
I like Roby a lot because there's not a lot of setup required to start using the product. It's literally as simple as installing the app to your platform of choice and then you're good to go! Then you can start playing around with the product by submitting, replying, and resolving your new tickets.
There are also a plethora of different add-on capabilities that Roby can do for you on the fly such as book calendar meetings, adjust office room lighting, heating, and cooling, save FAQ responses for future auto replies, and even check analytics and manage tickets on our spiffy external portal webpage.
Overall, the simplicity of installing the app coupled with the brilliance of the app's core product (and let's not forget its handy add-ons!) make Roby a wonderful productivity tool! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
