Honestly, love that is was easy to navigate. I've seen it from both sides as a recruiter and a client. On both sides they make it very easy to sign up and setup. Support is just a click away. And doesn't matter if your one person or a company of 10k they treat you the same. I'm sure those legacy accounts get some pampering but you catch my drift. Overall if you are looking for a vendor management system that helps streamline your process and invoicing then you have found your match, reach out, check out their demo's heck ask one of their customers about the results. If your team is down for Talent acquisition, there are some great companies and headhunters on here. Rates are fair, contracts are transparent and easy to read. No confusing T&C's. RecruitiFi is a great platform for connecting outside recruiters to client hospitals in need of targeted recruitment needs. RecruitiFi has a straight forward platform that, unlike some other recruiting/vendor management platforms, holds all parties, the recruiter, the candidate, and the client accountable for active engagnement in the process. This helps with one of the most frustrating parts of outside recruitment, and that is the long time frames in which a qualified and engaged candidate sits with no activitiy or feedback, many times causing the candidate to lose interest or accept a position elsewhere. The ability to communicate with the job poster/recruiter as well as the verification steps to make sure that candidates are aware that they are being submitted. I call it gamification with the coin system and the reviews are great too- love the thought that was put into the platform to address all of the common problems that we find with other platforms. Occasionally posters (or hiring managers) are slow to respond or take action with candidates. This is not unique to Recruitifi, as well as sometimes the job descriptions are boilerplate and often times what we find or send often times does not meet the mark until there are additional details that are found out by contacting the poster or hiring manager. The ability to have intake calls or perhaps after a certain period of time if they are not finding the right candidates, perhaps suggest that they host a spotlight call or a way for agencies to seek more info to help narrow down and find the right candidates.
