Who is Mitti (by SafetyCulture) pricing best suited for?

SafetyCulture's pricing is best suited for mid-market companies in industries like manufacturing, construction, food production, hospitality, and facilities services, where regular inspections and compliance audits are core operations. G2 reviewers from these segments consistently report strong value from SafetyCulture's Premium tier. The free tier suits individuals or small teams digitizing basic workflows on a limited budget, though G2 users note its template and feature caps can quickly become restrictive. Larger enterprises benefit most from the custom-priced Enterprise tier, which adds dedicated support and SSO. G2 reviews suggest smaller businesses with occasional users may find the per-seat pricing model less cost-effective.

What are the key differences between the free and paid versions of Mitti (by SafetyCulture)?

SafetyCulture's free tier supports up to 10 team members with 5 active templates, basic analytics, and up to 3 years of data history, making it functional but limited. G2 reviewers on the free plan note restrictions around template volume and feature access as primary drivers for upgrading. SafetyCulture's paid Premium plan at $24.00 per month unlocks unlimited templates, advanced analytics, SSO, SCIM, integrations, approvals, and unlimited data history. G2 users specifically mention that advanced reporting, integrations, and collaboration features are only accessible on higher tiers. A free trial is available, allowing teams to evaluate premium capabilities before committing to a paid plan.

Is Mitti (by SafetyCulture) considered good value for its pricing?

SafetyCulture's pricing is generally viewed as good value, particularly for mid-market teams that rely heavily on digital inspections and audits. G2 reviewers consistently highlight time savings, paperwork elimination, and real-time reporting as strong justifications for the cost. However, pricing concerns appear frequently across G2 reviews, especially from small businesses and growing teams. The per-seat model draws repeated criticism, with several G2 users noting it becomes burdensome as headcount grows. Some reviewers flag that advanced features are locked behind higher tiers. Despite these concerns, the high average rating of 4.5 out of 5 suggests most users find SafetyCulture's pricing justified by its operational efficiency gains.

"Easy to Use, but Pricey Per User"

What do you like best about Mitti (by SafetyCulture)?

It is very easy to use and has an API to help integrate it Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mitti (by SafetyCulture)?

The cost per user is very high and the licensing options are no good. If I have a user who may only need it once a month or every 3 months, paying a large amount for 1 report is not worth it, which is why we are actively looking elsewhere. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
