**What do you like best about Ring.io?**

Being able to dial quickly - drop down feature is very helpful - compatibility with SalesForce is 10/10. customer support is 10/10

In terms of an automatic dialer, it really is the bets and has all options/features I can think of.

The most effective one has been using the "ring local" feature which dials a potential prospect with a mobile number that matches the clients local area

Ring local is my favorite feature. To be able to always have a new and changing number. Helps me get more prospects on the line to get more sales.

I have nothing bad to say. Sometimes phone numbers pop up as spam, but I send that over to teh Ring.io team and they discard and recycle it so quickly.

**What do you like best about Ring.io?**

Ring.io offered features that I wanted in their phone system, that I wasn't getting with RingCentral, which was the phone sytem that I have been using for 14 years.  Not to mention at a fraction of the price.  It is also very easy to use and set up.

**What do you dislike about Ring.io?**

Nothing!  There customer service has been great to me so far.  Keep up the great work!

The power dialer, voice mail drop and sms features are very usefule to me.

It is user friendly easy set up. The web phone is accessible from any device with a internet connection. I love the it intergrates with my CRM, I can monitor all my callers right from the dashboard. I can add or delete callers as needed.

**What do you dislike about Ring.io?**

It cost a little more than I expected but is well worth it.

I can see when my callers are calling and listen in on calls. Before I started using ring.io I had no way of knowing if my callers were doing their job or note because they are all remote workers. I can listen to recordings and give the callers tips on what they did or did not do.

I really enjoy that we can leave notes on calls that have been completed.  While on a phone call, I can easily make notes and refer back to them when clients call back in.

There isn't much to dislike!  I can see all notes for calls with clients to stay on top of everything.

It is sovling keeping all information in one place.  Keeps notes clean and simple to review to make sure that a client feels heard refering back to call notes.

**What do you like best about Ring.io?**

RING IO is going to take over the CRM and dialer industry by 2024! Very certain, I've used multiple platforms and none are quite like this, they have ring local which changes your number constantly and avoids being marked as spam, they also auto drop voicemail, text and email for unanswered calls. Which basically automated your whole dialing system. Stan is professional and has helped make our life insurance business more profitable. As soon as I started using Ring io I made $1,200 sale!! instantly!! My agents are making $3,000 sales their first week on this dialer, we purchase second chance leads and we use ring io!  They also don't play annoying tones after each dial, so it's impossible to be a frustrated salesmen or business owner if you own ring io because before you can have emotions about how a call went, your next persons already on the phone!!
I don't know where we would be or what we would use without Stan at ring io!!  Other systems watch out, this one is UNBEATABLE! Top tier.

Very rarely it will get clunky and choppy in calls but 9/10 times magic fixer will fix issue. If not support wil have you back up and running within a few hours

We loved the eavesdrop feature on Ring.io. It helped us with teaching my business to my daughter and allowing her to take notes so that I could focus on listening to my customers without making sure I got everything down.

**What do you dislike about Ring.io?**

The only real downside to Ring.Io is the cost of it. We weren't told that it would be double to have the amount of people on there that we did. We were told $60 I believe, but then I started getting billed double and the lady who was supposed to be helping us wasnt very helpful or kind. The rest of the people at Ring.io are fantastic and incredibly helpful.

We were both able to be on calls, keep track of how many calls we were making, set goals that kept us on track, and easy integration between our CRM and Ring.Io.

The UI is clean and flows well. We've utilized HubSpot Integration to connect caller profiles seamlessly within the web phone. Thanks for releasing the Android App!!

**What do you dislike about Ring.io?**

If I accidentialy paste text into the dial box of the android app phone, I can't delete the text from the android app, I need to log into the windows web phone to clear the dial box, A minor issue that only takes 3 minnutes to fix as long as I'm near a windows box.

**What problems is Ring.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Need to call lots of #s from a browser in a short period of time. Ringio.io's simple and user-friendly UI does a great job of recording and tracking call outcomes.

