It's more than just a CRM; it keeps sales and accounting on the same page. This unification is valuable because it eliminates friction like jumping between multiple systems to understand a customer, and it ensures that sales and finance are working from the same information. The marketing automation features are basic compared to dedicated tools. It can do simple email campaigns and lists, but no real lead scoring, advanced nurturing sequences, or multi-channel marketing. Teams that need strong marketing will almost certainly need a separate tool. We can’t score leads based on behavior like email opens, clicks, website visits, or form fills, which slows sales down significantly.
