What do you like best about Reef.ai?

The people - their team makes themselves available to share best practices and help customize the platform to exactly what we are looking for in a revenue management tool. The platform provides real time customer data that helps with our daily renewal activities while also providing a suite of analytics to help provide broader customer trends Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Reef.ai?

There is nothing I dislike about the platform - anytime we have mentioned a feature that would be 'nice to have', the Reef team delivered within a few weeks. It is easy to use and helps drive collaboration across our company Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Reef.ai?

A few areas that drew me to Reef.

1) Unique heatmap interface for segmenting customer & identifying which customers need attention.

2) Promise of ML/AI engine to improve our cusotmer healthscore as we grow and have more cusotmer data into Reef

3) Native NRR and GRR reporting and visualization making it easy to communicate from the CSM level to the board level.

4) Integrated with the other products in our techstack.

5) and most important, great people. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Reef.ai?

Not a dislike but a reality that they are a startup and product is still early days. Can be a pro if you like working with early stage products. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