**What do you like best about Ring.io?**

Much lighter-weight than alternatives we've tried. I love the Ring.io is so simple and so straightfoward. You can pick it up and start using it at a high-level almost immediately. 

The Ring Local area code matching add-on is a MUST. No question. You can make it stick or not sticky (meaning each time you call the same contact, it will call from the same number or not. 

Texting has recently been improved in a HUGE way. The ability to format my messages is crucial and the new update has allowed for just that.

Ring.io's support is PHENOMENAL. How many companies do you know of that will respond to a chat in real-time, almost immediately? It's some of the best support I've ever seen, personally.

**What do you dislike about Ring.io?**

Ring.io could use some GUI edits. For instance, the SMS box remains only one line, no matter how much text you've typed. This definitely makes some messages difficult to format, particularly if you have to go back and edit something before sending. 

Beyond that, the ability to text (without calling) any phone number, would be GREAT! Currently, you can type in a number to call, but not text (unless you've already been in a call with that number). Many times, it would be great to be able to type in a number and text it immediately.

**What problems is Ring.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to dial quickly and accurately from lists built inside of my CRM. To be success in my role, I need to make many, many calls per day (100+). Ring.Io allows just that (while area code matching) and doesn't put a strain on my system.

I love that I can click on a phone Icon and it starts making the call without me having to dial the number. It saves time and is easy to use. The layout of the interface is simple and easy to navigate.

**What do you dislike about Ring.io?**

The way I use the phone Icon I also try to use with the message icon. The problem is when you click the message icon it will only text the first number displayed. I have actually called the customer service and let them know about this issue. Hopefully it will be resolved soon.

It helps speed up the process of making lots of calls in addition to making the data very easy to track. I appriciate the ease of seeing how many calls Ive made in a day in addition to setting goals to shoot for.

They are not full of red tape and rules, but they instead listen and do their best to help. They are flexible and eager to find solutions.

**What do you dislike about Ring.io?**

Nothing that I can think of. The only criticism would be the aesthetics of the product, but as everyone knows this is the least of your concerns as a business owner. You want function and it is clear they pick function over aesthetic and that is why their product rocks!

Power dials, ringless voicemail drops, sms, integrates seamlessly with our CRM, tracking and data analytics are great. We have been with 3-4 different voip and dialers and this is the one we will likely use forever.

Irena was helpful when we had to deal with the constant glitchyness

**What do you dislike about Ring.io?**

Unprofessional and untrustworthy from the top. When our company was giving a presentation by the CEO of ring.io, Stan, we asked direct questions regarding processes for using their software. The question was when would we be able to deploy the voicemail drop, the CEO said once the voice mail begins you can deploy the voicemail drop (avoiding having to wait all the way through to the end of the voicemail and beep before deploying).

Turns out he was wrong, and after months of using ring.io and spending hundreds of thousands of dollars on marketing, we were made aware that only half of our voicemail would be recorded because we did not wait until the beep. The fact is the software is glitchy, we consistently had problems, and when we asked for a refund (of our fees, not our lost marketing spend) due to the CEO making such a huge mistake, we were offered $150.

Take your business somewhere else, I promise this is not a software partner you want.

It didnt solve problems, it created them.... along with a tremendous amount of lost revenue.

> Hi David, thanks for submitting a review of Ring.io even if bad. I (Sam, not Stan) am the CEO of Ring.io. I want to start by apologizing for the experience you had with us. We've done a lot of soul searching in the last few weeks about where we went wrong. 

1) We were not sufficiently clear about our Voicemail Drop technology. For the record, when you signed up we did not have Automatic Voicemail Detection and now (May 2023) we do. That's the piece that allows our platform to automatically detect the voicemail beep and allows reps to "fire and forget" voicemails. Perhaps your team asked and we failed to provide a clear explanation of how it works, and we then also failed to train your team on the proper procedure to drop a voicemail. 

2) When you reached out to us upset about the lost money that this misunderstanding created, our team became defensive (because they felt accused) and instead of understanding the disruption that the situation created, they offered you a small credit, which you took as an insult, something that was not meant but nevertheless was delivered.

