I like EasyDMARC because it really is easy to use and is exactly as advertised. They guided us through the whole process, which was a daunting project for us to set up DMARC. We weren't super familiar with how to do it, and they walked us through it. Within three months, the project was done, and it couldn't have been easier on our part. I really appreciate how simple it is to use, set up, and integrate into my DNS settings. You no longer need to be a tech expert to secure your emails, which is a huge relief. While my overall experience has been excellent, I did encounter some bugs in the Email Investigation tool, specifically with DKIM key verification and SPF/DKIM alignment mode display (showing "relaxed" when configured as "strict"). Although the technical team acknowledged the issue and escalated it to development, the bug remains unresolved as of this review. However, I should emphasize that the support team's response was exemplary—they thoroughly investigated the problem, confirmed my configuration was correct, and kept me informed throughout the process. The reporting section feels quite basic. It would be helpful if there were an AI feature to improve the wording, such as clarifying that after enforcing a DMARC policy set to p=reject, any non-compliant or threat-sending sources will no longer have their messages delivered to the receiver. The UI was the top among the competitors. It makes DMARC analysing task to be very easy. The other tools' interface was very complex compared to EasyDMARC. The support team is also very attentive and they are very quick. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Their current infrastructure is not enough for the current workload and they are transitioning a new infrastructure to solve this issue which is temporarily. They dont have sub-domain categorization to classify all the sub-domains for their intended purpose. However, they informed that this feature request is on their roadmap. I really like EasySPF and Managed DMARC. Both products are effective, easy to use, and solve real challenges, especially around SPF management. They are stable solutions that I have been using reliably for several years. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I find the product a bit expensive, and customer loyalty does not seem to be strongly reflected in the pricing model. Over time, some new features have been added, but they bring limited real value for larger organizations, such as Managed DKIM and EasySender. I am not saying they do not work, but they feel somewhat limited. That said, for the products I actively use, they do the job.

I would also have liked better subdomain segmentation. The product works with a limited number of domains, which forces the use of separate domains to manage subdomains. This is unfortunate and adds unnecessary constraints. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Online information reveals that DMARC reports can be very difficult to decipher. The reason I started using EasyDMARC is for the capability it provides in deciphering the data and presenting it graphically, making it easier to understand what is going. The pricing appears to be a bit high but I understand that for business brands, being able to protect their brand and improve email deliverability or the hack of their business domain, is a crucial aspect, especially in the case of my client who sells products through an e-commerce website. when seting up a new domain, its easy to make a configuration change too quicly before setting up the automatic tools like easy spf, easy dmarc and it makes things complicated. Also sub domain setup is still very confusing, tools does tell is something is available or not compliant but no real guide explaining details of how to setup sub domains. One last challenge is when setting up a customers domain I have to obtain several paths of access, like domain, dns and email. They all have two factor usually so it makes it a challenge to coordinate with non technical customers. Would be nice if external vendors could grant the tool acccess to not have to be able to login as the customer. Many services dont allow full access, specifically dns access with any other account than the owner or admin even if rights are granted. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

EasyDMARC makes domain protection incredibly simple, even for non-technical users. The dashboard clearly shows email authentication issues with DKIM, SPF, and DMARC records. The guided setup and visual DMARC reports save a lot of time, and the alerts help us react quickly to any spoofing attempts. Their customer support is also excellent; responses are fast and personalized. It’s one of the few tools that makes complex email security tasks easy to manage and monitor in real time.
