We’ve been using ADP Run for close to a year now, and so far it’s been great. There were multiple occasions where we forgot to pay an employee and ADP was able to show me how to fix my error right away, before the employee even knew that we missed his check. The chat is convenient to use. I don't have to wait on the line for someone to answer. I can set up the chat and work on other things while I wait to be helped. The wait for help is usually very low, so it's nice that I don't have to wait long on most occasions. Sometimes ADP catches my mistakes, reminding me to check to make sure I didn't miss paying someone. There was a time when ADP helped me correct a huge mistake on an employee's profile. I should have done it sooner. It is so simple and not having to worry about all of the requisite forms that need to be filed for the State and IRS has truly saved me an incredible amount of time. I have also had wonderful experiences with the customer service agents on the rare occasions where I didn't know how to find some information (workers comp audit) on the site. For instance, when I needed help with an unusual payroll task and the chat disconnected, an agent physically went over to ensure I was taken care of. The reports are self-explanatory and onboarding is incredibly simple and easy. The payroll process is streamlined, allowing me to complete it fairly quickly, which I really appreciate. I feel like it's a little outdated. I don't love that they don't always both sides speak to each other. It's quick, easy to use, and I appreciate how everything is labeled and put where it needs to be, especially for reporting or managing new hires and payroll information. It makes my day smoother because I can handle payroll duties along with other tasks, which is really convenient. The customer support is thorough and quick in helping me resolve any issues, like a missing contractor payment or payroll processing around holidays. The platform solves a lot of payroll issues for me, and it's seamless in operation. **What do you dislike about RUN Powered by ADP?** Once in a while, I get an alert about a duplicate Social Security number, and you’re not able to search that. **What problems is RUN Powered by ADP solving and how is that benefiting you?** RUN Powered by ADP solves a lot of payroll issues. It's quick, easy to use, and helps with reporting or new hires. I can access it on my phone to make changes on the go, which makes my day more efficient. ### 45. It makes payroll, which can be quite daunting, feel much more manageable. Its easy navigation helps keep all my payroll, employee, and tax details organized. I appreciate its reliability since it saves time and reduces manual work. It gives me peace of mind, knowing my payrolls are being handled accurately and on schedule. The ease of use, efficiency, and organization really stand out to me. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy, which was a great relief. **What do you dislike about RUN Powered by ADP?** I wish there was more flexibility on customizing reporting, along with a more modern interface in certain areas. The ability to customize report easier based on the exact data needed. It would be helpful to really add in the data I want for internal review instead of just standard templates to customize. More filtering options would be helpful so I don't need to do extra cleanup after I export the reports. On the interface side, certain workflows can feel a bit click heavy and it's not always obvious where to find things. **What problems is RUN Powered by ADP solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use RUN Powered by ADP for payroll processing, storing employee details, and pay records. It removes the administrative burden of running payroll, ensures accurate and timely processing, and handles payroll taxes and filings for me, saving time and effort. ### 46. All it takes is inputting the hours, and clicking on approve. **What do you dislike about RUN Powered by ADP?** If you want to do something out of the ordinary, it is somewhat challenging. For instance, the initial set up had our payroll date on Tuesdays, but it was actually on Fridays. I had to call support to get this resolved as I couldn't find the correct screen to change it. **What problems is RUN Powered by ADP solving and how is that benefiting you?** RUN has given me so much more free time. Previously, I was spending hours on payroll each week. Now it is only a matter of minutes to enter hours and press approve. I don't have to do the tax deposits, or the end of quarter reporting forms. ### 47. Setting up a new employee is extremely easy, and I'm very likely to recommend it to others. **What do you dislike about RUN Powered by ADP?** I know for my boss the cost for running payroll is a lot. I have found it to be quite useful since working with ADP and they have resolved my concerns quite quickly. Also, having been a customer now for several months, the RUN site is so user-friendly and it makes the process of payroll extremely quick and it basically does all the work! I could barely ask for anything more. **What do you dislike about RUN Powered by ADP?** Implementation takes quite awhile and is not as straightforward as I would prefer, but the District Manager that I work with has been very helpful when I needed help. Also, we have had some hiccups in regard to delivery, but customer service has always been pretty resourceful in ensuring no employees missed their pay. **What problems is RUN Powered by ADP solving and how is that benefiting you?** I don't have to deal with payroll taxes or submitting payroll tax reports, which is a definite benefit.
