The workflow automation is also very helpful, especially for approvals and document routing. It saves a lot of time and keeps processes moving without needing constant follow-ups. Configuring document types, indexes, and workflows takes some time, and it helps to have someone with experience involved. Some parts of the interface could also feel a bit more modern. Its integration with mobile. Its easy to use. Its build in automation. How it manages my documents and recods. how it integrates into MS Office. And lets not forget on the desktop HOT FOLDER. It is a life saver. I dont have to go serching for docs, or sort through all the mess with google docs. I use it everyday with ease.
