In general, we had dissatisfaction in their support as a full EDI partner and there are other better EDI partners out there. Setup and Configuration can be tricky. Moving the software to a new server can be incredibly difficult. Had to use a Hex editor at one point to change some settings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
