"Basic must have tool for no-brainer easy."
What do you like best about DMARC Report?

I registered for DMARC Report more than a year ago.

- They have streamlined an easy setup of a new domain.

- In the IT world I find it a premium addon to have multi-language interface available for English, Spanish, German and Portugese which is around 30% of population (as of today 2025).

- Their support was very responsive generally speaking when I had a query.

- Quite standard functionalities generally speaking, I like the alerts and weekly reports. White-labeling is an (included) must. Other staff can also be added to collaborate in the Teams section but TBH I have not used that one yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DMARC Report?

It's a simple interface and technical functionality direct to the point (no flashy animations or anything rocket science). Additionally I would suggest two more languages of Chinese and Indian to cover all the world's most spoken tongs (adds +25%). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Comprehensive Email Insights & Robust Reporting, Interface could be improved"
What do you like best about DMARC Report?

DMARC report give you all the information about your email deliverability and configuration. When I say, all I mean down to the last email and very last spoof, including the configuration of every real and would be sender from your domain.

DMARC allows a website owner to enroll 10 domains with 1,000,000 emails sent for $75/month. You'll want at least this level to enjoy all the alert management and a full set of reports. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DMARC Report?

DMARC Report does do one thing very badly, which is overages. In the case of overage not only does DMARC Report stop taking new records, it's almost impossible to view your month to date or even past records. It's possible DMARC Report has improved overage management by now, but the way it was a year ago is unacceptable. Basically my account was locked when I was in overage.

If a publisher paid for 300,000 records/month s/he should be able to see all the results for that month up until the 300,000.

Support did not handle the situation particularly well. They answered quickly (good) but then were very inflexible about solving the issue and blamed the client and assumed they were right. The founder was involved (good) so it's not a case of incompetent support.

Inflexibility is not unusual for tech founders and engineers, if they were people people they probably wouldn't choose computers or technology as their life's work.

Generally the design could be better, structurally as well as aesthetically. We were very happy with DMARC Digests until they started raising the prices. The team at DMARCReport.com should take a close look at the interface of DMARC Digests and provide a simpler overview, with an option for an expert view. The information even for someone who works with tech is a bit overwhelming. It can be hard to see issues as there's so much data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Essential Tool for Effortless Email Security and Deliverability"
What do you like best about DMARC Report?

DMARC Report has become the foundation of my managed email security and deliverability service. The reporting dashboard makes it easy to interpret DMARC data, detect spoofing attempts, and troubleshoot authentication issues. Their hosted DMARC and MTA-STS services save significant time by eliminating the typical complexity of DNS configuration. Client onboarding is smooth, results are precise, and the platform has made it easy to demonstrate measurable improvements to email deliverability. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DMARC Report?

The only drawback is the user interface. It’s functional and reliable, but not as visually polished as some alternatives. Once you understand the layout, it works perfectly — it just isn’t very pretty. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great tool to help with DMARC monitoring"
What do you like best about DMARC Report?

I've been using DMARC Report for a few years now. It's easy to set up a new domain, and the reports and charts are clear and easy to understand. Another thing that's useful is the ability to set up "teams" to allow my clients to view their specific information.

The option to send email notifications is a good addition; this can be especially useful when setting up a new domain, to get a quick eye on anything that might need tweaking.

I also like that it's easy to set up MTA-STS for a little extra security. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DMARC Report?

I occasionally have an issue with adding a new domain; I'll get a message that I've exceeded the number of allowed domains, and I have to contact support to get it fixed. Support has always been really good about fixing it, though.

The documentation is a little sparse as far as explaining what to set up and why. You do need to have some knowledge of DMARC and email authentication already to take good advantage of the program. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Comprehensive DMARC Reporting That Just Works"
What do you like best about DMARC Report?

Comprehensive DMARC reporting with listings and XML output. The domain setup process is nice and easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DMARC Report?

I think they could refresh their user interface because it feels outdated. But it works without glitches, so it's all right. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Domain Verification for Reliable Email Delivery"
What do you like best about DMARC Report?

It makes this process of domain verification very quick and easy to do! Which is extremely necessary if you are sending email! It just helps by proving that your domain is legitimate with major email servers. This way, your emails are more likely to go straight into your customers' inboxes instead of getting stuck in the spam folder even before they're delivered.. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DMARC Report?

Honestly, there isn't much to dislike; it does what it says on the tin, which is why I signed up.

I’d say it’s not exactly flashy, but honestly, this kind of tech doesn’t need to be. It doesn't have some snazzy dashboard or anything, and that's okay! It’s pretty simple and gets right to the point. You can check your stats or tweak what you need without any fuss. I like that about it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The Ultimate All-in-One Solution for Effortless Email Authentication"
What do you like best about DMARC Report?

