What do you like best about Redo Returns & Exchanges?

I love that the customer has the option to cover their return and exchange cost at checkout, i love that if they decide not to its stated clearly that the label will be on them to purchase in case needed.

Customer service is TOP NOTCH, anytime ive had an issue (rarely) they answer fast and are super on top of the issue at hand.

Its FREE! Any other platform for returns costs an arm and a leg when returns themselves already loose money. this was a refreshing switch and we are so happy we did it.

Scanning return labels to get to the return page, makes for a fast efficient work flow and makes processing returns quick and easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Redo Returns & Exchanges?

Not much to say in this area, maybe this is something i can switch in settings and i just havent gotten around to it but if we could get a email notification when claims are submitted so that we can ensure we are reviewing those in a timely manner would be ideal. i know redo is on top of this stuff and they likely already have this in settings i just dont have it turned on. What do you like best about Redo Returns & Exchanges?

I love the platform they have. I like that they give us a platform to manage the returns easily and a nice platform for the customers to submit a return. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Redo Returns & Exchanges?

I think the biggest downside is the setup. It is a little confusing figuring out how to set everything up. Our customer success manager had to help us a lot, but since it's a little confusing I have to reach out to support every time I need to update something. However, the good news is that you should just have to set it up one time.

The other thing that I don't like a lot is that it's another cost for the consumer, since the returns is an add on that the customer pays for, that can sometimes hurt conversion. That being said they have a lot of things you can do to help mitigate that with A/B testing, and different placement options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
