What do you like best about Saara Return Reduction?

Saara's insights on the exchange program are meaningful. It still should offer an alternative the customer might be happy with that would be all the same the stress of unwanted replacements. This has led to an increase in the customer satisfaction rates and reduced rate of returns in which the goods have to be sent back to the manufacturers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Saara Return Reduction?

The process of integrating Saara with our current inventory system has been marred with challenges. Labelling inventory issues as senses of inaccuracy of stock levels result in stock-outs, which in turn leads to item exchanges once back in stock. This gives birth to a disgusting situation that turns customers away while the fulfillment crew is uncomfortable and grumbling. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Saara Return Reduction?

Compared to other solutions, Saara EcoReturns has interesting features covering most of the returns. We are connected to Shopify. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Saara Return Reduction?

Since we bought the solution over 6 months, we are not live. Every time we do a user testing, we find new bugs. And there is not support to get them fixed.

Even writting to the CEO of the company, it does not seems to have any impact. Very dissapointing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
