What do you like best about Re-flow Field Management?

We like the automations that work alongside our existing processes. Ensuring that key deadlines are not missed. The system overall is very user friendly. The support team are on hand should there be any issues and are very reactive to these issues. It was very easy to integrate into our business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Re-flow Field Management?

The finance package is not as comprehensive at it could be. This means that we have to run other software alongside. It does however work with these systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We appreciate your comments regarding the finance package. Re-flow was never designed as accounting software so we try to connect to as many other packages as possible. We are continuously working on these connectors and our billing to make your processes as easy as possible and are working on some features which will hopefully help in this area.

It’s fantastic to hear that Re-flow has helped reduce admin hours and deliver cost and efficiency savings for your business. Providing a single platform that covers all your operational needs is exactly what we aim for.

It streamlines access to essential site information and reporting as well as making life easier for teams on the ground. It helps to keep our staff up to date easily with any real time changes and improves efficiency, sustainability and compliance. We get great customer support from our project manager. What do you dislike about Re-flow Field Management?

The extended implementation time to digitise the business was challenging and the reliance on digital platforms can present difficulties for those staff who are less comfortable with technology. But the guys at Re-Flow offered simple and straightforward training sessions to help combat this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
