## Remote Reviews
 ### 1. Clean UI, Great Localized Benefits, and Fast Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ayush C. | Business Operations Lead, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Remote?**

The interface is super clean and everything I actually need on a daily basis is front and center. Instead of digging through clunky menus, I can just log in and get what I need in seconds, which saves me a lot of time each month.
What really stood out to me as an unexpected bonus is the AI support. It’s deeply integrated and actually answers most of my questions accurately right away, rather than just spitting out generic help articles. For the tricky stuff, the handoff to their human support team is really fast. I've never had an issue drag on; they always get my queries resolved on time.

**What do you dislike about Remote?**

The visibility around public holidays can be pretty inconsistent. For instance, the main view will show a list of public holidays, but when I actually click into it, it only displays three of them. It's confusing and makes it slightly annoying to plan my time off, since I'm not always 100% sure which days are officially recognized without double-checking.

It would be a big improvement if they could fix this glitch so the detailed view actually matches the main list. Just having a simple, accurate calendar view that reliably shows all the holidays for my region would solve the issue completely.

**What problems is Remote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before my company started using Remote, managing international payroll and compliance was definitely a challenge. As an employee based in India working for a US employer, getting paid efficiently used to involve a lot of friction with international wire transfers and confusing local tax compliance. We struggled with the logistics of cross-border HR, but now my employer can run payroll seamlessly for international team members like me in one place. This has resulted in a much smoother experience, I get paid on time, every time, without having to stress about paperwork. Plus, the platform gives me access to a surprisingly great selection of localized employee benefits to choose from, which really makes a difference in feeling like a core part of the team.

 ### 2. Intuitive, Reliable Platform with a Helpful Payroll Representative

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Martina R. | HR & Program Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Remote?**

What I like best about Remote is the platform itself, it's intuitive, reliable, and makes managing everything much easier. I've also had a great experience with our assigned payroll representative, who has always been helpful, responsive, and professional.

**What do you dislike about Remote?**

What I dislike most about Remote is the customer support experience. The live chat doesn't resolve issues directly, they just send help articles or create a support ticket. Unfortunately, many tickets take a very long time to be resolved, and some never receive a response at all. In my experience, around 2 out of every 5 tickets seem to get lost or go unaddressed. I believe Remote's customer support is the weakest areas and could be improved significantly.

**What problems is Remote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Remote allows us to manage all of our employees and contractors in a single platform, regardless of where they are located. For a company like ours, with entities in different countries and no in-house payroll specialists, it provides a simple and reliable way to handle payroll and employment compliance. This saves us time, reduces complexity, and gives us confidence that everything is being managed correctly

 ### 3. Smooth, Reliable Onboarding with Fast Time Tracking and Helpful AI Assistant

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Russel Dave B. | Application Developer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Remote?**

What I like most about Remote is how smooth and organized the entire onboarding process is. The platform is easy to use, and the app performs well. I haven't experienced any major issues, and everything loads quickly. I also like the time tracking feature because it's simple and makes it easy to log my hours. Based on my experience, I've always received my pay on time, and the system even notifies me about two days before the payment is sent, which is really helpful. Another feature I find useful is the AI assistant. When I had basic questions, such as the rules for allowances or information from the employee handbook, it was able to provide quick answers without me having to contact support. On the few occasions I did need help, such as when my previous company delayed providing two required documents, the support team was understanding and gave me extra time to submit them. Overall, my experience with Remote has been smooth, reliable, and hassle free.

**What do you dislike about Remote?**

So far, I haven't experienced any downsides with Remote. Whenever I have questions or need assistance, I can easily reach out through the chat support, and they respond quickly. Most of my questions have been answered right away, so I haven't encountered any major issues using the platform.

**What problems is Remote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Remote solves many of the challenges that come with working remotely by keeping everything in one place. I can easily track my time, access important documents, view my payslips, and get updates about my payments. One of the biggest benefits for me is that I don't have to worry about filing my taxes because Remote handles the tax requirements for remote employees. That saves me a lot of time and gives me peace of mind knowing everything is being managed correctly. I also like that the AI assistant can quickly answer basic questions, such as allowance policies or information from the employee handbook, without needing to wait for a support agent. If I ever need additional help, the chat support has been responsive and has answered my questions quickly. Overall, Remote has made my work experience much more convenient, organized, and stress free.

 ### 4. Simplified Global Hiring, Needs Better Chat Support

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ryan C. | People Advisor, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 31, 2025

**What do you like best about Remote?**

I really appreciate how Remote has enabled us to hire overseas without any additional admin burden, making it easy to engage quickly with individuals overseas. It keeps everything in place and provides a clean environment to manage employees efficiently. The onboarding process is really easy and smooth, especially when adding specific contractual elements. It's great that Remote integrates well with our HRIS HiBOB, improving the overall experience for EORs and UK-based managers and employees, making EORs feel more like a part of the wider team.

**What do you dislike about Remote?**

Support is great when I get to speak to a person. I don't find the chat that useful. It will often regurgitate information that is stored on your sort of help site, which is fine, but actually, you know, more often than not, I do need to speak to a person. So we get there in the end, but it's not as quick as I would probably like it to be.

**What problems is Remote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Remote lets us hire overseas without the admin burden of setting up entities, engaging quickly with individuals. It keeps everything organized, provides a clean environment for managing employees, smooth onboarding, and integrates with our HRIS to make EORs feel part of the team.

 ### 5. Everything I Need in One Platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nicole L. | Team Lead, Financial Operations, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Remote?**

What I like most about Remote is that I never have to worry about payroll or employee benefits because they handle everything seamlessly. They also manage all of my onboarding requirements and employment documents, making the entire process smooth and hassle-free.

The platform is very user-friendly, and the time tracker is simple and easy to use. I also appreciate how clear and well-organized the payslips are, making it easy to understand my salary breakdown and deductions. Overall, Remote has made managing my employment experience convenient, efficient, and stress-free.

**What do you dislike about Remote?**

I don't have any dislikes so far. My overall experience with Remote has been very positive, and everything has worked as expected.

**What problems is Remote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Remote simplifies employment by handling payroll, benefits, onboarding, and employment documentation in one platform. This saves me time and gives me peace of mind because I don't have to worry about administrative tasks or whether I'm getting paid accurately and on time. Everything I need is organized in one place, making it easy to access my documents, track my time, and view my payslips whenever needed. Overall, it allows me to focus more on my work instead of employment-related processes.

