The best thing about this platform is that it excels in centralising the documentation storage while combining it with stronger workflow automation. Their ability to digitalize, index and retrieve all sorts and types of documents quickly, these features makes day to day operations very smooth. I also like specifically their automated flow features for approvals and document routing, which significantly reduce manual effort. Though their platform is subtle, the initial setup and configuration is a bit complex, even for a team who are well versed with the document management system. Their customizing workflowe and integrations may need a bit of technical support to do the initial setup and structure the internal process as per every cross-functional team. Docuware has been a game changer in our organization. Large organization like ours were heavily relied on manual papers. However, with the digitalization trend now going paperless is the way. Docuware helped speed up the process with its easy access and friendly UI and automation. Implementing Docuware and replacing the paper system with paperless were smooth thanks to the Greate customer support and continue updates and improvements. I really like everything. Its integration with mobile. Its easy to use. Its build in automation. How it manages my documents and recods. how it integrates into MS Office. And lets not forget on the desktop HOT FOLDER. It is a life saver. I dont have to go serching for docs, or sort through all the mess with google docs. I use it everyday with ease.
