"Incredible platform, incredible team — SaaSGrid is a must-have for serious SaaS operators"
What do you like best about SaaSGrid?

We've been customers of SaaSGrid for years now, and we'll keep being customers for years to come. We originally started using it back when Ethan was just building the MVP, and it's been amazing to see how far the product has come since then.

Their product is outstanding. We use it to connect all of our Stripe revenue details and QuickBooks data together in one place. The way SaaSGrid lets us slice and dice data is 10x better than anything you can do directly in Stripe or QuickBooks. You can segment data in pretty much any way you can imagine — and that level of depth has been a total game changer for us at Cometly.

A great example: we've been able to overlay our digital ad spend (pulled from QuickBooks) against ARR/MRR data, and then break those revenue numbers down by company size, business type, and more. This is insight we simply couldn't get anywhere else. It’s helped us see our numbers in ways Stripe or QuickBooks alone never could.

Support is also top-notch. The entire team is fantastic, but I want to give a special shout-out to Chelsey Fang, she’s truly best in class. One of the best vendor support experiences I’ve ever had.

Overall, SaaSGrid has been an amazing partner for us, and we’re excited to keep growing with them. Can’t wait to see what they build next. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SaaSGrid?

One thing to note: SaaSGrid is pretty advanced. The depth and power of the platform can make it feel a bit complex at times, but honestly, that’s also what makes it so valuable. 1.As SaaSgrid is still relatively new, some features are not fully developed. However, the product team is highly receptive to feedback and open to suggestions for new functionality

2. The platform currently lacks flexibility for entering source data that doesn’t align with the predefined templates, which may limit its adaptability in certain use cases

What do you like best about SaaSGrid?

SaaSGrid has completely transformed how we track and analyze our SaaS metrics. What used to be a complex and time-consuming process is now fast, simple, and insightful. It takes the pain out of calculating metrics like ARR, churn, LTV, and CAC, and makes everything accessible through an intuitive, user-friendly interface.

One of the platform's standout features is how easily data can be sliced and diced—by segment, time period, customer type, and more. It empowers our team to analyze the business from multiple perspectives, whether we're looking at customer success trends, sales performance, marketing attribution, or churn.

It is not just for the finance team. It is also used by the CS, Marketing, Sales and product teams. Everyone gets the insights they need without relying heavily on technical help. Their support team is always responsive and committed to solving any unique challenges we’ve encountered.

What do you like best about SaaSGrid?

The most useful reports and charts prebuilt and easily integrated with Hubspot and a myriad of other tools. Working with the team has been a blast and have never had a bad moment. The best customer support, implementation and using this platform helps us keep our CRM data clean as well which is a huge plus. We find ourselves using the dashboards more and more often as they continue to push out releases and updates more frequently and if there are any bugs their SLA and rectification time is incredibly quick. What do you like best about SaaSGrid?

It is very easy to use, almost free of cost, you will use the software almost every day becuase the value it adds to your data keeping, repoting and visulaization, easy integration with other tools like google workspace and CRMs. If you are SAAS, it is mandatory to have SAASGrid Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SaaSGrid?

The best part about SaaSGrid is it's seamless and easy to integrate into your CRM and begin to see SaaS metrics populate in minutes. This has taken the headache out of needing to make sure spreadsheets are up to date and sharing them out.

The 'Fix Issues' feature is also nice, as it shows any potential issues within your existing contracts. This helps keep your CRM & processes honest.

Enjoying the tool. Easy and quick setup with Stripe. Our team has gained a better understanding of which metrics are most important to track, and their library of SaaS terminology is helpful.