 ### 6. Smooth, Hassle-Free Contracting with Reliable Payments and Responsive Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kieren H. | Studio Director, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Remote?**

As a contractor, I found the Remote platform straightforward and easy to navigate. Onboarding was simple, payments came through reliably and on time, and the dashboard made it easy to keep track of my contract and documents. The support team stood out the most for me, they were responsive and genuinely helpful whenever I had questions. Overall a smooth, low-friction experience that took the hassle out of getting paid for contract work.

**What do you dislike about Remote?**

There isn't a lot to dislike from a contractor's point of view. If anything, the platform has so many features that it can take a little time to find exactly where everything lives at first, and a few of the help articles could be more detailed. Some email notifications could also be clearer about what action, if any, is needed. None of these were dealbreakers and support filled in the gaps quickly.

**What problems is Remote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Remote solves the headache of getting set up and paid as a contractor working with a company in a different location. Before, cross-border contracts and invoicing felt complicated and uncertain. With Remote, the contract, compliance paperwork and payments are all handled in one place, so I always knew where things stood and got paid on time without chasing anyone. That reliability saved me time and let me focus on the actual work instead of the admin side.

 ### 7. Seamless Payments and Effortless Invoicing with Remote

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Samreen M S. | Multilingual AI Tutor, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Remote?**

Remote feels like the anchor of my employment because all my payments come through it. It’s seamless to use, and it makes managing invoices very easy. It also sends invoice emails automatically, which helps me stay on top of everything. I would highly recommend it to everyone out there.

**What do you dislike about Remote?**

By far, I haven't come across any specific feature which I dislike overall I use it once or twice a month and it's amazing. I love the blue colour.

**What problems is Remote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Remote sends me monthly email reminders when the company is sending my invoice to me through Remote. The app is also very accessible, and submitting an invoice is really easy—anyone can do it. You don’t need any special expertise in creating or submitting invoices. They’re also very transparent about how much money will be paid out and what their rate is. I really love that transparency.

 ### 8. Easy Onboarding That Keeps Expenses and HR Records Organized

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Himanshi M. | Sr Communications Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Remote?**

The onboarding was very easy and it helped me keep track of all my expenses, leave records, Form16 and other operational stuff for which we need to either chase HR or admin folxs.

**What do you dislike about Remote?**

For markets like India, and for employees working remotely, they need to figure out a system that lets staff obtain contracts, travel letters, etc., when they are traveling for business purposes. I ran into an issue where Remote wanted me to log my work travel as vacation in order for them to issue a travel letter. That defeats the purpose of Remote being seen as a third-party employer by embassies. The Indian passport is weak, and an employer letter is often the only validation people have to secure a visa.

**What problems is Remote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helped me save my time on tasks that are often operational in nature like figuring out your Payslips or managing form 16 etc. Even after I was off boarded by the company, I got my Form 16 without sending an email to the company.

 ### 9. Great FX Rate Lock and Easy Payments, but Support Chatbot Gets in the Way

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Samuel O. | Software Developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Remote?**

I like that they handle local currency payments to contractors, and that they have a FX rate lock to protect contractor funds from volatility. The website and app is easy to use. Their pricing for contractor management is better than some of the competitors; they basically don't charge freelancers any commission of their earnings. Support is a bit iffy, but they seem somewhat helpful, and they have a chat channel to reach out for assistance.

**What do you dislike about Remote?**

I don't like that when you try to chat with support, you first have to wrestle with a stubborn AI chatbot to have any chance at getting connected to a human rep. It'd be a genuinely better product for me without that.

**What problems is Remote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They help with compliance, contracts, invoicing, and payments. This benefits me because clients can trust that they're covered legally (tax and compliance wise) and contractually. They also don't worry about how to pay me. Remote handles that.

 ### 10. Convenient and User-Friendly with Great Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Charmie Yvon F. | Telemarketer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Remote?**

I like that Remote has features that are easy to access and is very convenient for me. It's great when I have trouble with my payslip because their live agent resolves my issues quickly. I also appreciate that they send updates every time. Setting up Remote was very easy, it didn't take me any time to go through all the stuff, and my team switched from Rippling because Remote is more convenient and less hassle.

**What do you dislike about Remote?**

I think one thing they should improve is discussing when and how their payslip goes. Or like giving a heads up to the users especially for the first timers. At least like a welcome email or information of what we need to know prior using Remote.

**What problems is Remote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Remote for payslip issues, time off, and job benefits. It helps resolve missing amounts on my payslip effectively with live support and offers convenient features. Switching from Rippling was easy, and Remote is hassle-free and easy to set up.

 ### 11. Easy COE Requests, Intuitive UI, and Responsive Real-Time Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** James B. | Customer Success Specialist II, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Remote?**

Easy request for pertinent documents: you can easily request for an updated COE.
Responsive team: email responses from their team is within acceptable timeframe
Easy navigation of the interface UI is easily understood
AI support is also able to address you most basic inquiries in Realtime

**What do you dislike about Remote?**

the benefits package (health insurance, pension, etc.) - if an option if the employee can opt out of this and maybe find their own insurance so as not be deducted from their basic pay and to find easier ways to get their family nominated. I find the application of beneficiaries a bit subpar compared to other companies who can cover who you choose as a beneficiary as the option is made by the employee. the verification is too rigid.

**What problems is Remote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

none so far, I am but an employee. so far paychecks are coming in timely

 ### 12. Intuitive, Reliable Global EOR Partner with Outstanding Support

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** karen cristine c. | Sr. Collections Analyst, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Remote?**

Working with Remote.com as our Employer of Record (EOR) has been an excellent experience. Their platform is intuitive, reliable, and makes managing global employment seamless. Payroll processing is consistently accurate and on time, and their support team is responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to providing outstanding service.

Remote.com has simplified compliance, onboarding, and employee management across different regions, giving us confidence that everything is handled professionally and in accordance with local regulations. Their efficiency and transparency have allowed us to focus on growing our business while ensuring a smooth experience for our team members.

We highly recommend Remote.com to any organization looking for a trusted and dependable global EOR partner.

**What do you dislike about Remote?**

Very few. Overall, Remote has been reliable and easy to work with. The only improvement I would suggest is more proactive communication regarding policy updates and additional self-service features for employees.

