
We've been customers of SaaSGrid for years now, and we'll keep being customers for years to come. We originally started using it back when Ethan was just building the MVP, and it's been amazing to see how far the product has come since then.
Their product is outstanding. We use it to connect all of our Stripe revenue details and QuickBooks data together in one place. The way SaaSGrid lets us slice and dice data is 10x better than anything you can do directly in Stripe or QuickBooks. You can segment data in pretty much any way you can imagine — and that level of depth has been a total game changer for us at Cometly.
A great example: we've been able to overlay our digital ad spend (pulled from QuickBooks) against ARR/MRR data, and then break those revenue numbers down by company size, business type, and more. This is insight we simply couldn't get anywhere else. It’s helped us see our numbers in ways Stripe or QuickBooks alone never could.
Support is also top-notch. The entire team is fantastic, but I want to give a special shout-out to Chelsey Fang, she’s truly best in class. One of the best vendor support experiences I’ve ever had.
