All job related information is captured in one place. Forms can be easily downloaded and shared with the client along with photos etc.

**What do you dislike about Re-flow Field Management?**

I cant create jobs from my phone or tablet out in the field.

**What problems is Re-flow Field Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can get jobs built and out to the teams easily from my laptop so if an urgent job comes through I can build all the detail including safety information and send it straight over to the relevant team. There is no need for the team to make an unnecessary trip to the office. Desk top audits are easy as you can now see before and after photos in one place. All forms needed to be completed by the team on site are then filed away in one place against each job and can easily be reviewed.

**What do you like best about Re-flow Field Management?**

Re-flow stores all records and is great for accessing information from sites remotely. It gives a real time reflection of what's happening on site. Its very easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Re-flow Field Management?**

There has been occasions where people, including myself have gone to save forms with a bad reception and the app has frozen and then the form has disappeared.

**What problems is Re-flow Field Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Re-flow is allowing us to access records which in the past would have probably been lost or went missing. It gives instant reporting of defects on plant which has improved maintenance to our plant equipment. My experience with Re-Flow has been very positive since we started using it. Our project record-keeping has improved massively, the system is very simple to use, and the form builder is excellent. The automations that send information straight to the relevant people save time and keep everything running smoothly.

**What do you like best about Re-flow Field Management?**

I find that Re-flow Field Management really makes data gathering easier because it's all electronic rather than on paper, which helps us send information to clients more seamlessly. I also like the ability to schedule works for long periods, create bespoke data forms, and assign plant and vehicles directly to the job, as these features reduce data input time for both the office and operatives doing the job. Moreover, the free tutorials and calls were very useful during the initial setup, making a new system less daunting.

I find storing training records in the system and their location to be very difficult.

I use Re-flow Field Management to simplify data gathering, making it easier to send information to clients. It also reduces data input time for our office and field teams, improves scheduling, and allows assigning vehicles and equipment directly to jobs.

Re-flow has made it much easier to keep our operatives organised, especially across multiple sites and fast-moving projects. The ability to issue jobs, update forms in real time, and track progress without endless paperwork has genuinely streamlined our workflow. The audit trail and digital signatures also give us confidence that everything is recorded correctly and securely

**What do you dislike about Re-flow Field Management?**

Some areas still feel unintuitive or require more steps than necessary. When you’re moving quickly, these small delays can add up. A few functions could be more user-friendly, and occasionally the system can be slow, especially when lots of data or files are being uploaded

**What problems is Re-flow Field Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Re-flow removes a huge amount of manual admin, especially around paperwork, RAMS, job sheets, and site reports. Before, we were constantly chasing operatives for missing forms, photos, and signatures. Now everything arrives in one place, in real time, meaning fewer delays, fewer mistakes, and faster communication between site and office. It also improves compliance and makes audits far less stressful because everything is already logged and accessible.

**What do you like best about Re-flow Field Management?**

I like using reflow for the ease of collecting information on a daily basis, it makes it much simpler to have the drivers complete daily check sheets etc. I also like that the forms automatically figure out hours worked etc as this saves time.

**What do you dislike about Re-flow Field Management?**

I dislike the errors that occur on the platform. I appreciate the complexities of form building but sometimes wish it was explained a little more when trying to build one. i also dislike that you can't bulk disable via the scheduling page, you have to click on each individual job and disable separately.

**What problems is Re-flow Field Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using Reflow saves us time - the fact that the completed forms come through to our emails allows us to be time efficient as we know exactly when things are being done and therefore we can action the next step. it saves going onto the platform, finding the job, and then finding the relevant form.

It allows us to keep track of all our paperwork in one place, plan jobs in advance, and efficiently schedule teams whilst keeping track of Fatigue.

The app is incredibly simple to use which is has made a big difference for our employees.

There’s nothing we dislike about Reflow. The only downside we’ve come across is trying to use the app while in an area with poor signal.

I find Re-flow Field Management to be very efficient and user-friendly. It's great that all on-site workers have the ability to access detailed information from their phones and manage site diaries and vehicle checks, providing live feedback to the office. The initial setup was very easy, and we had a nice onboarding process.