**What problems is Remote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Attendance tracking and Reimbursement

 ### 13. Quick, Responsive Support with Real-Time Live Chat

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Abdulkadir A. | Network Development Support Officer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Remote?**

I really appreciate how responsive the Remote support team is. Their live chat feature lets you discuss issues in real time, which makes it easy to get quick answers and resolve problems efficiently.

**What do you dislike about Remote?**

One area that could be improved is that certain HR processes—such as approvals or document updates—sometimes take longer than expected. Although the support team is responsive, it would be even better if more of these tasks could be handled through self-service, without having to reach out to support each time.

**What problems is Remote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Remote simplifies global HR, payroll, and employee management by bringing everything into one platform. It removes the complexity of managing employment across different countries, making HR processes more efficient and compliant. For me, this means I can easily access my employment information, submit requests, and receive support quickly, saving time and reducing administrative hassle.

 ### 14. Simple platform for managing contracts and payments to international employees and contractors

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rich M. | Launch Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Remote?**

What I like most about Remote is how easy and intuitive the platform is. The onboarding process was quick and simple, tasks like reviewing my contract, creating my account, and verifying my identity were very easy to complete. I also liked that it allows me to access the legally required benefits in my country while working for a foreign company. Overall, it makes the whole experience simple and hassle-free.

**What do you dislike about Remote?**

I feel that the application lacks a little more information. There are some things that might be on the web platform, but they are not in the application. On the other hand, the payslips arrive a few days after the payment, notifying that the salary is on its way when it actually arrived a few days ago, but it doesn't represent any inconvenience.

**What problems is Remote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The use of Remote makes it easier for me to have legal benefits, even though the company doesn't have an entity in Mexico, it also resolves the timing of when I receive my paycheck as it is very punctual. On the other hand, it makes it easy for me to keep an easily accessible record of my pay stubs and other information about my job.

 ### 15. Streamlined Payroll with Clear Transparency

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Esner Rose C. | Client service coordinator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Remote?**

I really like how I can see clearly where my pay is allocated, and the payslip is very neat. Having a clear breakdown helps me stay organized and financially aware, providing transparency regarding deductions, benefits, taxes, and overall compensation. This makes budgeting and tracking finances much easier. The neatly presented payslip reflects professionalism and attention to detail, building trust and confidence in the platform. I also find Remote user-friendly and streamlined, as it presents all payroll information clearly in one place, saving time, reducing confusion, and making managing work-related documents more convenient. It creates a smoother and more reliable employee experience, which is especially important for remote employees who rely on digital tools.

**What do you dislike about Remote?**

One area that could be improved in Remote is customization and flexibility in the payslip or dashboard interface. While the layout is clean, having more options to personalize how information is displayed or downloaded would make it even more convenient for different user preferences. Another improvement could be faster updates or notifications regarding payroll processing, approvals, or document availability. Real-time updates or clearer timelines would help reduce uncertainty, especially when waiting for salary releases or important HR documents. It could also be helpful if certain sections had more detailed explanations—for example, clearer descriptions for deductions, taxes, or benefit allocations—so users can immediately understand everything without needing additional clarification from HR.

**What problems is Remote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Remote provides me with a clear breakdown of pay allocations, ensuring transparency and organization. It offers a user-friendly, streamlined experience that saves time and reduces confusion with payroll management, ideal for remote work.

 ### 16. Helpful Support with a Smooth Banking Update Process

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Noelan B. | SDR, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Remote?**

What I like best about Remote is how simple and convenient the platform is to use. The process is clear, user-friendly, and makes it easy to manage everything in one place. The support and service have also been helpful, which makes the overall experience smooth and reliable.

**What do you dislike about Remote?**

There is not much that I dislike about Remote. The only improvement would be having clearer updates or guidance at certain stages of the process, but overall the platform is easy to use and the experience has been positive.

**What problems is Remote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Remote assisted me with updating my banking details, which made the process much easier and less stressful. It helped ensure that my payment information was handled correctly and updated smoothly, giving me peace of mind that future payments would go to the correct account.

 ### 17. Simple, Easy-to-Navigate UI That Makes Onboarding Effortless

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bijohn B. | GTM Lead, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Remote?**

UI/UX - was quite simple and easy to navigate
Onboarding - I have used darwinbox and other similar products, but remote helped in making the onboarding simpler for me, which is why they exist in the first place.

**What do you dislike about Remote?**

maybe in the UI/UX part - we can improve the daylight mode, other than that the platform is solid, although this is not a high priority one, cause I prefer night mode, there would be people who would want to add a little bit of colour in their platforms.

**What problems is Remote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

After implementing RemoteHR, we were able to centralize most of our HR processes into a single platform. The onboarding experience became much smoother, employee data management became more organized, and routine HR tasks started taking significantly less time. The platform also improved visibility for both employees and the HR team, reducing back-and-forth communication for basic requests and updates.

Overall, RemoteHR has helped us improve process consistency, save time, and scale HR operations more effectively as the team grows.

 ### 18. Easy and Convenient Remote Experience

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kim C. | Client Service Coordinator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Remote?**

What I like about Remote is how easy the platform is to access and use. The interface is very user-friendly, which makes navigating through the system smooth even for first-time users. One of the features I appreciate the most is how simple and straightforward it is to submit timesheets. The process is not complicated, and everything is organized clearly, making it convenient to complete tasks efficiently without confusion or unnecessary steps.

Another feature I find very helpful is the option to reuse previously submitted timesheets by setting them as the default. This saves a lot of time and effort, especially when your weekly entries are usually the same. Instead of manually entering the same details every time, you can simply select the default timesheet and the system will automatically populate the entries from the previous week. This makes the workflow much faster and more efficient.

What’s also great is that the platform still allows flexibility even after auto-filling the timesheet. Before submitting, you can easily review and edit the hours or make adjustments whenever needed. This balance of convenience and flexibility makes the overall experience more efficient and stress-free. Overall, Remote provides a smooth and practical platform that simplifies time tracking and submission.

**What do you dislike about Remote?**

There is very little that I find unhelpful about using Remote since the platform is smooth and easy to use overall. One area that could be improved is the customer support system. Since Remote is used globally, having a 24/7 live chat support option would be more convenient instead of only submitting tickets and waiting for a response. A real-time support feature would make the platform even more efficient and user-friendly in the future.

