It is one of the BEST platform for recruiter . Its ATS system is very user friendly and accurate. Employers are very responsive and payment is made on time for recruiter. New job does not show to all recruiters fast enough. While the platform has global application and capability, agency maturity and trust across the globe is still evolving so TA leaders will need to do effective change management in some countries in Europe. I used to get an endless amount of outreach from agencies looking to do business with our company. The platform solves that - anyone can support the firm if they sign up to the platform. It's a win/win. I didn't have line of sight to all the agency usage or fee agreements in the organization or costs due to disjointed financial systems; that issue was solved from day one. I didn't have to hire a vendor manager, the platform serves that function saving us hard costs. We pay agencies based on the actual position and not for any candidates referred. Often, agencies submit candidates and assume their agreement covers any role. This allowed us to get very strategic about how we want agencies supporting the company. I couldn't guarantee that we were giving access to diversity suppliers, a key sustainability goal. The platform solves for that. I had no idea if agencies were effectively measuring EEOC compliance and that was solved day one. Often we would have multiple agencies represent the same candidate, that doesn't happen with the platform - candidates must grant an agency permission to represent them. The JobCast rating allows you to see the feedback ratings and the hiring company's last activity on that particular JobCast therefore, when you select to work on those JobCasts, that can provide your candidates with an excellent opportunity to get an interview and offer. When working at a midsize company, it can be cumbersome to manage multiple relationships every time we need to go to an agency to hire. RecruitiFi helps streamline our agency processes by serving as a one-stop shop so that we can increase efficiency by managing one vendor relationship but still get the word out to many vendors. Also, some of the agencies don't really do a great job of reading our role requirements and seem motivated to just send us multiple names (which is admittedly a problem you may find with any agency anywhere). I have been an agency partner with Recruitifi for the last 5 years and they have been a major contributor to our success. Recruitifi has provided me with the opportunities to excel in my business. As a platform, Recruitifi is user centric, data-driven, communicative and time effective. It has matched me with employers looking to fill in their open roles. The portal has an extremely great set of diverse clients to work with. The process is well streamlined making it easy for agencies and employers to work in conjunction. I have been on a roller coaster ride since the time I have been with them. As a firm, we have capitalized on the core jobs to be filled and have grown exponentially.
