**What do you like best about Siro?**

I love how well it organizes recordings across a team. Being able to search by objection, agent or almost anything else!

Emma and Gavin have always been awesome to work with. They made startup super easy and provided training videos and sessions for my team. 

I have a company of 30+ fluctuating agents that use this program daily.

**What do you dislike about Siro?**

I wish it could be more efficient in battery usage and have more direct integrations with Enzy.

**What problems is Siro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're backed up for anytime there's disagreement about what was said at a door by my agent. This has also provided more opportunity for coaching that was never so reliable until now.

**What do you like best about Siro?**

For years, we tried to get our sales representatives to record themselves so that we could coach and train them better. For years, we struggled to not only get the reps to record, but to be able to listen through all of the unnecessary parts of audio to get to the important bits. SIRO allows us to drastically change our approach and our ability to listen, respond and tailor our coaching to better serve our people in their pursuit of winning.

**What do you dislike about Siro?**

At this time, I do not have much negative to report only because of the tremendous upside to this tool and our newness in its Implementation.

**What problems is Siro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Maximizing our time is our most important attribute as a small business. We want to build and lead big teams, but want to make sure each individual is appropriately trained and coached according to their needs and ability. SIRO  allows us a wide range of ability to connect with each individual where they are and approach them with the best knowledge base to help them grow, and ensure they are implementing the coaching feedback day to day.

**What do you like best about Siro?**

I have been managing reps in the door to door industry for 5 years and never had the bandwidth to go into the field and coach up every single rep. I never had enough hours in the day to go and train the low performing reps in the field and my focus and efforts were better spent on my top performing reps. When I would go and shadow in person, there was only so much visibility that I could see since these reps were trying to show me their top game and have me point out what they could improve on. With Siro I can now see authentic behavior and consistent habits that may cause low performance with our reps. Since often times they forget they are being recorded. They are also more productive since they know they are being recorded and will actually work rather than sitting in their car watching a movie or something similar. It has been a huge cost saving to our door to door program and was well worth the money invested into it. I've had attentive and supportive responses from the Siro team that make any issues we deal with resolved quickly. We have all our setting team on this app and use it all the time to train and gain insight into what's going on in the field.

**What do you dislike about Siro?**

One thing that could be improved with Siro is having an amplified audio where if there is wind or sirens in the background or other noises get muted out and have it dial in on the conversations happening. Another thing is how it drains the battery of the device quickly and that the low data mode on it makes it so that their recordings don't upload until it is turned off or connected to wifi, makes giving quick response to people more difficult. I also wish that their desk top version was more like the mobile version where it breaks up conversations with the rep and the customer, rather than having the transcript all one giant paragraph. I also wish that on the desktop version you could give audio feedback when commenting like on the mobile version of the app. With my job it would be more easy and efficient if I didn't have to jump back and forth for features that I like on the mobile and desktop version.

**What problems is Siro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is saving us cost from the time theft that was going on with dishonest reps. Because we offer an hourly wage and not just commission, we would have people who would sit in vehicles, parks, at home, ect. The list goes on that would steal time from the company and fake their knocking and blame it on the software, their phones or something when confronted. Now we can actually verify if they are in the field knocking or not.

**What do you like best about Siro?**

One of the challenges I have as a manager is to have oversight on what my guys are saying at the doors so I can coach them... especially new guys. Siro makes it super easy to give instantaneous feedback. This also allows me to vet and validate which appointments are quality so I'm not wasting my closers' time going to unqualified appointments. 

The geotagging feature is awesome for 1-1's so I can look through RepCard for go-backs and plug the address into Siro to find out how to best approach the situation. 

We are dialing in the bookmarks and key moments so be able to make correlations between those and run appointments. Door to door is a copy and paste business and Siro is the tool that allows reps to copy what works and paste it into their own work.

**What do you dislike about Siro?**

The web platform is second place to the app as far as ease of use and functionality. The app looks sexier too. But I think the dev team is probably still working and improving the web side of things, which is to be expected.

**What problems is Siro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem is getting information from the rep as a secondary source. Speed to coaching is a problem too. Siro solves both of those so we can learn and implement coaching faster.

**What do you like best about Siro?**

I've been in the door to door industry going on 7 years now. Siro has elevate the amount of value I'm able to provide to my team of setters in the solar industry. 

1. Accountability. With time stamps in the siros you can see when your reps first/last door and amount of conversations. With permission from your sales reps this has allowed me to breakdown my reps goals. How many convos = a result. How many per day per week 

2. Incentives. This allows you to have transparency in when a rep has the latest effort or the earliest effort. With time stamps! 

3. Training, siro has allowed me to digitally shadow my reps. I'm able to go and listen to their convos at the end of the day. Give reps praise for work and also help them make tweaks in their proccess. 

4. The dev team at siro is incredible, any issue I've had has been resolved quickly. And with someone to text directly. The dev team will also check in periodically to see how they can be better or how to resolve your issue. Saves tons of time and painstaking emails. 

If I could rate this service higher I would.

Haven't found a downside. Any service has issues but the swiftness and lack of issues with siro make up for any situation I've found myself in.

Recomendation feature to show how coworkers were able to overcome ojections that I wasnt able to, therefore giving immediate feedback on how I could improve.