**What problems is Remote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One thing that Remote solves and benefits me with is the process of applying for leave or sick leave. The platform is very easy to use and navigate, making the application process simple and hassle-free. Instead of going through a long or complicated procedure, employees can quickly submit their leave requests with only a few clicks.

Another thing I appreciate is how the request is sent directly in real time to the HR department for approval. This makes the process faster, more efficient, and more convenient for both employees and management. Overall, the system helps save time and reduces the stress of handling leave applications manually.

 ### 19. Touchless Self-Service and a Snappy Dashboard That Makes Employment Easy

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dan W. | Customer Service, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Remote?**

Most things I need to do are touchless. So I can self serve on my Remote dashboard and request things like employment letters by myself. I also like that I can chat with support if I run into issues. For me as an employee, it's free of charge so that's a nice bonus. I have not connected Remote with any other integrations so I can't comment on that. The dashboard is snappy and quick to load so I'm not waiting to get important details like my payslips.

**What do you dislike about Remote?**

Can take a while to get a response back to a customised employer letter when needed. Also I found it tricky to follow the health insurance sign up instructions, this is much easier when you are employed directly.

**What problems is Remote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Remote opens up career opportunities in companies that I normally would not be eligible to work for as they don't have an Irish entity. I work remotely and I value self service tools like Remotes dashboard.

 ### 20. Stellar Support, Effortless Remote Flexibility

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David S. | PhD Candidate, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**What do you like best about Remote?**

I love that Remote allows me to work remotely from NL. The platform is very easy to use, making it quick to submit expenses. I'm really impressed with their stellar customer service, which always provides very quick responses and solutions. The initial setup of Remote was very easy, and I've enjoyed playing around with the Remote MCP with the Codex app, which is great!

**What do you dislike about Remote?**

The one issue I have: it keeps happening that some expenses get classified as 'taxable'. Sometimes this is correct, but often times it's incorrect and after manual inspection it gets classified correctly as 'not taxable'.

**What problems is Remote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Remote allows me to work from NL and easily submit expenses. The platform's ease of use and quick, stellar customer service are great.

 ### 21. Seamless, User-Friendly Timesheets with Easy Defaults and Edits

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brinton C. | CSC, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Remote?**

What I like about remote is the ease of access of the platform. It is very user-friendly platform and submitting the timesheet is very easy and not complicated. You can also set a timesheet that was previously used by setting the timesheet to default so that by next time, if you are adding new timesheet, you can just select the default timesheet and it will automatically filled with the same timesheet you used on a previous week. And whats nice is you can still edit the hours before submitting it.

**What do you dislike about Remote?**

Nothing is least helpful about using the Remote, almost everything is seamless and easy to use, maybe the downside I can add is the chat support, since remote is being used all around the globe, its better to have a chat support that is available 24/7 rather than sending a ticket and waiting for a resolution, so to sum up it should be a real time solution in the future.

**What problems is Remote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One thing the remote is solving a problem and benefitting me is when applying for leave or Sick leave, Its very easy to use and navigate when you are applying for a leave, the ease of access is very simple, not complicated when applying for those leaves. 1 click and it will be sent directly real time to the HR department of the company for approval.

 ### 22. Effortless Payroll Management with Stellar Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Justine B. | CSC, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Remote?**

I like how friendly the interface of Remote is, making it easy to navigate. Everything has been seamless during my time using it, and I haven't encountered any problems with my benefits as a worker. Also, the efficiency Remote brings means my company doesn't need to hire anyone else to manage timesheets and payslips. The timeliness of the operators or customer service people is something I appreciate too; they always respond quickly, even through email, which is reassuring whenever I have inquiries or issues that need clarification.

**What do you dislike about Remote?**

I would like to share that although most of the instances that I am having a conversation with the customer representatives through email are still timely. , I think it would be faster if there is a platform or a part on the website itself that has a direct chat where I am talking to a live person just in case I have questions that need to be answered ASAP. And I dont have to wait for one to two business days for them to get answered.

**What problems is Remote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Remote improves efficiency, making everything seamless and easy to navigate. It eliminates the need to hire extra staff for payroll tasks. It ensures no issues with my benefits as a worker.

 ### 23. 24/7 Support and Helpful Chatbot Articles That Answer Every Question

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Noxy P. | Operations Associate, Education Management, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Remote?**

Chat bot and customer care specialists t are available around the clock to assist with any queries and that's so convenient for me as I work odd hours (night shift). All my queries were answered clearly and the chatbot articles cleared a lot of my doubts. The help centre has ton of useful information at your disposal

**What do you dislike about Remote?**

Had a bit of a problem with downloading my salary slips at first but that was quickly resolved after I reached out support it was smooth sailing from there....getting a problem fixed or taken care of is a breeze

**What problems is Remote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I don't have to manually fill out my timesheets, there's a function that allows me to automate timesheets and this saves me so much time. They always give me a heads up when I'm about to be paid and they show me all the relevant information so my pay is never a surprise, this helps me plan and budget accurately.

 ### 24. Effortless Global HR Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Akshay J. | Tax Operations Associate, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Remote?**

I appreciate how Remote manages payroll, leave policy, and documentation, especially in India where we have members. The mobile application is easy to understand. I'm highly advocating the way Remote effectively takes care of Payroll, Leave Policy, Documentation, and region-specific country laws. It's great that Remote ensures region-specific laws are adhered to, and leaves specific to states are maintained accurately. All documents, whether uploaded by an employee or employer, are easily accessible on the application. Setting up a profile on Remote is really easy, more like filling out a simple form, which accurately captures details in the HR database.

**What do you dislike about Remote?**

I would suggest the MFA should have more options and not limited to just one. In case the individual loses one, the member can access the website using another alternative.

**What problems is Remote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Remote simplifies managing Payroll, Leave Policy, and Documentation, ensuring compliance with region-specific laws. It's easy to use, with accessible documents and legal adherence across various countries.

 ### 25. Excellent Customer Service and a Smooth, Bug-Free Experience

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adan Z. | Signal Desk Specialist 2, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Remote?**

The customer service is excellent, even when the new AI they implmented sometimes can only provide general information that doesn't really help that much, the live agents are a joy to work with.
The interface is... relatively easy to use, with no major complaints aabout it.
The performance is also excellent, in the 8 months of using i didn;t enconter a asingle bug or glitch.
No real insight into the costs or price of using it.

