**What do you like best about ReturnBear?**

Return bear helped us to take care complete return solution from different selling platform like shopify & Amazon. They have a really have a good support team which helps us in integration. This also help us in return & replacement of our products by doing a physical test. Each & every returns they will share us the image. They have a decent dashboard to have a track of our returns & replacements. Implementation was quick they have a direct shopify integration which help with automated refund. Clutter free dashborads are there benefits.Sending return label is good feature which makes life easy

**What do you dislike about ReturnBear?**

While all is good in Return bear expect the API access which they are still working on, once we get it will he be helpful. Also some basic feature like sending customazable email to customer as of now they have there own template which makes hard to have our brand reputation.

**What problems is ReturnBear solving and how is that benefiting you?**

managing return & replacement. Creating return label & processing refund on time after physical inspection.

**What do you like best about ReturnBear?**

I had a fantastic experience with ReturnBear! The process was incredibly easy and efficient. We tied up with them to restock our products. They made returning the item hassle free with clear instructions and quick processing. Their service was responsive and friendly. They do have an integration option with Shopify and they haven't denied the features that we requested to track the packages.

**What do you dislike about ReturnBear?**

The API feature is not available so we're unable to integrate with our app. If it's possible then our customers can see the refund status in the app.

**What problems is ReturnBear solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ReturnBear solved the manual refund process. Before switching to ReturnBear we're processing the refund manually, after switching to them very simple to process a refund also there's an option to automate a refund process. We're able to track each and every restocked item, that helps us a lot.
