I love that we have all of our agencies in one system. Also, when agencies sign up for RecruitiFi, they have to agree to our terms/RecruitiFi terms so that removes the miscommunication that can happen between company and agency regarding placement fees and such.

We have made 100+ placements and thousands of submissions through RecruitiFi, and we currently hold a 4.4 supplier rating on the platform. That kind of volume only happens when the marketplace is real, the clients are serious, and the process works. RecruitiFi has given us access to meaningful healthcare opportunities. I also respect how involved Brin McCagg is with the supplier community. You can tell the leadership team actually listens and wants strong agencies to succeed.