We are a small company of 12 people who are trying very hard to provide the best possible product and the best possible experience, and in your case we failed, so we deserve this bad review. I personally wish you better luck with another vendor and would love to, in time, earn another chance to win your business.

Easy to use, and it's connect to your web browser so it's super easy to IMMEDIATELY dial any number.  If time is of the essence, then using Ring.io will definately save you time, money and energy.  Also, the intergration with Zoho CRM is amazing!  And, the capability to do video calls during a call is mind blowing!  Best value on the market, by far!

Honestly, nothing as of yet.  I use the platform for dailing sessions and one off calls.  I haven't found a "I dislike" this about Ring.io, yet.

Ring.io is the master at reducing clicks...  Everthing pushes into the CRM, magically!  And Every number is click-to-call, even if you're not in your CRM.  Ring.io saves time, and the cost saves ton of money over other less worthy dialers!

I like how it integrates with my CRM well and I like the support received once we began using the solution. Very responsive and nothing is missing from the CRM.

The power dialer doesn't work very well. It creates duplicate numbers. It would be nice if it didn't repeat numbers and included names for each number. Like if a single contact has multiple numbers, all numbers show alongside the contact name.

Being able to sync all calls seamlessly to our CRM for transparency, data, and call tracking. I am able to be more productive using this tool and see an accurate reflection of my productivity.

The texting feature, the fact that it has a caller ID, and that they email you for every missed call, missed text, and for every voicemail. It makes it easy to keep up with and reach back out in a timely manner.

Sometimes it will freeze up and stop working sound-wise. I will have to end a call and recall after the magic eraser. Also, I would like to see photo texting soon.

It makes it easier to have online phone calls rather than plug-in at the desk. Less wires, less noise to interrupt calls. We work in a client-facing office where we are calling clients non-stop and it truly is nice to have it noise-controlled, and recorded.

Easy to navigate, simple to learn! There is a magic fixer button that you can use if you ever run into an issue and it works 100% of the time for me! Rarely ever any glitches!

There was a glitch with transferring people, it would transfer but keep you on hold so you wouldn't know. But you were able to pull up the ring.io admin to check that the client was with the right department!

The features promised are great and appealing.... but the lack of uptime and usability make it not worth the time. The mobile app sounded cool but now I'm scared to try it lol.

They claim a 99% uptime guarantee, but when I experienced anything less than that, the guarantee was never honored. The customer service reps blamed me for their issues.

At the moment, if they can make good on their promises, they'd be a great sales phone system.

The fact that this product is the single most amazing thing that has ever been invented should say alot! Literally have everything I need in the palm of my hand. Super fast and easy to use. Learning it is a breeze as well!

There is not that makes my work life difficult with this, just that if you are not using it for 30 min, it will log you out. I am not sure if it is in the settings, but I am sure it is an easy fix.

**What do you like best about Ring.io?**

We are big fans of the ease of use, reliability, and cost of Ring.io. Configuring IVRs is a simple process. It is also very easy to add users and account numbers. The built in reporting metrics provide a lot of useful info, and there are several great tools for call center supervisors to monitor Quality of Service.The softphone is a Chrome extenion which makes deployment to users an easy process, and the customer service is honestly one of the best I've encountered.

**What do you dislike about Ring.io?**

There are no operational drawbacks that we have encountered using Ring.io for our business. There are some instances where we wish we had more access to the raw call log data, but that is because we are insane about custom reports. The only other item on our wish list is a mobile app.

**Recommendations to others considering Ring.io:**

We strongly recommend Ring.io for small and medium-size call center operations. The cost-benefit ratio is unmatched.

**What problems is Ring.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Ring.io to deploy call centers for projects of various lengths. It allows us to quickly spin up numbers, configure new users, and get folks working. We create departments to handle different language prefences and have various IVR options available to us to reduce call center agent load. We have been able to bring the Call Center aspect of our business model almost entirely in house as a result. Which saves our clients money,  and allows us to provide them with more custom solutions more quickly.
