What I really like about Red Sift OnDMARC, is its simplicity, user-friendly interface/portal and its reporting ability that gives me a good insight of where we are at with our email security across our multiple domain ownership. The dashboard can often be overwhelming and require some time to learn and get used to if you don't use the product often or it continually evolves. Although, the customer service team is great and can often fill this gap in the review meetings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

OnDMARC is straightforward to set up and begin using. Its standard features are more comprehensive than those offered by other solutions. For us, the main deciding factor was that dynamic SPF record services are included by default. Previously, we frequently encountered the issue of reaching the maximum limit of 10 SPF records, but with OnDMARC, this is no longer a concern. With support from Redsift, we were able to implement DMARC correctly and have been using it successfully for years. The main issue I have encountered is that our IT department is not always aware that we use OnDMARC. This sometimes results in colleagues making DNS changes without consulting anyone or discussing the implications, which means OnDMARC can be overlooked. For instance, a colleague recently modified the MX records on a domain where we use MTA-STS, but the changes were not reflected in OnDMARC. As a result, a small number of external contacts were unable to send us emails for more than a day. It's important to ensure that everyone understands the potential impact when implementing OnDMARC. OnDMARC from RedSift is an excellent product, intuitive, user-friendly, easy to implement, and highly informative for IT Administrators. The onboarding and integration process with OnDMARC is straightforward. The DMARC reports are extremely useful for identifying vendors that send emails on behalf of your company but lack proper email authentication. The forensic reports are quite useful because they include details such as the sender, subject, and sender IP information. However, I was informed that only emails forwarded to Yahoo contain this information. This limitation is not due to Red Sift, as it depends on the receiving side. The dynamic service feature has saved me a lot of time. I especially appreciate being able to bypass the SPF IP lookup limit, which has made things much easier. Adding DKIM records without having to modify public DNS records is another excellent benefit. The dashboard and DMARC compliance reports are both outstanding, and the forensic options are quite useful as well. Customer service has been excellent; the technical support we received during setup was outstanding, and the regular check-ins with Lucy help us stay focused on our goals. There’s a lot of valuable data available, and it takes a bit of time to learn which metrics matter most. That said, the learning curve is eased significantly by the clear guidance within the tool and the responsive support team, so even this challenge becomes an opportunity to deepen your understanding of email security. I have been using Red Sift OnDMARC for over three years for monitoring DMARC, SPF, and DKIM across multiple domains, which would be difficult to manage without such a tool. It offers the ease of dynamic SPF and dynamic DMARC, which simplify complex monitoring tasks. The software provides a powerful set of features, making any initial setup challenges worthwhile. I especially value the single pane of glass interface as an IT administrator managing domains that engineers use, allowing me to track domain usage, detect spam issues, and dynamically update DMARC, DKIM, and SPF with ease. The dynamic SPF and DMARC/DKIM reports are integral for my operations, as they save considerable time by turning potentially lengthy tasks into several-minute jobs.
