We were looking to change partners when I left the company who was using RedTail. When we had production issues, support had a lengthy turnaround time. **What problems is RedTail EDI solving and how is that benefiting you?** Establishing initial EDI transactions. ### 2. They may not have updated their review text, but have updated their review. **What do you like best about RedTail EDI?** Very helpful customer support if you need them. I have called in the past for assistance and they were extremely helpful. Very quick and responsive. It's nice that you'll be dealing with one person for support issues. **What do you dislike about RedTail EDI?** The user interface could be prettier. Also, when there is an issue, the error messages that are given to the user are not very user friendly. **Recommendations to others considering RedTail EDI:** If you need an EDI solution that is compatible with Sage Business Vision, it's great. **What problems is RedTail EDI solving and how is that benefiting you?** An EDI solution that is compatible with Sage Business Vision. ### 3. Our team is able to use it without any problems. It rarely has any issues and is very reliable. **What do you dislike about RedTail EDI?** Setup and Configuration can be tricky. Moving the software to a new server can be incredibly difficult. Had to use a Hex editor at one point to change some settings. **What problems is RedTail EDI solving and how is that benefiting you?** Provides and EDI solution that is compatible with Sage Business Vision (pervasive database).
