
I love that the customer has the option to cover their return and exchange cost at checkout, i love that if they decide not to its stated clearly that the label will be on them to purchase in case needed.
Customer service is TOP NOTCH, anytime ive had an issue (rarely) they answer fast and are super on top of the issue at hand.
Its FREE! Any other platform for returns costs an arm and a leg when returns themselves already loose money. this was a refreshing switch and we are so happy we did it.

Not much to say in this area, maybe this is something i can switch in settings and i just havent gotten around to it but if we could get a email notification when claims are submitted so that we can ensure we are reviewing those in a timely manner would be ideal. i know redo is on top of this stuff and they likely already have this in settings i just dont have it turned on.
