SageMailer allows customers to easily connect with their Amazon accounts and begin setting up campaigns/sending out messages on the first day. I felt the interface was easy to use and navigate, it connects with multiple Amazon marketplaces, and the templates are updated regularly to follow Amazon's constantly changing policies around messaging. Once a campaign is set up and messages are scheduled, it can be quite difficult to make tweaks or other changes. Making changes to a campaign in process means you will "lose" the messages currently scheduled and will have to start over from the moment you save your new changes. This has discouraged me from making small changes that aren't necessary but I'm annoyed by and would rather have fixed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I switched to SageMailer because it had access to international Amazon marketplaces (I wanted to send emails to customers outside of just the US). However, after I switched, I was really impressed with the design of their templates, the ability to customize the templates, and the variety of settings available to set up your campaign. They stay up on the latest policy changes from Amazon so that you can feel confident that their templates are within policy. And best of all, they were cheaper than the vendor I had been using. This is a minor complaint, but I wish if you wanted to make a change to your campaign, it didn't completely stop your current campaign and start a new one. What I mean is, I have my emails to send out 3 days after a customer receives their product. If I make a change, it means none of the customers currently scheduled to receive an email will receive one, and it only begins scheduling with new customers from the time you save your new changes. There have been several minor changes I want to make to my current campaigns but there is no way to make the changes without having the hundreds of customers currently scheduled to receive an email still get it. There's a workaround where you could create a small, one-off campaign to capture those you've lost. Still, it's imperfect and tends to mean you send duplicates to several customers and with Amazon's policies, I don't want to accidentally be in violation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
