**What do you like best about Replenit?**

They have a unique value proposition, which makes marketers' life easier and help companies to drive retention by focusing on each step of the customer journey. Instead of segmentation or audiences, Replenit creates customer lifecycle journeys for each customer without any manual work. So instead of creating thousands of different replenishment journeys, Replenit manages it with its AI abilities.

I have no dislikes so far, but as a room for improvement, it would be great to have pre purchase journeys as well.

**What problems is Replenit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Replenit is solving the timing and scalability issue of user journeys, currently we can craft static rule-based automation for a general audience, but Replenit governs 1:1 journeys for each customer when they will purchase based on their consumption behavior, so Replenit basically offers a personal CRM manager for all of our customers.

**What do you like best about Replenit?**

What I like best about Replenit is how effortless it makes the whole replenishment process. The AI really seems to know exactly when I’m running low on my favorite products. I get a helpful reminder just before I need to restock, never too early or too late. It feels personal and thoughtful, not like a generic marketing email.

What’s even better is how Replenit works seamlessly across channels. I’ll get a friendly email or even a push notification, depending on what’s most convenient for me. It’s clear that the system learns my habits over time, and it’s saved me from running out of essentials more than once.

Compared to other automated reminders I’ve experienced, Replenit’s timing and personalization are on another level. It feels like a service designed for me, not just another marketing tool. I genuinely look forward to reordering now because it’s quick, intuitive, and perfectly timed.

Replenit makes the shopping experience smarter, smoother, and surprisingly human. I can’t imagine going back to the old way of remembering when to restock, it just works.

While Replenit has been a game-changer in automating my replenishment reminders, there are a few areas that could be improved. Sometimes the AI’s timing feels slightly off; for example, I’ve occasionally received a refill reminder when I still had a bit of product left. It’s not a big deal, but more fine-tuning of individual usage patterns would make it even better.

Overall, my “dislikes” are more about minor usability improvements than major issues. The platform itself is solid and delivers on what it promises: smarter timing, better engagement, and higher repeat sales.

What is most helpful about Replenit is that it is all thought out for you and that it works just as well in advanced businesses as in new ones, there is no need to have experience with AI, nor do you even need to have experience in good follow up services and repeat sales strategies. Once Replenit is engaged, it shows all you need to know: 
*Offering repeat sales at the right moment is not just good marketing but also Good customer support
* The ease of implementation was not worth the stress in anvance
* The results will speak for itself for companies that were first working with a different client retaining systems, so the difference will teach you a lot on what is really effective on client retention.
* Beginning form scratch with Replenit in place would function as a extremely functional way to create swift growth with less clients but with an excellent client retention and repeat sales.

In my particular situation, I am preparing to launch my online sales alongside my existing offline business. Solution offered by Replenit can be applied almost any retailer in ecommerce and can do the heavy lifting with AI. They really found a gap and fill it with AI. This is a dream of crm and ecommerce managers to automate and personalize retention. I am really curious about what other solution will be brought by Replenit to automate retention activities.

Right now customer life cycle offering is limited but it will be diverse in the near future hopefully.

Retailer can not activate and personalize all of their customers especially when they need to drive after purchase activities, it is limited with rule based segmentation or personas. In addition to that, the activation of the data to reach customers is a really important challenge. With the help of replenit, repeat purchase is being automated and personalized through our existing channels without any migration needed. If you are selling more than 30.000 SKUs and if you can automate and activate with AI, this is a incredible business value for both revenue and resources.

They are solving a neglected problem of the current martech ecosystem, everybody is doing a lot of manual work to achieve their retention KPIs, yet it is just covering a really small proportion of the potential and takes valuable time of crm & ecommerce people even IT teams. Replenit’s approach and the solution they provide is tackling this problem with AI to make it effortless, faster and without any maintenance.

In pet retail customers are mostly loyal, but in general they are forgetting and they are compensating with the fastest solution which is the nearest petshop or supermarket. Thanks to Replenit, we will be able to understand each of our customers' unique purchase habits and send individualized reminders on autopilot. And Replenit is being implemented to our existing systems so it does not require any migration.

Even though it can predict when a customer needs to purchase again, it would be great to see some forecast analytics as well.

Replenishment is an essential campaign for our industry, and due to current marketing solution limited capabilities we couldnt implement this as we desired. It was always a challenge to personalize timing and reaching out our customer on time, we could do that of course but it was not possible to scale and automate. Working with Replenit team is so easy, their product does not require any additional work after initial setup. Our costumers are the happiest once when they receive a reminder to restock their friends’s favorite food.

We are waiting for the new AI reporting to be released so we can understand our product retention in a better way.

Replenit connected our systems and made sending replenishment emails possible. It is also working on backend and provides insights about our products retention.

AI is taking over everywhere, but implementing AI to day to day business is a pain to see direct impact on revenue. Replenit is directly touching this concern by increasing the revenue on repeat purchases and understand when a user should repurchase again. This helps to stop guessing or generalizing the timing even though you can deep dive into segments you can not go to indivudiual level consumption habits. Replenit is providing user level repurchase timing and they are triggering your martech on user level with products to be repurchased without any hassle, Additionally, their insights and analytics help brands to understand product level retention so a strategy can be adjusted accordingly.

Our customer success manager Alp worked hard to make sure we went live as quickly as possible, and was committed every step of the way. After some initial challenges on our data set, it was fairly easy to go live with it in our CDP tool Insider. 
We just launched it, but conversion rates are already above average - and the system is still learning so it will most probably improve.
