**What do you like best about ROBIN Conversation Console?**

The tool has many customer support options. It is supported on multiple platforms and has an added value that responses can be automated based on user messages.

**What do you dislike about ROBIN Conversation Console?**

It really has very positive aspects, making it hard to find something negative in the application. It turns out to be very useful; perhaps the most difficult part is creating the flows for the responses, but that is due to the nature of the service.

**What problems is ROBIN Conversation Console solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Many problems solved through Robin. It generates more efficient customer service, a quicker response to requests, and better visualization.
