The tips and suggestions for boosting your score. I also love that it integrates with so many platforms providing place to check and respond to reviews and surveys.

It seems to integrate with a lot more platforms that it used to which is very nice.

It gives us one platform to review and respond to reviews from all over the internet. It also gives suggestions for how to boost your score. It's a very easy and navigatable platform to use.

I feel like I have discrepencies on the ammount of reviews I receive on cartain websites (Facebook). I have people leave reviews on facebook all the time, but some don't seem to produce on Reputation.

My biggest issue I had before Reputation, was being able to see all of my store reviews at once. This service definatly streamlines my process in viewing my social media reviews and also what I an do to help improve my score!

Most helpful aspect of Reputatin is the reporting which is key to showing the value reputaiton.com platform brings.

What I like least is the mobile applicaiton as it is limited in is function and data views.

The biggest problem Reputaiton is solving is making it easy for our Franchise Owners and Staff to ask for Reviews through Quick Request and feel more comforatble in that process.  The Reputaiton platform also makes it convenient to respond to new reviews to improve the client engagment and online reputaiton.

There is nothing that comes to mind. I wish we could resend the reputation csi survey to customer that accidently delete it. the option to send survey is nice but it only does it through google.

This is a good question, now even though we don't use it much in my dept, but have direct communication with my customer relations manager makes me jealous.

I think this is the quickest and most accurate form of sending out surveys.  It covers both email and sms.  It truly is the quickest and easiest route to take to send of daily surveys.

I wish there was a way to filter by salesperson name.  Instead of having to scroll through all the reviews.

It's user-friendly and offers numerous features. Plus, there's an online chat available for immediate assistance, and our Customer Success Manager, Candise, provides excellent support.

I've been using Reputation for over three years, and overall, I have no major complaints.

The platform's only downside that I can think of is that there is no option that I can find for automatically generated replies to reviews.

Reputation provides a quick, easy, and efficient way to answer all incoming reviews in one platform. I'm able to answer quick pulse surveys, as well as website reviews, all on the same website and throughout the day. I appreciate the immediate notifications of reviews received and the notifications of tickets having been opened on a review/survey that may need more attention. Customer support was quick to help me reconnect our Google account.

Reputation allows us one go-to platform to answer all of our reviews and surveys, saving us having to go to multiple different sources (Google, DealerRater, CarFax, Facebook, etc) to answer. It's a one-stop shop that is easy to use and efficient.

Being able to monitor all my properties I oversee in multi-family in one area. We also just pushed out surveys, which have been great and eye-opening on areas we need to be stronger in.

**What do you dislike about Reputation?**

I would like follow-up notifications when an employee hasn't responded to a review promptly. Ours is set up for 24 hours. I would also like to be notified that I need to approve a review for one of my sites.

**What do you like best about Reputation?**

Reputation has been a fantastic asset to our tech stack as a marketing agency. We use it daily to check in on reviews for our clients across all of their business locations. It makes review management easy and a quick daily task rather than a tedious one. I love being able to respond to reviews right within the platform and see metrics such as reputation score, percentage of reviews responded vs unresponded, etc. Highly recommend to any marketing team or agency that is looking to streamline review management for businesses with multiple locations!

**What do you dislike about Reputation?**

Something to recommend would be an integration with AI to automatically draft suggested responses to reviews. That would make our life so much easier and would be a great addition to the platform. Additionally, it would be nice to have an integration with Yelp so that we don't have to check our Yelp reviews separately and could do so within Reputation.com. Finally, it would be preferred to be able to add new business listings and account users directly within the interface, rather than having to contact support to add these. This used to be a feature but then was removed, which adds extra steps for our team and decreases efficiency. We'd love if you could bring back the feature to add these things ourselves.

**What do you like best about Reputation?**

Reputation is very user friendly and I love that everything is one spot - from google reviews to social media reviews, questions about the website. It has always been a great tool! Transfering to using Reputation was great and did not have any issues with learning how to navigate it. There is great support received when we are not sure on how something works. I use repuation at least once a week if not more. The features of Reputation are amazing - I love that you can respond right from the site and not having to go elsewhere. Reputation has been very user friendly with my company and great resource to track traffic and interactions with potential residents.

I dislike that I do not always get teh notifications of a message etc - but this could be the way that it is set up within my company.

