DMARC (Domain-based Message Authentication, Reporting & Conformance) is an email security standard that prevents attackers from spoofing a domain. Getting to p=reject, the enforcement level where domain spoofing is actually blocked, typically takes security teams months without dedicated tooling. DMARC for newbies like me can be a little overwhelming at first. There's a lot to take in and Myles at Red Sift noticed that I had signed up for an account to get DMARC going but I seemed "stuck". Myles reached out to me, and we set up a web conference where he walked me through configuring our sending assets, domains, and DNS options.
