I run a SaaS company in China, and we have nonstop sales meetings. Rumi.ai is a godsend! Before, note taking and follow ups were a mess. Now, its Meeting Memory saves everything. It’s like having a robot secretary that never forgets. In the meantime, Rumi allows us to search all meetings, mine or my team’s. It’s way faster to find what we need.

The meeting memory function with Rumi is incredible. The meeting summery feels like magic and the realtime summary is very helpful. The best part is the more meetings you use Rumi for the smarter it becomes. When I first was using Rumi it was a stand alone meeting app. This was hard because I use Google Meets. Having to switch to a new meeting software was difficult but they are now releasing a note taker app that can sit zoom and google meets so it isn't an issue any longer. There are many virtual meeting softwares but Rumi's AI software has been the most reliable and easy to use when it comes to getting AI insights, meeting summary and chatting about meetings with Meeting Memory.

My favourite feature is highly accurate action items, helps a lot in taking next steps.