Battery drain on phone while in field, and high data needs to upload data.

Solves the problem of not knoing whats marketers were saying at the door, and why they weren't having sucess. Having recordings of all interactions made it very simple to solve all the smaller problems, along with the major ones.

I was a bit questionable at first, but once i saw siro in action that immediately changed. I can shadow all of my reps without having to leave my desk. This has been an incredibly helpful tool for training and making sure our sales team is pitching correctly. It is very easy to use and customizable to your sales pitch. I would highly reccomend this to any sales teams, reps, managers etc. Awesome Tool!

I dont see any downsides at this time. Theres nothing i dislike.

Siro really helps me coach 1 on 1 with all of my reps, without having to be in the field all day every day. This is a huge help. This is also super helpful to our reps by allowing them to listen to what the top reps are saying and how theyre saying it. It allows you to see quickly why someone is or isnt performing.

**What do you like best about Siro?**

As a coach, owner, and rep myself, Siro allows me to feel like I can support a team no matter how big it is. With quality recordings at every door, AI picking it apart for relevancy, I can get right at the issue my rep is struggling with and provide quick solutions and coaching. It's been an absolute game changer for us and we highly recommend it to anyone in the market. With Siro we have 5x'd in 2023. The team is incredible behind the product. They are quick to respond to any issues, be them very little thankfully, and are always making improvements.

**What do you dislike about Siro?**

I think adding a canvassing feature would kill two birds with one stone, and applying integrations into major CRMs with address ID would be awesome for file keeping purposes. Things, I believe, they are already working on!

Coaching in general. Specific, refined coaching. I'm no longer limited to the in person, door to door, specific scenarios. It captures everything. Allowing me to get a rep up to speed way faster than the traditional way.

**What do you like best about Siro?**

so informative and is perfect for growth. It has the ability for us to grow by listening to the recordings and identifying what we can improve on. Also the insights provide a great way of pacing/holding dialogues that are best for the customer to understand. Also to reveal the control that we hold in an appointment. It also leaves supervisors and leaders the ability to comment on things to improve on. Their customer service is also always replying to requests as fast as possible. It is easy to use and implement all the perks of this application, and also fluid to use everyday.

**What do you dislike about Siro?**

Android optimization, some times the app closes by itself. While the app is amazing, there were multiple instances were recordings were deleted by themselves. My guess is because it is not as optimized in Android as much as Apple

It solves all the abilities to share experience with supervisor. It helps tremendously to improve performance and focus on minor adjustments as well

**What do you like best about Siro?**

I've been selling d2d for 11 years.. a difficult part of the job is having enough time to shadow new or even experienced reps on the doors to give them feedback. The Siro app gave me the ability to listen in on 10-20+ pitches daily as if I was standing on the door with the reps myself. Everything is scribed so it can be read and listened to, highlighting/flagging objections throughout. It's also very easy to send feedback during specific parts of the pitch.

Nothing comes to mind.. team is very good about taking feedback if it's ever needed

It enables me to have way more time during the day. I can focus on tasks for my team and my own personal customers since I don't have to spend multiple days weekly shadowing many sales reps.

It truly let's me hear and understand how my sales teams are doing in the home. It allows our sales team to listen and do self inspection to get better. Ultimately it helps raise all our success. The team at Siro is top notch. They take every available interest in making sure the process of onboarding to functionality is seamless. They are quick to respond and always friendly, could not say enough good things about their team.

The process of bookmarks took a little time to get sorted out, but I think we are now on the right track.

At first I thought listening to myself speak would be boring. But then I realized all the massive insights and tonality changes I needed to address that wouldn't have been possible without Siro. Now I swear by it! It's amazing!

Once in a while there are bugs. For example. If I take a phone call that lasts longer than three minutes. Once I hang up the Siri recording stops and I have to restart a new one.

The software is pretty remarkable. I'm blown away by how well it sorts through out pitch and bookmarks each individual section.

There are some minor glitches that pop up here and there, but the team is always quick to respond to any requests

Siro is completely a game changer when it comes to training, managing and quality control of sales reps. We sought out in 2024 to increase our technological capabilities in several facets, and Siro checks off 5+ different boxes for us.

None that we have faced so far. Wish we knew about it sooner.

Siro helps us keep a pulse on our reps both for training and quality control for our pest operations. It gives us easy to view KPI's, as well as alerts us when things are said that shouldnt be tocustomers.

And the easiness it provides in implementation in your daily life. Customer support is great and the frequency of use in my daily life ater starting siro is commendable . It has a ton of features and is easily integrates in your daily life

It's amazing to be able to train people without going out knocking with them and training them from the doors.  It saves me a lot of time and makes things more effective.  Customer support was awesome!

They have turned door knocking into a Facebook ads manager.

One dashboard with metrics A-Z of rebuttals, words per minute, questions count... truly the whole 9.

Couldn't recommend it enough.

**What do you like best about Siro?**

I use it on every sales pitch I do. I use it to keep my guys accountable. I use it to train. The Siro analytics are amazing and has helped me and all my guys sales careers move forward

**What do you dislike about Siro?**

Whatever bugs happen, the Siro team fixes it QUICK. I have no complaints

**What problems is Siro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

People can shadow you in a sale without using the time to physically shadow. It allows them to study real content on their own time.
