From the policy manual to job descriptions, to support in completing workman comp reviews to pulling data, we rely on being able to have needed information at our deposal. I attempted to complete a workman's comp assessment, and found pulling the information manually was a challenge. When I contacted ADP they let me know that there was a prepared report that gave me much of the information I needed. This saved me a lot of time and effort. ### 3. Customer service is consistently available by phone or chat, and the reporting tools are very robust. I’m also able to create custom reports easily when I need something more specific. Onboarding was straightforward, and the onboarding training is very thorough. I was unable to enter in every subs payment that we made to them every week and instead, I decided to wait until the end of the year to enter the total year's pay for each sub, but I was unable to do that with ADP. The customer service we have needed has been excellent every time we need to reach out for something we are unsure about. Payroll is not the only thing I do for our business os ease of use was a big need for us. The timecard feature has improved out overall time tracking and made it much easier to pay employees. We have both W2 and 1099 work occurring and are able to run both seamlessly. **What do you dislike about RUN Powered by ADP?** One of the downsides we have experienced is holiday adjusted payrolls are tracked in the system with reminders but also still easy to miss if you are not getting into the system on a regular basis and double checking. A few of our employees have had some trouble with time keeping not responding to them when they try to clock out for the day. I appreciate that it allows visibility to employees that they didn't have before, helps reduce errors, and improves timeliness in reporting. The chat function is one of my favorite features because it makes solving payroll and other issues a lot easier than other payroll systems I've used, where the only option was to fill out a ticket, call, or email a representative. It allows me to work on other items while waiting for an agent, provides more immediate answers, and lets me keep a record of the conversation for future reference. The initial setup was easy since I've done it before, making the process pretty simple. **What do you dislike about RUN Powered by ADP?** I feel like everything could be more consolidated. When I had to make changes or add an account before, I had to speak to multiple different departments to get all the modules. This makes it harder to know who to reach out to for what. **What problems is RUN Powered by ADP solving and how is that benefiting you?** RUN Powered by ADP saves time on payroll and reduces errors in PTO tracking.