**What do you dislike about Remote?**

Mostly the lack of information regarding legal processes specific to each country, about the visas aand how much it costs to use it, very little information about costs.

**What problems is Remote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can be employed by an american company without any major hurdles, that is a gigantic benefit.

 ### 26. Remote Makes Global Hiring and Compliance Simple. Kudos specially to the customer supports!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Zenviro G. | Fashion Business Owner, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Remote?**

As a growing fashion business owner, what I like most about Remote is how it lets me hire people from different countries without needing to set up a company there, since it handles the legal employment side for me. A couple of my business owner friends recommended it, and it’s been a huge help because it manages payroll, taxes, and compliance all in one place. It honestly makes scaling my remote team feel much simpler and less risky so I can focus on building my brand. The platform is easy to navigate and understand as well as the customer support are very patient, excellent performance overall.

**What do you dislike about Remote?**

Everything is going to the right path so far, I have not experience something to dislike at the moment.

**What problems is Remote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Remote solves the challenge of hiring and managing people in different countries without dealing with complicated legal setups, payroll systems, and compliance rules on my own. For me as a growing fashion business owner, that means I can confidently build a global team without worrying about making costly mistakes or slowing down my growth. It basically takes the operational stress off my plate so I can stay focused on scaling my brand and working with the right people wherever they are.

 ### 27. User-Friendly App with Great Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sejal A. | Processing clerk, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 10, 2025

**What do you like best about Remote?**

Remote has been doing an excellent job. The app is very easy to use, payments are always on time, and their communication is amazing. Whenever there’s an issue, their team responds quickly and provides a fast resolution. Truly a reliable and smooth experience!

**What do you dislike about Remote?**

Honestly, there’s nothing major to dislike about Remote. Everything works smoothly, and any small issues are resolved quickly by their support team.

**What problems is Remote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Remote is solving major issues related to payroll, communication, and job management.
They take away the stress of keeping track of payments, because salaries are always on time. Their app makes it easy to manage tasks, track work, and stay updated. And whenever there’s any problem, their support team responds quickly and resolves it without hassle.

 ### 28. Efficient Payment Solution with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Leigh Anastasia M. | Customer and billing support agent, Computer Games, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Remote?**

I think the support team at Remote is excellent. The platform is very strong on tax compliance and provides multiple payment options. I also like how straightforward the invoicing features are, especially when it comes to logging and marking time or overtime, which makes it easier for my salary to be paid on a monthly basis.

**What do you dislike about Remote?**

I feel like remote payments are sometimes a bit more delayed compared to other platforms we’ve used before. I also don’t like that there isn’t a more advanced option for contractors. On top of that, there seems to be less loyalty or fewer perks than with other companies or platforms that offer more discounts and a wider variety of options. I really feel like they could improve in these areas.

**What problems is Remote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Remote helps me get paid, stay tax-compliant, and receive my pay regularly into my international account. Even though I’m in a different country, it makes it much easier to receive my salary in a different currency and still have it in my own currency.

 ### 29. Remote Makes Onboarding and Payroll Fast, Smooth, and Reliable

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stanislav K. | Group UX researcher, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Remote?**

Remote has been a game-changer for our team. The platform is incredibly intuitive and easy to use — onboarding was smooth and we were up and running within days. The chatbot support is genuinely helpful and responsive, and whenever we needed to reach a human agent, response times were impressively fast. Salary payments are processed quickly and reliably, which gives both our team members and finance department real peace of mind. The onboarding experience for new hires is one of the best I've seen in an HR tool.

**What do you dislike about Remote?**

There's not much to dislike after a month of use. The reporting dashboard could offer a bit more customization for power users, and occasionally the chatbot needs to hand off to a human agent for more complex queries. These are minor points in an otherwise excellent product.

**What problems is Remote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Remote has simplified the complexity of managing global employment for our team. Before using Remote, coordinating compliant contracts, payroll, and onboarding across different regions was a time-consuming challenge. Remote centralizes all of this in one platform, significantly reducing administrative overhead. As a Senior UX Researcher, I can now onboard international research participants and contractors quickly and compliantly, without relying heavily on our HR or legal teams for every step.

 ### 30. Streamlines Contractor Management Seamlessly

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kingsley Chika C. | Geospatial Data Scientist , Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Remote?**

I appreciate how Remote helps me manage my activities more effectively, offering a streamlined platform where I can handle invoices, time off, tracking, help support, and my profile all in one place. Their swift response and follow-up, especially on important requests like contract verification, make it easy for me to access what I need without delays. I also like the flexibility of being able to manage my work seamlessly through both their web and app platforms, ensuring everything I need as a contractor is conveniently in one app. This convenience and reliability really stand out for me.

**What do you dislike about Remote?**

As a new contractor on the Remote platform, I expected there would be at least a one-hour call or virtual meeting for new contractors through the app. This would give us the opportunity to ask questions since there are clarifications that may not be fully addressed through chat. Having an onboarding session would make the transition smoother and help contractors understand the platform more efficiently. No, for now, I want an onboarding session where I could ask some questions like time tracking, invoices, time off, which I feel is not completely captured on the contract. I have no idea it could be used with other tools or software and that is why the onboarding call is important.

**What problems is Remote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Remote helps me manage my activities efficiently and provides swift responses, especially for contract verification. I enjoy the seamless management of my work from both web and app, and having everything in one app streamlines tasks like invoicing and time tracking.

 ### 31. Seamless Onboarding and Local Compliance

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Games | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Remote?**

Having the option to use a contract that aligns with the laws of your current country truly makes a significant difference. I was able to get hired quickly and didn’t have to worry about handling a mountain of paperwork.

**What do you dislike about Remote?**

For now I didn't encounter any issue, the onboarding when you don't know about the product is a bit impressive I was wondering the whole time if I was truly going to have a french permanent contract or not in the end, but that's probably nit picking

**What problems is Remote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I live in France and working for a german company. In France if you want to work with a foreign company that don't have a local entity, you're forced to create a company yourself to make a contract with this foreign company legaly. With Remote, I'm able to work for the german company like I usually work with a french company, as an employee with a simple and straightforward permanent contract.