**What do you like best about Reputation?**

Easy to navigate, respond and view reports to send out to our teams.  Reputation Support has also improved greatly over time and appreciate the timeliness in responses when I have a question or issue with the platform.

**What do you dislike about Reputation?**

It would be great if I can save my own templates with the suggested opening and closing templates to respond to reviews. 
Also, it would be nice if the reviews can be split between 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 star reviews rather than just Negative, Neutral, and Positive.  It takes too long to export the file to find out how many 5 star reviews we have per store when we are looking at how many 5 star reviews we have of ALL TIME and counting through Excel.  Our stores use this for Marketing purposes on how 5-star Google reviews we have.

**What problems is Reputation solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have issues sometimes with Credentials not being valid, or we have to reset our links in order for the reviews to show up in Reputation.

**What do you like best about Reputation?**

The Interface is very easy to navigate.  All the information I need is easily available when I need it.  The insights to why the RepX score increased or decreased are very helpful in determining where we could improve.

**What do you dislike about Reputation?**

I do not have much negative to say.  The one very minor inconvenience is that I will get an email notification regarding a review before it is in the unresponded section.  Again a very minor inconvenience.

It assists in tracking the reputation of the business and tracking all of our reviews from multiple different sources (google, maps, etc)  It is also helpful in providing insights into our social media engagement.

The customer service team at Reputation.com is top notch. They are responsive and offer tremendous guidence in maximizing the value of our Reputation account. The system is user friendly and can truly be customizxed to meet the specific needs of your business. There is a nice level of subject matter expeertise that cqan be tapped into as well.

I haven't found one drawback to utilizing Reputation to get the results we are looking for.

Being a multiple location, multi-specialty practice, Reputation is great for helping us to identify trends early in the process. If we identify problems early we cqan work to fix the problem quickly before it has the opportunitry to become ingrained in the day to day operation. Reputation also provides the opportunity to identify team members that deserve recognation for provideing excellent customer serevice.

I like the simple platform and layout. The reputation score is a great tool to know where you stand and I love being contacted about my reviews so I can share that with my employees who made it happen or know where we can improve. The surveys are great and I love how they are automated.

I do not have any criticism of the platform at this time. It is working as I need it. I would maybe like more options for why a ticket was made when I am closing a ticket so the reasons match more closely with what actually happened.

It gives an all-in-one place to see how we are doing socially, engaging our residents and prospects, feedback from our residents and prospects and other information that is critical to running our business.

The sales person, Eric was really on top of it. Far better and more inforamtive than any other demo we recieved from their competitors.

The Yardi integration has been a little behind but overall it's still gone well and Connor our transition specialist has been really helpful.

Reputation.com puts everything together. It makes posting to Instagram and Facebook a breeze. The calendar lets you know when you have posted and lets you plan your posts in advance. You can plan your whole month of posts in one afternoon. Being able to respond to reviews and see where your energies should be spent for future reviews is extremely helpful.

I always check to make sure my posts are validated, yet sometimes they fail to post.

Reputation is making it easier to analyze our ORa scores and shows us where we need to improve.

There are many different categories to look at data from  many perspectives. almost any information that you need, there is a way to find it

There seems to be a delay in reporting the information. A live view/ insights would help to improve our score. I wish I could gain a better understand of how the algorithm works

Dashboard gives quick easy access to current scores although it tends to lag when updating (number of surveys will change before score will update).

**What do you dislike about Reputation?**

It's too difficult to access prior survey periods.  Scores tend to lag when updating on the dashboard.Does not separate SSI surveys from CSI surveys.

**What problems is Reputation solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Unfortunatley Reputation and tools like them are used by companies as penalties instead of tools for improving their game.  If we expect all of our clientelle to continually rate their experience as perfect or near perfect, then how are we ever going to grow and get better?

One of my favorite parts of the Reputation platform is the ease of use and simplified user interface. All options are clearly identified, reducing the amount of "hide-and-seek" for features that should be front and centered.

**What do you dislike about Reputation?**

While the Reputation partners are incredibly helpful and responsive, I would like to see the option for users to peek into the language models for tagging reviews, and have the ability to idependently create their own tags and corresponding models for unique events.

Reputation solves the issue of organized patient outreach. Whether positive or negative feedback on reviews, this offers appropriate outreach methods and streamlined verbiage and process.
