**What do you like best about SageMailer?**

SageMailer allows customers to easily connect with their Amazon accounts and begin setting up campaigns/sending out messages on the first day. I felt the interface was easy to use and navigate, it connects with multiple Amazon marketplaces, and the templates are updated regularly to follow Amazon's constantly changing policies around messaging.

**What do you dislike about SageMailer?**

Once a campaign is set up and messages are scheduled, it can be quite difficult to make tweaks or other changes. Making changes to a campaign in process means you will "lose" the messages currently scheduled and will have to start over from the moment you save your new changes. This has discouraged me from making small changes that aren't necessary but I'm annoyed by and would rather have fixed.

**What problems is SageMailer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I send messages to my Amazon customers 3 days after they have received my product. The message both checks in with the customer to make sure they are pleased with the product and it also asks the customer to review my product. I'm able to get in front of any questions or issues, and by asking for reviews, I get more reviews for my listing, which leads to sales.