 ### 32. Intuitive Solution for Global Employee Management

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Céline D. | VP People, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Remote?**

I really appreciate using Remote because it allows me to easily engage talents in countries where I don't want to create a legal entity. It gives me access to talents I wouldn't otherwise have access to. It offers a peaceful management since I know that Remote takes care of all the legal and administrative aspects in these countries whose legislation I am not familiar with. The platform is quite intuitive and offers many interesting features for tracking employees. I can log in at any time to check the processes for each employee, track leave, and view pay slips. I also have access to a multitude of information sources by country, which helps me easily answer my employees' questions. The integrated chat on the platform is also very useful, and I appreciate that the support team is very responsive, answering our questions by email very quickly.

**What do you dislike about Remote?**

So there is an AI chat that seems to be included in it, but I don't really understand what it does because overall I never get a response. And I think the navigation in the menus is a bit confusing, there are a lot of options and it's not always easy to find your way back to what you're looking for. The documentation, there is a lot of it but sometimes we would like to have a tool that allows us to find the precise information we are looking for more quickly. They are still quite expensive.

**What problems is Remote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Remote to hire talent in countries where I don't have a legal entity, simplifying legal and administrative management. The intuitive platform allows for effective employee tracking, with easy access to information and quick support.

 ### 33. Streamlines employment management, needs better chat support and accountants

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Giovanni L. | Head of Customer Success, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2022

**What do you like best about Remote?**

I appreciate that Remote provides me with a platform to manage all aspects of my employment, including my payslips, benefits, and time off. It gave me the opportunity to be employed in Switzerland seamlessly, aided by my company adopting Remote as a way to employ employees. Also, the initial setup of Remote was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Remote?**

The support team is not the best as it works in layers: the chat support is almost useless but the email support I guess tier 2 is quite good. I especially had a nice experience with Prathap Babu regarding a recent issue I had that was resolved professionally.

**What problems is Remote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Remote to manage all aspects of my employment, including payslips, benefits, and time off, making employment seamless.

 ### 34. Effortless Setup, Stellar AI Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anumeena S. | Senior Network Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Remote?**

I really find Remote easy to use because it has everything in place, and their AI support chat is unlike any chatbot I've used. It feels like I'm talking to a person and can answer most of my doubts instantly. It's very helpful. The application is transparent and clean, especially when handling expenses, payslips, and document uploads. I also appreciate that the support team is very good. I love how they provide instant updates. For instance, my medical benefit invite was resolved promptly after sending an email. The setup process was also a breeze, taking just about ten to fifteen minutes, thanks to the handbook and support articles provided.

**What do you dislike about Remote?**

Nothing

**What problems is Remote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Remote very easy to use, with a clean interface for managing expenses, payslips, and documents. The AI support chat is interactive, providing instant answers to doubts, enhancing my experience. I appreciate their quick updates and effective support team.

 ### 35. Simple, Intuitive, and Well-Organized—A Smooth Experience with Remote

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Albaro P. | Data Entry, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Remote?**

What I like most about Remote is how simple and intuitive it's to use. In my experience, the platform makes each process easy to understand and complete, which leads to a smooth overall user experience. I also appreciate how everything is organized in a practical, logical way, so I can quickly find what I need without wasting time.

**What do you dislike about Remote?**

To be honest, nothing specific comes to mind at the moment. My experience with Remote has been relatively short, but so far I’ve found the platform intuitive, practical, and easy to use.

**What problems is Remote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Remote makes it easy for people like me to work for an international company, while keeping all the important employment processes handled in a simple, organized, and straightforward way.

 ### 36. Intuitive HR Platform with Stellar Chat Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sirine . | Account Manager France, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Remote?**

I use Remote to check my payslips, do my expenses, and ask for holidays. I really appreciate the new chat function as an employer of record because it gives me instant legal HR answers to my questions. I like the chat, the user-friendly platform, and the clarity it provides. It's really super easy to use, and the mobile app is complete. I receive push notifications whenever my payslip is ready, for example. The initial setup was very clear.

**What do you dislike about Remote?**

In France, we have a different way to calculate time off and I don't find this to be the case on Remote. RTT should be clear for example on the number we are gonna have each year. Congés n-1 and N must also be separated in views.

**What problems is Remote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Remote to check payslips, manage expenses, and request holidays. It solves legal HR queries instantly with the chat function and is easy to use, with a complete mobile app and push notifications for payslips.

 ### 37. Unified Access to Windows 365, AVD, and Dev Box in One Streamlined Remote App

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aldrich J. | CSC, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Remote?**

The best thing about the Remote is its unified access to multiple Windows services like Windows 365, Azure Virtual Desktop, and Microsoft Dev Box through a single, streamlined interface. It simplifies remote work by offering customizable home screens, multimonitor support, and seamless device redirection, making it far more flexible than the older Remote Desktop app

**What do you dislike about Remote?**

Some Remote Desktop Services (RDS) scenarios aren’t yet supported. If you rely on older RemoteApp or Desktop Connection workflows, you may still need the legacy Remote Desktop app. The new interface is more customizable, but that also means users accustomed to the old Remote Desktop app may feel disoriented at first

**What problems is Remote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Remote is solving the complexity of remote access and replacing it with simplicity, consistency, and security. That translates into smoother workflows and less friction in daily tasks. Whether you’re on a laptop, tablet, or phone, you get the same experience.

 ### 38. Facilitates Global Employment with Ease

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Albane T. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Remote?**

I like that Remote sends me my payslip before receiving my salary, which helps me plan my budget. I also appreciate being able to log my holidays easily, which makes it easy for my manager to approve them. It's great that getting expenses reimbursed is simple, so I don't have to spend months chasing admins at my company. Additionally, the initial setup of Remote was very easy, just a few documents to load and done.

**What do you dislike about Remote?**

The one thing that is a little bit of an issue for me is info about my pension. I got enrolled in a pension but I can't find info about it anywhere now, and I'd like to check how much I have inside this pension. I would like Remote to give detailed info about this pension, like the name and the website.

**What problems is Remote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Remote allows me to work full time for a US company from the UK, receive my payslip before my salary, log holidays, and get expenses reimbursed easily without chasing admins.

