As a small business we have time as our most precious asset. We do not employ big selling forces or work with customer service center covering all 24 hours a day. We must be lean, productive and work above our weight. And that is where Robylon comes in. What do you like best about Robylon AI?

The most remarkable thing about Robylon AI is the smoothness of the ticket automation. It automatically solves over 60 percent of every incoming ticket, reducing the number of repetitive tasks of our support team. The pace is also impressive, average handling time has been decreased by more than 90, and the majority of the tickets can be solved within several seconds. We appreciate that Robylon AI helps in giving immediate and precise solutions to the most frequent customer problems. It is just like having a team of support agents at your disposal 24 hours. Since we deployed the platform, more than 90% of our Tier 1 support tickets, including Where is my order? have been automatically processed. to Find my serial number. The AI knows the technical specifics of our products and can direct the customers through the troubleshooting process with an approximate 100 percent accuracy rate. What do you like best about Robylon AI?

We like how Robylon AI can support attendees and in real-time. It is as though an addition of another player in a team who does not sleep. Since we have adopted the platform, it has been able to independently manage more than 90 percent of our pre-event and on-site attendee requests with a near-perfect accuracy rate. The conversational AI can interpret natural language, so the attendees can pose questions in their own language, be it through our own chat, email or a dedicated voice line. It also fits well with our event registration and scheduling software, retrieving precise, real time information. This quick, dependable service has been a tremendous success to us. What do you like best about Robylon AI?

Efficiency and accuracy is the most striking feature about Robylon. Our support measurements have improved significantly since putting the platform into practice six months ago. About 85% of our Tier 1 inquiries are currently addressed by the AI agent with above 97% accuracy. This involves all the activities such as delivery of order tracking details, and product SKU confirmation. We also like that it has out-of-the-box conversational; it works well with our current CRM and ticketing system, and it was installed in less than two weeks, with minimal disturbance to our staff. This flexibility to accommodate a number of languages to our customers abroad has been a game-changer, and this will guarantee our clients a uniform experience, no matter where they are. What is the most striking aspect about the Robylon AI is that its agentic AI Voice Assistant is sophisticated. The features are much greater than a mere robo-caller. The capability of the AI to have normal, flowing conversations was noteworthy. It might interpret circumstances, respond to subtle questions regarding our program, and persuasively explain our value proposal to its collaborators. We did not feel like we were working with a tool but, rather, we employed a reliable, high-efficiency outreach specialist who could work 24/7.