Sometimes the process of setting up automations can be confusing and take time to put in place.

Re-flow Field Management solves site sign-offs and scheduling issues, and helps get data to and from the site. It's efficient and user-friendly, allowing on-site workers to access information from phones, manage site diaries, vehicle checks, and gives live feedback to the office.

**What do you like best about Re-flow Field Management?**

We have been using Re-Flow since 2022 after a referral from a customer of ours. From day 1, the service has been amazing, the system was set up with our business in mind, and any changes/additions have been dealt with swiftly, ensuring our business can work smoohly and efficiently. Any projects have always been welcomed, and the advice given has been so useful and appropriate. The changes we have seen on Re-Flow since the beginning have really improved the work flow too, and whilst we may not yet use everything the programme has to offer, we know what it is capable of if required. The personnel are so friendly and take time to listen to any concerns or comments and are happy to show exactly what the correct procedures are to get to a desired outcome. 
The teams out on the ground appreciate the amount of data we send them out with and their access on site to information previously held on the servers in the office. They can refer to Best Practice documents, find additional work guides, or forms they need to fill in on an infrequent basis. The photos they attach are useful for the admin team ensure the work is complete and to send on to customers if necessary. 
The whole team from the Director, the admin team and operatives all use Re-Flow in some way each day, either on the destop or the phone app. Being able to access any information anywhere is a great asset. Having a solid interface with Xero for the accounts team is also really helpful, ensuring the accounts package has all the correct details for invoicing and customer details.

**What do you dislike about Re-flow Field Management?**

The only downside we have found is that when the teams are in a low mobile reception area - which is not infrequent in our part of the world due to the rural locations we work in, sometimes the data does not always sync straight away but by the time the teams are on their way home, we usually have the information we need as a sync has happened.

**What problems is Re-flow Field Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Field management ensures that all the details for the job, the types of equipment needed as well as personnel allocated are all added but can easily be changed rapidly if necessary. The processes we have implemented since we have had Re-Flow have allowed a much smoother operation, more jobs are completed satisfactorily as the teams have so mcuh information avaialble. The use of QR codes has helped to keep a tab on machinery and plant, and when scheduling maintenance, a full history of the item can easily be seen. 
With the scheduling tab, the director can see at a glance who is allocated to which job during the week, so with a full overview, he can make decisions about whether to move jobs, personnel or equipment which can be actioned by the admin team in a very short time. 
We cut the amount of paper we used by 80% in the first few months after taking on Re-Flow - and of course the ink too as we no longer used printed copies that were put in a file. It also freed up time for the admin staff, who no longer needed to pull information from various sources to make up a work folder, and at the end of a job, all the information was safely stored, none lost on site, all the necessary details recorded and no longterm storage of bulky files - so a win-win situation.

Since onboarding with Re-flow, the communication, collaboration and operational efficiencies across R&C projects has improved drastically. The real time reporting gives us strategic oversight of all of our site activities and has significantly reduced time lost on logistical issues such as site folder preparation, physical transfer of information and document sign offs. Auditability has also improved, all of our forms and site paperwork being stored digitally in the Re-flow cloud has allowed compliance to increase, enabling R&C to meet our health, safety, environmental and quality obligations and ensure the service we offer to our Clients is second to none.

Simple answer, nothing. R&C have worked closely with Re-flow for 7 years and I can honestly say there is no issue, challenge or question that the team haven't been able to answer and come up with a solution for. As the system continues to improve we are looking forward to what features come next so that we can see how they can further enhance our business operations.

We like the automations that work alongside our existing processes. Ensuring that key deadlines are not missed. The system overall is very user friendly. The support team are on hand should there be any issues and are very reactive to these issues. It was very easy to integrate into our business.

The finance package is not as comprehensive at it could be. This means that we have to run other software alongside. It does however work with these systems.

