I find Sage CRM to be notably better and different compared to other CRM products I've used over more than five years of working experience. This impression is based on its current functionality, which surpasses previous versions of CRM systems I've worked with. What do you like best about Sage CRM?

I like the tool because everything is centralized and easy to track, and you don't need heavy IT for customization and easy implementation. It offers helpful automation for repetitive tasks, along with strong reporting and dashboards. The most beneficial aspect I can identify is that it improves customer visibility. The system is very user-friendly. Uploading invoices and filling out the required fields is straightforward and hassle-free. Additionally, searching for previously entered data is quick and easy if I need to revisit it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sage CRM?

I find it frustrating that I get logged out after just 20 minutes of inactivity. Each time, I have to log back in, generate a new code from Google Authenticator, and go hunt for my phone.
