Their customer support is very responsive and knowledgeable. We were able to set our DMARC to reject very quickly. Its dynamic service helps us to overcome our SPF lookup limit issue and makes looking after our SPF and DKIM records simpler. They also made deploying BIMI and VMC very easy. The interface is very intuitive and pulls through a lot of necessary information in an easy to digest way. When looking at DMARC policies for instance, you can quickly check the domain status and for domains which are in passive mode you can check what email traffic has been observed and whether it is compliant with just a few clicks. Support has also been very quick to assist where needed and is happy to arrange times to do health checks and discuss next steps for increasing the security posture of managed domains.