 ### 39. Intuitive UI, but support and chatbot answers are often incorrect

**Rating:** 2.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Remote?**

Concept - allows to hire people on standard work contact without the local entity
UI is good and intuitive although there are some gaps (mobile app does not have all of the features accessible)
`I like the google calendar integration although there should be more options to specify how the events should be visible on the calendar side and also to connect to different calendars at the same time.
Availability and performance is good.
I cants speak about the pricing but my employer is not complaining about it (although the quality of support is very poor for the price paid).
Support is annoying the information that AI chatbot gives is very frequently incorrect so you need to talk to it and get it to direct to normal support (which is also wrong 50% of the time so getting correct answer usually takes multiple interactions).

 ### 40. Fast and Flexible EOR Solution

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rona Bel M. | Talent Acquisition Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Remote?**

I am very happy with how fast Remote is in terms of attending to the concerns that I have. Even if it's a weekend, they make sure there is someone to assist. I also find Remote to be more flexible than Multiplier, and it really meets my client's needs. Remote provides everything they can to help their clients, creating a win-win situation because they are flexible and make sure they meet employees' needs. The initial setup was very easy; I just had to submit the necessary documents on the Remote website or application. From there, people reached out for onboarding, and I received reminders if I missed any document uploads. I like receiving notifications, especially about pay, as it helps me escalate discrepancies immediately.

**What do you dislike about Remote?**

I think it's really more into the side of having local people to reach out in case of emergency.

**What problems is Remote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Remote helps me with payroll benefits and provides quick assistance, even on weekends. I easily access benefits, time tracking, and payslips through the app and website. The setup is straightforward, with reminders for any missed documents and immediate support if any issues arise.

 ### 41. A Reliable Partner for Global Employment

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Remote?**

What I like best about Remote is how smooth and stress-free they made the entire employment process. From onboarding to becoming fully employed, everything was well organized and easy to follow. Their platform is simple to use, and I can easily access the documents and information I need.

What really stands out is their support team. Whenever I have questions about my employment, payroll, or benefits, they respond promptly and are always helpful. They explain things clearly and make sure my concerns are addressed, which gives me confidence that I’m well supported.

Overall, Remote has made working for an international company feel seamless, and I’ve had a very positive experience with them so far.

**What do you dislike about Remote?**

So far, I haven’t experienced any major issues with Remote. If I had to mention one thing, it would be nice if some requests or support updates were a little more proactive, especially when waiting for a resolution. That said, the support team has always been responsive and helpful whenever I’ve reached out, so it hasn’t had a significant impact on my overall experience.

**What problems is Remote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Remote makes it easy for me to work for an international company without having to worry about the complexities of local employment. They handle my employment, payroll, benefits, and compliance, so I can focus on my work instead of dealing with administrative or legal processes.

It also gives me peace of mind knowing that my salary is paid on time, my employment follows local regulations, and there’s a reliable support team I can reach out to whenever I have questions. Overall, Remote has made working for a global company a smooth and hassle-free experience.

 ### 42. Effortless Payroll and Invoice Management

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael A. | Ads Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 13, 2024

**What do you like best about Remote?**

I use Remote for my payroll transfers and I appreciate the possibility of getting paid outside of the USA quickly and securely. It's very easy and user-friendly. I like how I can find everything I need if I want to edit anything, and the system is really quick. The invoice creation is a standout feature for me, as well as the ability to track it and access my previous submissions. If I find errors or if the company requires a change, I can do it easily and quickly, which helps me get paid quicker.

**What do you dislike about Remote?**

I don't see how I can take advantage of more things, like as of now I can only use Remote for invoices and getting paid, but there's no tools or tips about financials or how I can use my funds directly from Remote (avoiding fees) and letting my earnings grow somehow.

**What problems is Remote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Remote for payroll, enabling fast, secure international payments. It's user-friendly for invoice creation, letting me track and edit invoices to ensure quick payment.

 ### 43. Exceptional Customer Support, User-Friendly Interface

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ekin A. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Remote?**

I really like the live chat on the Remote portal. If the customer service in the live chat cannot answer, they just redirect me to the real agent, who is super quick, very responsive, and very helpful. Even the AI chat box in the Remote application or on the website is super helpful. Every time I have a question, I just write it down in the live chat, and if I get the answer via the AI tool, it's done. I don't need to wait for anything else. If I don't have the answer, they immediately connect me with real customer service, which I appreciate. I really like how they communicate and are being proactively responsive. The initial setup of Remote was very easy. It's a super user-friendly and easy-to-understand tool, and I had no problems.

**What do you dislike about Remote?**

Maybe I think some of the agents are working with the USA time. But I am in Europe. So sometimes I get the response that I need a little bit later in the day. So maybe European clients can be assigned to European agents.

**What problems is Remote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Remote answers my questions super quickly with detailed information through their proactive and helpful live chat service.

 ### 44. Effortless Employment Management, Smooth Onboarding

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed Date:** June 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Remote?**

I use Remote to manage my employment details and information like payroll, leaves, taxes, benefits, and time offs. It gives me ease of access to knowledge about my employer of contract and my contract. What I like most is that it's easy to approach, easy to ask, and easy to know. Things are not complicated with Remote. For requesting time off, I just have to plot my time off on the platform with no needed approval forms shenanigans. Payroll is easy to follow, and requesting a certificate of employment is so quick. The onboarding was perfect. The instructions were on point and I had an easy time onboarding with Remote. I appreciate Remote's dedication on making employer-accessibility smooth and easy. I'd rate it a 10 out of 10 to recommend.

**What do you dislike about Remote?**

{"AI is slow to respond.","There are processes that are not documented (or at least I cannot find the process document). Like applying for a loan for pag ibig or sss.","I also waited some time for my bank approval to be approved by Remote.","Tickets are sometimes long which takes another day.","I was needing an urgent loan but the process are taking days to process."}

**What problems is Remote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Remote to manage my salary, taxes, leaves, benefits, and time offs. It gives me easy access to know about my employer and my contract. Requesting time off is easy with no approval form shenanigans, payroll is easy to follow, and requesting a certificate of employment is quick.

