What do you like best about ReviewStudio?

ReviewStudio makes it very easy to compare versions, and the team love the ability to draw on the artwork and add comments directly.

Relatively low cost for the functionality it provides. Allows external/guest reviewers which is useful for collaborating with our suppliers/printers.

What do you dislike about ReviewStudio?

Workflow notifications sometimes don't get delivered, but our product team lives in this system and the internal notification feed/page is up to date. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ReviewStudio?

ReviewStudio has been an essential tool for our team, particularly when working on drawing reviews with both vendors and internal stakeholders. The platform shines when it comes to ease of sharing content and managing collaborative reviews. It provides a central space for design and construction documentation that helps us stay organized across tight timelines. The pricing is very reasonable for the functionality it offers, and the support team is responsive and proactive—especially when it comes to leading training sessions and hearing out our feedback. What do you dislike about ReviewStudio?

While the core functionality is strong, the user interface can feel a bit unintuitive at times. Some menu systems require more navigation than necessary for simple tasks, and certain features are heavily geared toward very specific types of reviews, which don’t always align with the flexibility our team needs.
