This is especially valuable as I'm often handling tasks alone, and having someone like Sage on the phone with me, who even shared my screen to clarify instructions, is comforting and improves the experience. The initial setup was super easy as well, with Sage walking me through each step. **What do you dislike about RUN Powered by ADP?** I do wish there was a way to prepare the payroll then "send it" to someone for approval as an option. I am an Assistant so tools like that would be helpful. My employees haven't been able to register their personal accounts yet. The Vendor Pay option is fantastic, allowing us to pay employee deductions for fundraisers directly from our account, simplifying a process that was previously manual and time-consuming. The onboarding abilities are also excellent, making it a breeze to set up new employees with all the needed information quickly and efficiently. It's nice that the system offers to send the invite directly to the new employee and covers all aspects like tax info, pay info, deductions, and paid time off. The implementation specialists were also wonderful, offering help quickly and kindly during the somewhat tedious initial setup. **What do you dislike about RUN Powered by ADP?** There could be some improvement with the PTO portion of the system. The PTO only gives a balance rather than a running balance for our employees to be able to view when they have taken time and what they have accrued/when. I like how I can quickly run payroll for my entire team, sometimes in just a few minutes. Everything is just lined up in a table, which makes adjusting numbers and reviewing for accuracy really easy before processing. Onboarding new employees is also very easy. I appreciate that it's reasonably priced in terms of payroll costs, and I find the system fantastic with its really great breakdown of benefits, taxes, and withdrawals. **What do you dislike about RUN Powered by ADP?** There's one or two features where I have to always call or chat with ADP to get an additional state added to the list of states where certain employees of mine work, like when I'm onboarding a new 1099 worker. I have to keep asking them to add a state into the work locations field because that state isn't available for the person to self-onboard. It's not a big deal, and I kind of understand why it's not there, as it might cost ADP money each time they add another state. I feel like it's a little outdated. I don't love that they don't always both sides speak to each other. Time and attendance is sometimes off. **What problems is RUN Powered by ADP solving and how is that benefiting you?** RUN Powered by ADP covers all of my payroll needs, including employee deductions and onboarding. It also tracks employee time and attendance and integrates with 401(k) plans, which lets employees manage their deductions while also helping with employer 401(k) funding. Workers’ Comp audits used to be very cumbersome and time-consuming. However, RUN helped by making it possible to pull multi-year payroll information in a usable format, which solved the issue of having to manually combine the years myself. ### 45. ADP did all the setup for me, so it was very easy and super smooth. My sales guy was wonderful and checked in with me every six months to make sure there weren't any issues. I always recommend it. **What do you dislike about RUN Powered by ADP?** . We need to split employee hours between multiple jobs for accurate job costing. RUN by ADP does not offer a practical way to allocate payroll hours across multiple jobs, which creates additional manual work and limits to our labor cost. I have to run multiple report, and since you changed how they are exported into excel. I have to do even more work to split hours into the different job cost. **What problems is RUN Powered by ADP solving and how is that benefiting you?** RUN Powered by ADP makes payroll much quicker and easier for me.