This tool is an absolute lifesaver. What makes DMARC Report so great is that it’s the complete, all-in-one solution for email authentication.

It handles everything you need for robust DMARC signatures: you get clear reports listing every single passing and failing email, giving you full visibility. Among the features I like is that it generates and hosts essential records like DMARC and MTA-STS, drastically simplifying deployment. If you need total domain protection without the complexity, this is the only platform you need. It truly has everything. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DMARC Report?

The main drawback of DMARC Report is the user interface, which can be unclear sometimes, especially when managing multi-user access and navigating the dashboard. The platform's navigation is cumbersome, and the primary "summary" view often prioritizes domain DNS keys over the actual summary, which is the main reason most users log in. Furthermore, the UI frustrates limited-access users by displaying menu items they are not allowed to access, resulting in an abrupt "You are not permissible to access XYZ" message upon clicking. For a cleaner, more intuitive user experience, these restricted features should be dynamically hidden, and the dashboard prioritization needs adjustment to surface core reporting functionality immediately. "Solid Email Authentication Management for Multiple Clients"
What do you like best about DMARC Report?

I've been using DMARC reports for over a year now. I had been managing email authentication and reporting tasks across several tools, often separately owned by different clients. I appreciate that I can now affordably offer this service consolidated under my own system to simplify and speed up management of multiple clients in one place.

My small business clients appreciate that this is now a hands-off service for them, since they really weren't comfortable trying to deal with the setup themselves, never mind continued monitoring.

The weekly status email is an easy way to quickly scan and become aware of any issues that might have come up recently - a new email source a client has started using that isn't properly authenticated yet, for example. Catching these this way is so much better than only noticing after customers have reported issues - by then it's too late.

Adding new domains is a straightforward 5 or 10-minute process, including the DNS updates. Small detail, but I like how easy it makes setting up mta-sts policy for a bit of Extra security.

Because I have a fair background in email authentication already, I've only needed support once for an interface question and the response was timely and useful. There's lots of support documentation and inline tip popups as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DMARC Report?

I haven't really run into any dislikes. It takes a bit of time to get used to any new tool's interface, but once setup has been run through a time or two, it's straightforward. I'm not a power user with hundreds of domains under management, or using Teams functionality, so don't have experience with those more advanced functions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"DMARC Report FTW"
What do you like best about DMARC Report?

So nice to have this super useful tool to offer reports and summaries to my webhosting / email clients. The average hosting client doesn't have any clue what DNS is, let alone how to create a custom TXT record. Without this they would likely all have just have "v=DMARC1; p=none" as their DMARC txt record in their DNS, which technically is enough to make google and others happy, but gives you no insights or protection. Having DMARC Report available for them has been so nice, and following it's easy to use wizard to add new domains and create DMARC records has been super helpful. I signed up for this years ago and have been very happy with it. Now when a client mentions any email issues I can provide data where their SPF records and DKIM are not in play, so much easier than having to pry the information that 'Oh, right we did sign up for that mailing list service". Also, compared to what some other tools cost, this is a great value. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DMARC Report?

I have one client that sends tons of email (they are an alarm company, so every little blip sends an email), so that one client alone uses up most of my credits for the 200 accounts I've paid for. I wish there was a way to affordably segregate them from my pool, like maybe set a limit of how many credits that one account could use before it gets maxed out but leave the rest of my credits for my 'normal' clients. "Not Just for Email-Sending Domains, but Website-Only Domains Too"
What do you like best about DMARC Report?

Paid email newsletters are my business, and deliverability is critical. SPF, DKIM, and DMARC monitoring are thus critical. DMARC Report helps you to set it all up, and then (as its name suggests) reports regularly about the success of your mails.

While the interface could use some smoothing, it's easy to integrate: they give you the settings to set, the details to put into your DNS records, etc. I get reports weekly.

I also set up my important domains that DON'T send email. Why? To ensure that there's no incentive for spammers to send "from" my domains -- they will not be delivered since they're set for reject when they fail validation. That's a huge reputation management tool, and why I concentrated on a plan with more domains than more emails monitored.

I've not needed customer support much: it's pretty much set it and forget it (other than watching for the reports!)

The previous solution I tried, KDMARC, was WAY more expensive, WAY more difficult to work with, didn't send me reports, and didn't even notify me when I ran out of credits. I was so disgusted I didn't bother to renew them. That's when I found DMARC Report, and have never looked back. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DMARC Report?

The interface is a bit clunky, but it does walk you through the steps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
