What do you like best about Rilla?

I love being able to see the in-depth conversations my salespeople have with Rilla. It's valuable because before Rilla, I never knew the conversations my team was having nor could I correct them if they were saying something incorrect. Now I can hear firsthand exactly what conversations they are having, and the feedback I can get from them is priceless. I enjoy the ride alongs and being able to hear the tonality of my people, which helps me tell if they are being sincere or insincere. The initial setup of Rilla was very easy and user-friendly, especially the rollout with Salesforce. Overall, I'm very satisfied with Rilla, and I would rate it a 10. I love this product. What do you dislike about Rilla?

What do you like best about Rilla?

I use Rilla to review metrics and push business initiatives forward. It provides clarity and a deeper understanding of what’s working and why, which is incredibly helpful. I really appreciate the usability of Rilla; it’s not hard to use at all. Even managers and reps at all stages of technology can use it easily. The depth is another aspect I like because it allows me to go beyond the surface and see trends and insights that help reps improve and managers become better coaches. What do you like best about Rilla?

What do you dislike about Rilla?

There really isn’t anything other than the interface with our CRM and the challenges we are having on our side of making sure the recording ls are happening and attaching to the right appointments. I also wish there was a recording device that helped more than the phones as the sales reps often don’t have their phone in their hands when walk-in come in and they start the recording late because of it. Also the recording quality is tough when they try and put their phone in their pocket to make it less awkward. I would love it if there was a recording device they could wear, like the Apple Watch or a magnet device they could wear that could record instead of their phones, but they could get clearer recordings because they weee wearing it like a badge or something. What do you like best about Rilla?

I like that Rilla is constantly adding features that help us as managers connect with our reps. It's great that we're able to go back to past appointments and give live feedback, share voice comments, and utilize the ride-along feature. This feature allows me to not only go back and leave feedback but also witness the appointment live as it's happening. The Rilla live feature is particularly helpful since it allows us to be in many places at once, which is typically impossible. What do you dislike about Rilla?

Some of the ride along features when I'm doing rilla live, as far as when I first pop in, it has prompts that make me have to type something in there before I can interact with how the appointment being transcribed and scroll to the parts I want. What do you like best about Rilla?

I really like how Rilla is trying to collaborate with humans instead of replacing them. It seems focused on helping humans be more efficient. I also like all the cool new features and how they're always coming out with something new. I find it easy to use; it's not complicated at all. I love the dashboards and how you can navigate the website. Additionally, our account manager, Isabella, is awesome. Her training and responsiveness have made the setup process pretty easy. "Effective Tool for Sales Coaching with Integration Hiccups"
What do you like best about Rilla?

I use Rilla as a VP of sales for a franchise group and find it extremely effective for checking script compliance, measuring sales skills, and helping to coach my team. I love the new role play feature that was just rolled out as it allows people to coach themselves using the AI, which works with real objections they face in appointments while it's fresh in their minds. This is extremely helpful. The ride alongs are also extremely useful, allowing me to dig deeper when someone is struggling to understand what might be preventing their sales. I find the analytics function to be very useful as well, as it provides a bird's eye view of various key trends on who's selling and why they might be selling more than others. What do you dislike about Rilla?

I have a two-step appointment process and there's no way to link the site assessment to the presentation, which would really help in mapping out the customer journey. Also, the integration with our CRM, Zoho, is a bit shoddy and doesn't always connect well, so we don't get truly accurate analytics. The initial setup was about a six out of ten in terms of ease because we had to do a lot of integration work with our IT head and the Rilla team to get it to communicate properly with Zoho. What do you like best about Rilla?

I like that Rilla allows me the opportunity to play back the conversations I've had with a customer. This helps me evaluate how well I was able to accomplish certain trackers. I also like how there's an AI feature that points out the best parts of the demo or sections that need to be improved upon.
