls, regulations, policies, etc. tied to them. ### 50.
