
I love being able to see the in-depth conversations my salespeople have with Rilla. It's valuable because before Rilla, I never knew the conversations my team was having nor could I correct them if they were saying something incorrect. Now I can hear firsthand exactly what conversations they are having, and the feedback I can get from them is priceless. I enjoy the ride alongs and being able to hear the tonality of my people, which helps me tell if they are being sincere or insincere. The initial setup of Rilla was very easy and user-friendly, especially the rollout with Salesforce. Overall, I'm very satisfied with Rilla, and I would rate it a 10. I love this product.
