Return bear helped us to take care complete return solution from different selling platform like shopify & Amazon. They have a really have a good support team which helps us in integration. This also help us in return & replacement of our products by doing a physical test. Each & every returns they will share us the image. They have a decent dashboard to have a track of our returns & replacements. Implementation was quick they have a direct shopify integration which help with automated refund. Clutter free dashborads are there benefits.Sending return label is good feature which makes life easy Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While all is good in Return bear expect the API access which they are still working on, once we get it will he be helpful.