Reflow is providing a one stop software package, that includes field, office, covering our operational requirements, commercial requirements all in one place. It has significantly reduced the number of admin hours that we need in the business, which reflects in cost and efficiency savings. We like how Re-flow Field Management has seamlessly integrated into our Barrier and Green operations over the past four years. Its implementation was incredibly easy, being one of the best and smoothest integrations I've ever experienced. The Re-flow team provided exceptional support throughout, making the process even more delightful. Our business truly appreciate the end-to-end seamlessness of their field management app, which is intuitive and easy to use. The software has significantly improved our field management by streamlining form management, ensuring compliance checks, and efficiently handling timesheets. I am impressed with how it has transformed our previously paper-based business operations into a highly efficient digital process. Using Re-flow Field Management has made our business operations much more manageable, and I would rate my likelihood to recommend it to others as a perfect 8 out of 10.

The release management process needs to get simpler and transparent. Not having the Applications for payment in built is a hindrance

One of the most noticeable improvements is the significant reduction in paperwork. What used to take hours of manual form-filling, filing, and document searching is now streamlined into a digital process that's fast, efficient, and user-friendly.

The new digital work system has brought a noticeable improvement to our day-to-day operations on the construction site. By cutting down on paperwork, we’ve saved a significant amount of time that used to be spent filling out forms, chasing down signatures, and organizing physical files.
One of the biggest advantages is the reduction in lost or damaged paperwork. With everything digital, there’s less chance of delays caused by missing forms. The system also allows for real-time updates, so issues can be flagged and addressed immediately, improving safety and efficiency on site.

Completely overhauled a previous paper based system that was time consuming and rigid to manage.  Re-flow is allowing us to get information and works to operative that was previously printed (photos of sites) and getting more outputs per crew.

**What do you like best about Re-flow Field Management?**

I love the dynamic and basic functionality. It can mostly be as basic or complex as your business requires, and the Devs respond within a couple hours more often than not, which is exponentially faster that 99% the IT arena in other business's

**What do you dislike about Re-flow Field Management?**

My only gripe would be the £85 charge per implementation be it on a form or whatever, regardless of scope. I like the flexible options that Re-flow Field Management offers. I also appreciate the reports and forms, especially how it has transitioned from paper-based forms to digital forms, making everything more streamlined in one system. The initial setup was quite easy too.

Reporting is limited unless you pay for reports to be made. Holidays do not work well in the system as we cannot do holidays in hours. Also bit of a confusion between forms and scheduled holidays in the calendar.

The digitisation of the processes between our site operations and office is seamless, and enhanced by the ease of use whe implementing for site users. We have hundreds of users and complete thousands of forms and photos each week / month. 

We use the system across many business functions to support different departments and processes, whilst implementing new forms is easy and something we also do in house with the user friendly form devoper.

On occsation the form builder can struggle, however overall there arent many dislikes of reflow.

Being able to link to our own well established back-office database. This was so important to us as we had a system already in operation and did not want to have to start again with a new system so that the mobile app would work. It was refreshing to hear a software developer able to combine their app and make it work with our system, not make us change our way of working to fit their app!
The customer support when there are glitches (they happen, but are pretty much always minor) is excellent. The email to the support team is picked up and addressed very quickly and the staff are very efficient.

**What do you dislike about Re-flow Field Management?**

Honestly - There isn’t one! We have worked with Re-Flow now for years and continue to develop our own operations by transitioning further aspects of the business into the app.
We currently are not using the project programming function but purely due to our own internal operations. It is something that we have expressed an interest in and are planning a visit to see how it could integrate with our operations.

**What problems is Re-flow Field Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have remote crews working 24 hours per day, 7 days per week at various locations all over the country and occasionally abroad. Implementing Re-Flow has enabled us to upload work instructions to the crews and receive completed worksheets back to the office without the delays caused from traditional paper workbooks. The GPS tracking with the on-site / off-site times has been helpful to confirm our attendance when the client has suggested that we were not there. Photographs of completed works and delays are able to be submitted and viewed, all of which has enabled us to protect our business and support our clients which otherwise would be difficult.

It provides our managers with visibility around availability of resources.  This oversight makes planning and resource allocation easier. It also assists our trend analysis and highlights areas of focus through identifying patterns. It also provides effective communication and record keeping facilities.
