The integration between Smartsheets and Resource Management allows me to view project progress on one easy to use platform rather than having to view 2 different softwares. This allows me to see real time updates and guage deadlines Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Resource Management by Smartsheet?

I wish that the time entry user interface would have an easy way of clearing out estimates for the day rather than all entries on the sheet. Keyboard shortcuts to allow for quick entries and navigation through the different lines would be helpful Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Resource Management by Smartsheet?

The simple to use dashboard and powerful capability of the sheet with multi check box and advanced filtering is a great help for managing huge resource data points. However they could add better widgets for dashboard. Easy sharing and live collaboration is a game changer Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Resource Management by Smartsheet?

I only use Smart Sheet to submit tickets on and follow up with customers once management has made an update. Everything I touch before sending it to management is great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Resource Management by Smartsheet?

When you have multiple tickets being returned to an agent to follow up on the layout is hard to read. All tickets should be sent back to an agent as 1 ticket and not multiple. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Resource Management by Smartsheet?

I like that RM automatically saves my time when I document it throughout the day, without erasing. It is easy to make updates. It also shows how much time you should be documenting according to client contracts, which is helpful in staying organized and accountable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Resource Management by Smartsheet?

Trying to navigate the system to find the timesheet portion is difficult. Smartsheet allows for a list of customizable workspaces, projects and services. Each selection will take you to a different Smartsheet, similar to an excel file. Finding the right project/service may be easier to find depending on how it is set up by the user. I wish the menu on the left would list the spreadsheets needed daily. There is a section for recent files, but I do not see the most recent smartsheet I have used. The best part is the control you have with the project within SmartSheet. You are controlling the resources within the sheet. We use O365 to connect to or AD and also exchange. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Nothing is missing or anything I dislike about the product and its incorporation into the SmartSheet app; the only thing better would be more resource alerts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Resource Management by Smartsheet?

Smartsheet provides us a versatile platform to oversee projects and reports. It helped my team to stay on top of every project. The best thing is its flexible planning and tracking of expenses and time spent on each project. I liked being able to create multiple boards for every project. What do you dislike about Resource Management by Smartsheet?

The capabilities between licensed users and managed users is blurred during the sales cycle. Project participants cannot see the project pages, schedules, information, time, etc. only licensed "power users". Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that the Smart sheet quickly gets integrated into Jira and shows the correct progress. It shows dev progress, estimated time left, and also estimated percentage of work left! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I sometimes find that the estimated work completion status shows incorrectly when we add more tickets into the project (or) when the number of people in the project increase/decrease Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