 ### 45. Powerful Global Payroll, But Support Needs Speed

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kaprizyla A. | Human Resources Assistant 1, Internet, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Remote?**

What I really like is Remote's global payroll infrastructure. It's the feature that has delivered the most measurable impact for our team. The global payroll system lets my business pay international team members in over 100 currencies and manages all the calculations for taxes and deductions. It saves us an average of fifteen hours per payroll cycle compared to managing local payroll providers. Our finance team used to spend close to a full day per month reconciling payroll across different vendors in different countries, and the savings have been consistent and real since we started using this software. The first month after going live, our finance manager noted it was the first payroll close in two years that didn't require her to chase anyone for missing figures or correct currency conversion errors after the fact. Consolidating everything into Remote put it all in one dashboard, and the monthly close process sped up noticeably within the first quarter of switching. On setup, the platform supports onboarding new hires in as little as twenty four hours, and that matched our experience for standard hires in well covered countries. The self-service interface is clean, and employees consistently describe their onboarding experience positively. We also connect it with Microsoft 365 and NetSuite.

**What do you dislike about Remote?**

{"I think the support is the single most documented weakness.","Support runs on a ticket system with no dedicated CMS by default.","It's fine for our team queries, but it becomes a real problem when a payroll issue needs resolution before the end of the pay cycle.","The queue say thirty four to forty x hours.","In May 2026 an off cycle change needed to be processed urgently before the bank close. The ticket sat in the queue for over a day and came back after payroll had already run.","The correction rolled into the following months, which created an uncomfortable conversation with the employee. They filed a formal complaint about late payment accuracy.","For a platform that charged, $99 per employee per month, that gap is a critical moment and is genuinely hard to justify.","I need faster response time, preferably under five hours after the ticket is created.","Country specific deposit requirements that are not surfaced up front remain the one area where we have been caught off guard."}

**What problems is Remote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Remote to hire and manage full-time employees across six countries without building legal entities. It handles contracts, payroll, tax filing, and compliance. Consolidating separate payroll vendors into one dashboard shortened our monthly close and saves about fifteen hours per payroll cycle.

 ### 46. Simplifies Remote Work with Feature-Rich Platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anelisa N. | Remote Business Centre Agent , Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Remote?**

I find Remote to be quite a handy platform, especially since I'm based in South Africa and my head office is in the UK. It makes accessing documents like tax information and contracts easy, and submitting time sheets is straightforward. I like that it helps connect the company and the employee effectively. I can sign contracts virtually and access them any time I want. At first, it was a bit tricky to navigate, but once I got used to it, it became quite easy. I appreciate having access to my payslips and being able to raise disputes through the platform. Requesting time off is simple, and I can see my upcoming leave days or public holidays effortlessly. Having access to my EOR is crucial, as it outlines expectations and conditions with my employer. I found the signup process for Remote to be very easy and transparent, particularly as a new hire. The platform gives me peace of mind knowing my information is stored safely, and I value the accessibility via phone, which is convenient during emergencies or when I'm on the go. It's a system I believe every company should use, as it bridges the gap between HR, tax, and the employee, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.

**What do you dislike about Remote?**

At first, it was a bit hard to navigate. I wasn't sure how to go about using it. I feel like it could be easier to track or upload your time sheet. I'm not sure if I'm not able to do it, but it's something that doesn't have to be done weekly. If there's an option to automatically record your hours and then you approve that, I need that option.

**What problems is Remote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Remote handy for accessing documents, tax information, contracts, and submitting timesheets. It simplifies the connection between remote employees and international companies, ensuring access to important documents and features like pay slips, leave requests, and more, making it convenient and secure.

 ### 47. Effortless Employment Management with Minor Support Delays

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** punith C. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Remote?**

I like that Remote is intuitive and well-organized; it's easy to find everything with a clean interface. I appreciate having full visibility into my employment details anytime. I love that payroll, leave, and documents are all manageable in one place without confusion. The platform's reliability stands out as it works without glitches or delays. I also value how quickly leave requests are processed and how payslips are always available on time. Another highlight is the secure document storage, which keeps all my contracts and employment files accessible whenever needed. The onboarding and initial setup were very straightforward, and the platform guided me through the process smoothly.

**What do you dislike about Remote?**

The main area for improvement would be the live agent support response time - sometimes it takes a while to connect with an agent when you need urgent help. Faster response times or a more immediate support option would make the experience even better.

**What problems is Remote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Remote centralizes managing employment details like payroll, leave requests, and contracts, saving time, reducing stress, and eliminating the hassle of using multiple platforms.

 ### 48. All-in-One HR Platform to solve your HR concerns

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Remote?**

Almost all that you need whether payroll, leaves, incentives, are in their site. The best is the payslips are consistently on time. Their interface is simple, and easy to understand. Navigation is fast and no downtime so far.

**What do you dislike about Remote?**

When logging in, sometimes it takes a couple of seconds for it to finish your login, sometimes you'll wonder if it stalled or not. Their approval time for reimbursements takes a while and usually it does not get approved before the cutoff date so you need to wait for the second payout before you get reimbursed. Paddle approves reimbursement requests in like a day or two. Remote takes 5 days to a week!

**What problems is Remote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Usually its the payroll part that I am thankful of. Payslips are always on time and salary doesn't get late. Filing of leaves and seeing your benefits are the second best thing they help me out

 ### 49. Organized, All-in-One App With Great Timesheets and Easy Document Access

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Camille Angeli M. | Senior Post Processing Coordinator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Remote?**

The app itself is very organized and everything you need is right there. I really like that all documents can still be accessed. The time sheet is really good. No issues so far in my overall experience.

**What do you dislike about Remote?**

I don’t have anything to dislike, but I think their AI chat could use some improvement. It would be better if it could answer questions more accurately and handle simple questions without escalating them to support or a person.

**What problems is Remote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

So far, I’ve asked them about a signed payslip, and they handled it by sending me an email, which was really handy. They also answered my question in a positive and helpful way.

 ### 50. All-in-One Payroll Hub with Seamless Salary Tracking and Helpful Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Remote?**

I love the fact that everything is accessible from a single place; I can make sure that my information is up to date. Payment is always on time and really enjoy that I can choose to nominate different splits of payments to different accounts.

Each time that I have had to contact support everyone has been helpful and resolved my issues within the first conversation or the AI feature on the platform have helped me get to the solution quickly.

The app works really well and allows me to seamlessly check salary payments & update information.

**What do you dislike about Remote?**

At the moment, the lack of integration with other tools our company uses to track holidays is frustrating as we need to double-book holidays.

**What problems is Remote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a UK employee I am able to be hired by businesses that do not have an established legal entity so we can hire the right talent regardless of geo-location.
